(I over estimated how longe this really took and energy 💀and i better from my little accident!)

1. HeroFlugAU - Flug didn’t manage to escape on an ominous aircraft after his battle with GoldHeart and work for BlackHat. GoldHeart convinces him to "reform" and become a Hero

2. DeviousAU - a.k.a the Flug's in charge AU. After taking over the world and doing ever single villainous thing imaginable, the devious Dr Kenning Flugslys decides to retire to become a weapons dealer and open up an evil organization with the help of his Marketing Director and wife Miss Deed, his bodyguard Demencia, and his bear son 5.0.5.

GoldHeart his long defeated Arch-Nemesis has founded an organization "Men Without Masks". An organization with the purpose of taking down Dr Kenning Flugslys disguised as a theater/musical company.

Black Hat in this AU is literally just a black hat that gives off evil essence. Flug found the item while he was traveling around the world. He puts it on his desk for decor. Sometimes he extracts the essence to be placed in the inventions that he wants to sell.

3. Off-The-Clock AU - A slice of life AU where heroes and villains are still on a never ending battle with each other but are still ok to hang out with each other off-the-clock.

In this AU Flug is a villain, but doesn't work for Black Hat. It focuses mainly on Flug and GoldHeart's dynamic as Arch-Nemesis.

Still developing, but it's still mostly slice-of-life and one-shots not to be taken seriously. haha

4. P.E.A.C.E (A Villainous Encanto AU) - or the Encanto version of Villainous.

(Mild spoilers and references from the movie if you haven't watch).

The never ending battle between Heroes and Villains is over, as the 2 groups unite to form an organization called P.E.A.C.E. in hopes to achieve their goals. The leader of the Villains, Black Hat disappeared a month after P.E.A.C.E. is formed leaving behind a series of predictions about the future that shook the members.

(Note: No one is related, P.E.A.C.E. is an organisation not a family)

Flug is Mirabel (and a bit of Luisa). A Villain who is looked down by heroes and even other villains for not having powers. Even though he contributes a lot by building inventions and is often stressfully busy, he is still overlooked by the other people with powers.

(His song is "Surface Pressure" and "Waiting on a Miracle")

GoldHeart is Isabella. He is the Golden boy of P.E.A.C.E. who is pressured and willing to do everything to be perfect.

He was even willing to marry Miss Heed, because P.E.A.C.E told him to, even though he doesn't even like her (He calls it off later though).

GoldHeart and Flug we're Arch-Nemesis who were forced to form an alliance under P.E.A.C.E at the peak of their rivalry and dispute. So their relationship is often described as "a couple on a brink of a divorce but stays together because their family members get along."

He and Flug eventually get along together later on. Especially after Flug made GoldHeart realized he doesn't need to be perfect all the time.

(His song is "What Else Can I Do")

SunBlast and Penumbra are married. They will have a Felix and Pepa dynamic. Penumbra, with SunBlast's help, managed to find a temporary cure for her umbra condition, but it still often appears when she feels extreme emotions, similar to a break-out.

So while continuing to develop a permenant cure, she with Flug's help, build a device which makes a dark cloud appear above head in order to protect her from the sun whenever she gets one of these "break-outs".

Black Hat is Bruno but actually evil, he made some uncertain predictions that will come true only come true if certain conditions are met and to follow that path. And told the Heroes and Villains about it to create discord amongst them. One of the predictions is that Flug will lead to the destruction of P.E.A.C.E. and he comes back years later and asks Flug to join him in order to make that prediction come true.

So Flug will have to choose to help an organization that never appreciate him or join forces with Black Hat to fulfill the prophecy. (Still drafting this out, more details later).

Recent Villainous episodes forced me at gunpoint to remake an old 2017-or-so Swap!AU loosely based on @little-geecko's Dictators!AU

Guess I'm back in the Villainous fandom now, made a short crossover comic for my Swap!AU BH (Mal Wear) and canon Flug.

What's with the collar on Mal Wear might I ask? Does it prevent him from using his powers and shape-shifting? Cuz I mostly just assumed that he would get shocked or something if he tried anything (especially on the Captain)

It seems hybrids aren't uncommon in the Villainous world. But if BH's reacting it's likely a new piece of information about Flug he doesn't know about

He's probably be pissed about not knowing but as long as this new thing doesn't hinder or can even add to the work, he just doesn't care much

self-indulgent silly comic where the crew has to play in a football match with otherworldly eldritch demons or something. BH is very drunk and Flug's tech doesn't work in the nightmare dimension so this happens

Can we see everyone from the dictators au in color :0? also I don't fully understand how to draw Mal Wear's clothes like the collar area

there’s been a few drawings of black hat looking content on the livestream but this reads to me like. SIMMERING contempt. like he’s in the denial phase of whatever it is he can feel. shit’s about to go down

after years of planning a big hero group puts out a message saying they finally have the means to kill black hat and he sends back a video saying ‘oh thank god. oh, thank god. thank you so much. thank god. thank god. thank you so much’ and it unnerves them so much they think it’s a trap and don’t do it 

does flug even believe in magic. it’s one thing if some magician pulls a card out of his sleeve but does he look at black ‘i once turned inside out and summoned a triadic ultrasphere in my lunch break’ hat and go well that’s dumb. i feel like they get in arguments over this

White Hat usually plays along with any planet rules because peacekeeping requires more tact than destruction, but he definitely isn't lawful good

Dr Zug's villain name was the Mad ConDoctor and he still thinks it slaps

6.2.4 is kitty. He's a massive 800 kilogram grizzly bear that could use you like a CapriSun but he's kitty

White Hat's nature both drains and fulfills him

White Hat sleeps every now and then, or meditates at the bottom of the ocean. There are parts of earth untouchable by humans and he loves the tranquility.

6.2.4 is the braincell holder and spends it all on naps and being a quiet dick

Out of all of them, Lumencia is the most traditionally heroic. The scrappy underdog story, rouge-ish charisma, major dumbass, love interest. all that stuff

Lumencia is meant to be like an annoying older sibling to Zug and 6.2.4

I actually thought of voices for them oh god.

Zug gets like the 'high-pitched and power-hungry Alex Hirsch character' voice, less chipper but equally violent.

Can't stop thinking of Lumencia with a raspy laid-back but lively voice like Akwafina or whoever did Rainbow Dash.

White Hat I can't pinpoint anything specific except for the typical melodious showman voice with enough range for any strong deliveries, basically just listened to a bunch of Will Wood and Danny Elfman.

As for 6.2.4 just drag a real bear into the recording booth /j
