You have a lot of OCs that intrigued me but I gotta ask about Michel. How did they get raven wings?? Why do they have a parasite?? Does the parasite like… talk?? Is it humanoid?? A lotta questions about them on the brain
Well, Michel was born with raven wings, a tail, and raven talons. Being chased from place to place because of them, and being too scared to actually make connections to people because he’s being chased. Having to hide his animal parts in order to go anywhere among people safely.
As for the parasite. Well...
When Michel was a teen, he did a lot of research about powerful items/creature that can give stuff to you. You know, like a magical macgufin. His goal being to understand them, and create with them a place that was safe for people like him to live in.
He ended up traveling to different places to find these things. One of the ones he looked into was Gungy, who could protect, heal, and teach those he had made a deal with.
Michel, not knowing what he was getting into, thought that looking for Gungy would be a great idea. The book never mentions what type of deal (nor did it mention he was a parasite), and Michel was sure he could work something out with the being.
So, he went looking for him. But Michel gave up after a while, and went home thinking he had wasted his time.
He hadn’t.
Gungy talks to him in his head. He enters the body through the ear, and has partial control over a person. The weaker their mind, the easier he can manipulate them.
Gungy, in all his glory, is kinda like a spoiled prince with a dirty mind, and a strange amount of pop-culture references at his disposal. Wich is funny, since he’s from a high fantasy midieval-esque story.
Michel ends up losing control to Gungy at one point, and the two end up one mind in the fight of who had controll.
As for the deal, Gungy gets a place to live.
Hope that answers your question :D

Frodo: Sam hates Gollum, but that is what I shall become once I have lost myself to the ring… he’ll despise me…
Sam if Frodo did turn into a Gollum: That’s a very nice fish you caught with your bare hands, Mr. Frodo, and its very smart of you to eat it raw, saves us the trouble of starting a fire. I knitted you a sweater in case you get cold running around in that loincloth of yours. Is the sun hurting your eyes? I’ll kill it if it’s bothering you. I’ll kill the sun
do you ever have those bloggers that you know by a nickname you kinda just gave them and you get excited to see them on your dash even though you’ve barely/never spoken to them ever
I have an idea for a genre of game.
idk what medium the games would be in, I guess whatever supports it, but anyways.
So you have a few different povs, and a few different characters that the pov isn't in. Kinda like those games where during the different chapters you play as different characters, but with a twist: You don't control the character, the character in the chapter has near full control over their own actions, you just talk to them and guide them. My thoughts on how this would work would be like; you see a room full of different objects, character goes to walk past one that catches your eye, you go "oh, wait, what was that? Go look, on the table there!" And the character (depending on their personality) will either go look for what you're trying to find, or will ignore you.
You playing the game would only have proper control during "possessions": Short periods of time in which one or more players can take over the character's body and steer them in the right direction or walk them through pain that would have otherwise debilitated them or even to do one of those quick time events in a combat situation. Of course possessing a character has consequences on mental and physical health and how they're viewed by others, but sometimes that's necessary.
Also, the characters you're able to guide/possess would be the only ones able to hear you, either that or the characters are only able to hear you when it's their turn to be guided.
It could also be done so that one person is in control of one character and other people are guiding that player, to add to the fun and maybe make it easier to make as a video game.
I have no idea if this concept already exists, but I think it would be cool!
my little sister is playing wind waker and I might just live-blog her considering I have to read what everything is saying for her anyways.
couldn't decide which I liked more, so you get both.
I saw a post that was like "love it when two characters are drawn cuddling and they're just like this" and then showed an image of two characters laying really close side by side. I was like: "hold my beer", and proceeded to draw them because this image popped very vividly into my head upon seeing that post.
Scratch that, me through all the trials and with alot more screaming
Literally my entire air trial experience summed up in one video:
wound up turning it off because she got bored. It was fun while it lasted lmao
