(Am I doing this right?)
I suggest the Jennifer Lawrence pixie cut -- it’s what I’m getting tomorrow, so we’ll match! Also, dye it blue if your dress code allows it because blue hair is cool (although unfortunately out of uniform.)
How should I get my hair cut? send me suggestions!
This is a remarkably effective tactic for gaining access to someone’s account for any website that uses security questions, to the point that actual hackers will use guessing them as a tactic for gaining access to people’s accounts.

when I was little, I would go on Nickelodeon.com all the time and they had this game similar to club penguin except it was called Nicktropolis. and if you forgot your password, a security question you could choose was “what is your eye color?” and if you got it right it’d tell you your password. so I would go to popular locations in Nicktropolis and write down random usernames who were also in those areas, and then i would log out and type in the username as if it were my own and see which of these usernames had a security question set to “what is your eye color?” (which was most of them, since it was easy and we were all kids). i would then try either brown, blue, or green, and always get in, then I would go to their house and send all of their furniture and decorations to my own account’s. and if it I didn’t want it, i could sell it for money
transgender people do not have to:
experience dysphoria
medically transition
exist inside the gender binary
present with their identified gender
have a certain sexuality
go by certain pronouns
uphold certain gender roles
go against certain gender roles
dress a certain way
act a certain way
look a certain way
to be transgender. here are the things transgender people need to do to be transgender:
identify as a gender that isn’t the one they were assigned at birth
and thats it.

I’m reading up on chocolate frog cards in the Harry Potter universe, for reasons, and-
“Came up with the ever changing floor plan.”
Really, Ravenclaw? Really?
“You know what this school needs? To not make any sense-”
“Rowena, I don’t think-”
“Exactly, you don’t think. I’m brilliant and this is perfect. Moving staircases, walls that think they’re doors-”
“But how will the students get to class?”
“They’ll have to figure it out.”
“…”
“Everyday. They will figure it out everyday. My students will live in a tower and navigate these stairs every time.”
“The stairs move! This doesn’t seem safe…I think I’ll put my common room in the basement, Rowena.”
“Ditto. I think the dungeons would be safer…”
“…My kids will brave these stairs. I’ll take the other tower.”
The funny thing about the expression “carpe diem” is that people use it to mean “Go out and achieve your dreams” but actually it was a pick up line.
It has literally taken me 5 hours to find 1 pair of dress pants that even sort of fit.
9 Problems with Women’s Clothing And the worst part is that clothing companies do it because they know we’ll still buy their products. But do we have much other choice?
when BI PRIDE DAY!
Holy crap “Lost Stars” just acknowledged the existence of transgender people in the Star Wars universe. And not only that, but that transition technology and procedures exist and are relatively common knowledge.
I know some people could interpret this as an anti-trans women joke, but it honestly doesn’t read that way to me. This author, Claudia Gray, could have had Dak say something very different, either overly derisive of trans people (we all know how those jokes tend to go) or responding with agreement about how cold it is and not mentioning transition at all. Instead Gray has Dak say “There are easier ways to switch genders you know.” Aka if for some reason Thane wasn’t talking about the cold, it opened up that line of conversation (Perhaps Dak’s reason for saying it within the diegesis of the story). Aka letting any trans readers know that people like them exist in the Star Wars universe in canon, even if no named trans characters have appeared yet (I don’t think they have?).
Idk, this line blew me away and made me really happy. Gray has made people like me a canon part of the Star Wars universe with this line, and not in a way that marginalizes us or treats us as freaks (at least the way I read this line) and that makes me ludicrously pleased.
