wait wait wait it's her fanfic OMG I HAVE TO READ IT OMGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG

ngl, if you believe that Regulus's true beliefs are unknown as the only piece of canon information we have on that front is from Sirius, which could be biased because of the animosity between them...I don't think you can say Regulus took revenge on Voldemort for Kreacher because we learn that from Kreacher himself, an elf that literally worships him. So for all we know, Regulus could've been a blood supremacist/voldy fan, could've been not, could've loved his elf, or could've seen them as inferior beings and only betrayed Voldemort simply because he knew Voldemort needed to be stopped.

...im not saying anything, im on the side that he loves his elf, but I was arguing with someone about Regulus as a character and they told me what's mentioned above. That Sirius's dialogues on him aren't reliable for that reason and that Regulus defected when his elf got hurt.

So it's just...idk man.

Regulus Black realized that he was actually a cancer to this society and went offline bcz he thought he really did something /jk

You're actually right about this one. Though I'm still skeptical about some events, it is explicitly stated in canon that he was indeed pleased to volunteer kreacher for the horcrux protection testing situation. And yes, harry being a unreliable narrative messes up the whole plotline. And kreacher had nothing to lie about either. Also, sorry about the thing I said about Regulus volunteering, he was literally raised to believe that purebloods were superior and muggles were inferior and needed to be eradicated, he joined the dark lord to help him achieve not only his goals but also to honor his house name, Black. As his unwavering loyalty was mentioned many times.

I do think that Sirius had no reason to be biased. Sirius literally fought tooth and nail just for his family to treat muggles right, he did not rebel just to piss off his parents, he literally ran away from his family that's so wildly popular for being extreme with their ideals. He always fought for what is right, no wonder he broke his family's tradition by being placed in Gryffindor. Because he had always been brave, full of courage and his loyalty toward eradicating the pureblood ideals truly makes up a lot for his rebellious personality. Canon Sirius would never lie about something that actually fueled his desires to oppose everything his family ever tried indoctrinate to make him believe. And he served in Azkaban for 12 fucking years because of that and he still chose to help harry just because he was so loyal to his dead friend who helped him during his most lowest point of life.

We cannot cherry pick some events from canon to fit our objective desires for redeeming somebody who clearly had done more wrong than right but was late to realize, just to mess up the whole point of Sirius becoming a rebel and why harry stood against Voldemort in the first place.

The only reason why I like the canon marauders more because I'm so sick of seeing the same, overused tropes in every single relationships being included and sugarcoating the crimes of some morally questionable characters. We often ignore the real faults and flaws of the characters because we refuse to like any character who has very complex morals and often engages with acts that are not socially acceptable but somehow, they are still a good person inside at the end of the day. As if it's impossible to not lean toward a single path. I think we just want to see perfection in every character, we refuse to acknowledge their flaws and try to misinterpret it in order to fit our own narratives because in real life everyone seeks some sort of validation from others in order to be a good person. Then, we become disappointed because they are actually not as perfect as we thought they were in our made up imaginations about them. Nobody can ever be perfect. And you don't need to change a character's whole personality and morals in order to be queer. Queer peoples are normal humans too, and we all have flaws inside of us which we hide because they are depicted as shameful.

ppl be posting shit like "I miss canon Marauders"

Babes, there is no "canon" Marauders. Most of the shit ya'll think is canon, are just old headcanons that used to be widespread before other (usually queerer) headcanons gained popularity.

There is so little information about the "canon" Marauders - and even the info we have cannot be trusted because it's usually memories, influenced by a character's bias - that trying to make a somewhat comprehensive character out of the given material is impossible, let alone 4 characters.

Everything is fanon. Everything is headcanon. And that's the beauty of this fandom.

(Ofc my favourite part is when something actually is canon via the books or movies, and people reject it as fanon.)

The connection between Sirius Black and the Grim is really interesting because Padfoot, in British folklore, is seen as an omen of death and bad luck. The first time Harry sees the black dog is during a highly emotional moment—like when he runs away from the Dursleys—which makes Padfoot feel tied to fear and uncertainty right from the start.

Sirius’s life is full of tragedy and darkness. Born into the Black family, he was surrounded by dark magic from a young age, and his wrongful imprisonment in Azkaban only deepens his connection to suffering and death. When he finally escapes, he unwittingly pulls Harry closer to danger, as his return coincides with Voldemort’s return and the start of the war. Because of his family, many in the wizarding world view him as a threat, further reinforcing the idea that bad things follow him around. Through Sirius’s story—and the meaning behind his Animagus form—Harry has to face the reality of death, sacrifice, and loyalty in a way he never expected.

Padfoot is both a protector and a looming threat. Sirius is unwavering in his loyalty to Harry, always ready to shield him from harm. But there’s also something unsettling about his presence, like an unspoken warning that danger or death might be close behind.

Therefore, even when Sirius dies, this theme is still there. His death in the Department of Mysteries feels sudden, almost like it came out of nowhere, but it also feels inevitable. In the end, Sirius—and Padfoot—are both symbols of love and protection, but also of mortality and loss.

Honestly I wish we got more of his character in the books because I wanna know what truly got him questioning Voldemort's wrongdoings AFTER he decided to join the death eaters. Because in canon, it says that by 1979 he began to have doubts about his own motives. Since we know that Sirius was clearly the rebel kid who stood against every pureblood ideologies, and Regulus clearly used to uphold every single pureblood traditions unlike Sirius, gives away the fact that he was indeed a blood supremacist. But what was his turning point actually? If we see it from third person's pov, he joined the DE 2 years after Sirius's departure. Means that he didn't do it out of spite to annoy Sirius, but because Regulus and his parents agreed with Voldemort in a lot of things. I wonder why Walburga and Orion didn't join DE, probably because they had an impression to uphold in the pureblood elite society, to control things in a neutral way/ more like fairplay so that if things went south, they'd be able to handle it. So Regulus volunteered instead.

But here's the thing, Regulus was clearly young and he was indoctrinated by his family to believe their ideologies, which is why he joined the DE in the first place, but you don't join Voldemort without knowing about the fact that he had tortured countless amount of muggleborns and set their colonies on fire to obtain the power he has now. News of Voldemort terrorizing the public were all over Daily Prophet. The black family clearly knew all of it and still went with it. But what convinced Regulus to betray Voldemort like that? He clearly knew what he was getting into, but in order to start questioning your own morals after years of indoctrination, there has to be a turning point. It's said that he was not ready to face the truth of being a death eater, does that mean Voldemort was asking for more from the Blacks which convinced Regulus to betray him? We do see that kreacher getting sent in that cave and returning bruised was Regulus's final turning point. Canon seems to indicate that Regulus cared a lot for his family, and he betrayed Voldy to protect them all.

I wonder if Sirius had something to do with all this. Even though as op mentions that Sirius interpreted Regulus's betrayal as something Regulus did out of the love he had for kreacher. But I think there's more to that. Maybe according to him, he and Regulus weren't close as brothers. Which is very clear. But I think to Regulus it was a whole another topic.

I also saw another post where they said that Regulus probably joined Voldemort to collect information about him on how to defeat him, which is why he collected all those articles about Voldy, indicating that harry potter is an unreliable narrator. Which can be true given some moments. But that makes everything so much more complex. If you ask me to give my honest opinion, I'd disagree with it. It seems quite unlikely, given the way his personality was. He probably joined the DE to protect his family for many unknown reasons we will never know. But I don't think Sirius's departure made him think twice about his beliefs. Yes, he came to his realizations, but it's quite clear that he questioned his beliefs only after a long time while being a death eater. For many reasons, I'll talk about it later. But what do y'all think?

p.s- please excuse my grammatical errors ehe I'm not a native speaker.

A long rant about something that's been eating my mind from the inside out so here we go (TW: Might be Controversial)-

Sometimes, I'm just very normal about James Potter and Lily Evans but then I'm not. So growing up, I watched the hp movies first so I never quite had any interest in their relationship, they just seemed like a tragic straight relationship to me so I never bothered with it. But then I read the books and I went immediately like this- "No wonder James Potter worshipped Lily Evans, I would too." Like, this woman is the legit reason why the whole harry potter thing started, and to see the fact that most of the time she's just blatantly ignored or being stripped out of her original identity to be a strong independent lesbian (I don't have any problem with her sexuality, people can imagine her with whomever they like but it kind of ridicules Lily's motherhood in some way) who absolutely either hates James Potter or Insults him for fun just bcz he has a crush on her or being a side chick for James's steamy cheating romance flings hurts me more than I think it should.

I get it, the marauders fandom wholly embraces the fanon so dearly to them like a warm blanket because of many obvious reasons, but sometimes I think we just totally miss the point of this whole franchise. It's obvious that jkr sucks at writing romances which is why most people don't get the spark of canon ships like romione, hinny and remadora but completely missing the point about Lily being a mother figure in Harry's life and as a lover figure in James's life truly pisses me off a lot. Even though everybody is allowed to dislike certain ships because not everybody has the same taste, but I think we miss the fact that Lily was always more than just a mother and a wife in a way that molded her into what she wanted to be.

The reason why I'm completely enamored by Jily is not because it's just a canon ship which literally started Harry Potter, but because the way Lily Evans just had an effect on everyone who crossed their paths with her. Professor Slughorn himself was so besotted with her, Professor Minerva McGonagall teared up at the news of her departing because who wouldn't like her? She's so brave, so full of joy and laughter that she always forgot her own pain in favor of sucking the pain out of another. James was indeed quite taken aback by her beauty and charm, but I'd like to think it developed into something more after seeing the way she treated her close individuals. Lily was the younger sibling, and because she was a witch, she constantly faced harsh behaviors from her elder sister for being a "freak" according to her sister's standards. She may have had an inferiority complex, and she also hanged out a lot with snape, despite facing discriminations in Hogwarts for being friends with a half-blood poor Slytherin. She was willing to change snape, always defending him left and right but it never worked out in the end. Which left her feeling very defeated, she gave up because she felt like she was not worth it, maybe those bullies were right and she really was just a mudblood. And James, developing a crush on her while continuously harassing snape didn't help either. But if we analyze James's character, knowing that he literally took in Sirius just so that he could escape his abusive family, he knew that Lily was downrightly getting used and snape was taking advantage of her kindness and her stubbornness, he knew it because Sirius was in Lily's place once too, always constantly reminded of how they were never enough, so he wanted to save her ( in his own pathetic loser way ofc ) I think there are many hints of Lily noticing James quite a lot because if you really claimed to hate your enemy then why were you so bloody obsessed with the way how their hair looked like after playing quidditch hmmm 🤨🤨

But not just that, let's also talk about how she literally single handedly MADE THE JAMES POTTER, the absolute arrogant toe-rag quit bullying and hexing people for fun, knowing that he's been like this for the most of his life, but he decided to change for her just like a snap of a finger! Not only that, but she also quickly befriended Sirius in a way that he literally turned out to be her future son's Godfather and the secret keeper. The absolute hold she had on the marauders really needs to be studied!

The love James and Lily had for each other was an act of rebellion in it's own way, because back in that time, muggleborns were seen as scums of the earth and inferior to the wizarding society. But James literally went against every single pureblood tradition just to be with someone he loves and believes with his whole heart. That was always the main point. The reason why both of them were so cherished. He literally went up against Voldemort without a wand not just because of his son, but also for Lily, who he absolutely trusts with his whole life, the only person worth loosing the pureblood title for, the only person worth taking the risk of taking the Avada curse to his heart, he just loved her so beautifully, just like the way she always deserved. And Lily, oh lily, always saw the good in everyone, but saw the best in James, decided to sacrifice her life for their one and only son out of pure love and devotion. And the sacrificial love was so strong that the strongest dark wizard of all time succumbed to his own curse and it tore apart a piece of his soul in revenge of separating the two soulmates whom were always destined to find each other and get woven together in every single timeline. It changed the tide of the entire war. She ended it single handedly.

Yes, she was depicted as a girl who was just a close friend of snape, as a sister who's facing discriminations from her own elder sister's profound jealousy, as a lover and wife of James Potter, as a mother of Harry Potter- the boy who lived. But I think there's so much beauty in every single role she was depicted in. It gives us a glimpse of how much impact she had on everybody around her, how much she meant dear to everybody who cared for her, of how much diverse and forgiving person she was, of the way she was always a reassuring shadow around harry even though she was no longer present in the mortal world. No, motherhood doesn't make her one dimensional or boring, it only enhances her ability of loving people the way they deserve. It makes her so complex, but so powerful at the same time. She was a proud mother, and a lover, a friend, and a woman.

Lily Evans, what an absolute Goddess you were. And you'll always be. No other fictional character ever had a hold so strong on me the way she has.

Canon Marauders meet Fanon Marauders

“I will kill him, James. I simply have to kill him. It’s a duty at this point,” Sirius whispers, at breakfast.

James is morally opposed to murder, to say the least, but now when he opens his mouth to automatically tell Sirius he can’t kill people, the Abomination walks into the Great Hall, and James closes his mouth, with a sigh.

He condones it.

“Can you kill me, too, please?” Remus asks, as he watches his counterpart walk behind the Abomination.

“Oh, come on! The Other You isn’t so bad.”

“They’re all bad,” Peter mutters. “Just unbearable to watch.”

They’ve only arrived in this cursed universe the day before, but it’s already too much to suffer.

When Sirius met this universe’ version of himself, he had to be restrained from committing unspeakable violence.

“What’s with the pranks?” James wonders. “Look, they’ve only just entered the Hall and they’ve already pulled a few pranks.”

“You call those pranks?” Sirius sneers. “Those lame jokes?”

“They probably take the ‘prankster’ label too seriously,” Peter bemoans. “And I’m missing again. It’s like I don’t even exist here, like those guys forget I’m their best friend.”

After the Other Sirius, Other Peter was done the dirtiest. He’s much uglier than the real one, far shorter, and so stupid Sirius thinks he shouldn’t even be allowed to attend school.

Not that Other Sirius is smart- oh, no. Other Sirius is a moron, apparently allergic to books.

Remus got an upgrade- he’s now a wise genius to rival Dumbledore, and he spends his days giving people chocolate frogs.

It’s a wonder the Abomination is so thin, with how much chocolate he’s getting from Other Remus.

So thin and short.

“Why am I short?” Sirius growls. “I don’t know mate, it’s like the creator of this universe misremembered our heights and switched them around,” Remus offers, watching his other self, a very tall bastard. He’s even taller than Real Sirius.

Outrageous.

“I could suffer you short,” James says. “But look at him, he’s - why is he so…is that ...nail polish? Gods, what have they done to my Sirius!”

“I asked him if he still has the bike,” Peter whispers. “He said he does, but I mean- he’s so fragile and dainty, how does he even manage that monster bike?”

Sirius shakes his head in horror. “I have to kill him, there’s no way around it.”

The Other Sirius whines in the distance. “MOOOOONY,” he pouts, and that's it, Sirius stands-

“Not here,” James pulls him by his sleeve. “You can’t have witnesses.”

(-)

It takes them a few days to figure out what’s wrong with Other James. At a first glance, he looked normal, compared to the others. Almost unchanged from his real version, if only stupider. But not as stupid as Other Sirius and Other Peter, of course.

A chicken wouldn’t be dumber than those guys.

When they do figure it out, James throws up.

“There, there,” Sirius pats his back. “Breathe, mate. Breathe.”

“I’m fucking your brother! Your brother, Sirius!”

“Oh, no, that is not my brother. That is Other Brother.”

This version of Regulus is apparently not a bigot at all, it’s all just a big misunderstanding. He’s an Animagus, too, somehow.

Sirius actually thinks Other Regulus is an alright lad- nothing like his brother, mind you, but alright, in general.

James throws up again. “Me! With Regulus Black! I’m not even gay! I love Lily, and she loves me-”

“Well, apparently she’s gay, too, in this world.” Remus says, which only makes James cry.

That isn’t so bad, really. Many things are wrong with this universe, but Lily and Dorcas look hot together. Sirius had a wank thinking of them the other night. It’s fine, he tells himself. He’s not betraying James. This Lily is nothing like their Lily back home. This one is like a goddess of beauty here, hair far more vibrant than the Real one, flawless skin and overall perfect in everything she does. Extremely selfless, saint-like, to the point she apparently offered to carry Regulus’ and James’ baby after Hogwarts.

Real Lily would hate her.

She’s still not worse than Other Sirius. Nothing is worse than that. Real Sirius has taken to bullying Other Sirius, daily. Hourly. The Abomination whines about it to Other Remus all the time.

“I want a word,” Other Remus hulks over, ridiculously muscular and, for some reason, with scars on his face.

What the fuck happened to this bloke? Who even is he?

Real Remus slinks back. He was never one for confrontations, their Remus, but apparently this upgraded version is all up for it.

“Listen,” Sirius tells him, because he doesn’t hate the man- sure, he’s not Remus, but he seems like a nice lad. “Why do you put up with that insufferable drama queen? He deserves to hang, and you deserve better.”

“That’s my baby! That’s my Pads,” Other Remus says, suddenly all violent, his eyes turn yellow- what the actual fuck?

But Sirius is already nauseous, stomach turning as soon as he heard ‘baby’ and ‘Pads”  coming out of his mouth.

Real Remus cheers from the sidelines as Sirius wipes the floor with Other Remus. The Abomination cries somewhere in the distance, all helpless, until Real James hits him over the head with a candlestick. Other James is too busy sucking Other Regulus’ face to notice anything.

(-)

Other Snape has a split personality, as if someone out there can’t decide if he’s evil reincarnate or a mewling, innocent boy.

It’s jarring to see the shifts, day to day, and Sirius doesn’t know which version he hates more.

He never thought he’d miss Snape, but he does. He misses their Snape, gods damn it, the Real one.

(-)

He finds out his parents- or at least his parents in this world- torture Other Sirius on a daily basis. With the Cruciatus, even.

Other Regulus tells him this, all traumatised.

“Well,” Sirius says, shocked to the core. He almost laughs at the absurdity of it. “To be fair, if I had a son like the Abomination, I’d torture, him, too.”

(-)

Dumbledore is Evil. But stupidly so. Even a random eleven year old saw through his evil plans and humiliated Dumbledore at breakfast. Some smart arse kid, who’s apparently Lord Potter Black Gaunt Slytherin, and talks like an eighty year old politician. Apparently Dumbledore stole his money or something.

“I wonder how Other Voldemort is like,” James says, anxious to consider it.

“I don’t even care,” Peter says. “We should join him. It’s either him, or siding with these lunatics.”

They all nod in agreement. Voldemort can’t be worse- nothing can be worse than Other Sirius and Evil Stupid Dumbledore.

(-)

There’s two Voldemorts.

One is practically a ‘cartoon character’ Remus says. Sirius has no idea what that means.

This Voldemort is Ridiculously Evil.

Insane Bellatrix is his most loyal. For some reason Insane Bellatrix cackles all the time, and mutters about blood and the Cruciatus under her breath. She’s also dressed like a slut.

Real Bella, like the aristocrat she is, would never be caught looking like that in public.

Sirius takes her aside to have a few words with her, and then he finds out apparently she, too, was tortured daily by her parents, like Other Sirius.

“And raped,” she remembers, with a shrug.

Wow, and Sirius thought the Real versions of the Blacks were bad, but these people take the fucking cake.

If the Real Blacks would find out what these Other Blacks are doing to their children, there’ll be hell to pay.

His mum is a right basket case back in his world, insufferable and cruel with her words, unreasonably strict, but if she’d ever find out another version of herself is torturing her children- why, she’d cut that bitch in pieces.

(-)

The second Other Voldemort is some misunderstood good guy with a sob story. He whines about his tragic childhood as much as Other Sirius.

At least this Other Voldemort is still tall, unlike Other Sirius.

“It’s all Dumbledore’s fault,” he ends a monologue. “He made me do all I did. Or-” he checks a list. “Apparently sometimes he simply framed me and I didn’t do anything at all. Also, you can call me Tom, in private,” he invites them.

It’s a tragic state of affairs.

They decide to join Ridiculously Evil Voldemort, simply because he’s the only one that wouldn't protest to murdering everyone. He talks about murder every single day, and Sirius promises him he’ll do anything If he’s allowed to kill Other Sirius.

“Oh, by the way, you should deal with Good Guy Voldemort.”

“With who?”

“You know, the hotter you, the one that’s innocent of all wrongs and calls himself Tom.”

Evil Voldemort has a heart attacks and dies.

(-)

They’re on the run from everyone in that crazy world, when a hooded figure enters their tent.

“Is it you? Is it really you?” the man asks. “Potter? Black? Lupin? Pettigrew?’

“Yes, it’s us.”

The person lowers his hood. It’s Snape. Real Snape. With greasy hair and a large nose, but with intelligent, sharp eyes.

There’s no ‘Victim’ stamped on his forehead, nor is he an evil arrogant bastard, like the Other Snape.

“Fuck, Snivellus! A sane person! I could hug you!”

“I’d rather not,” Snape spits at James. “Alas, I am...relieved to have found you. We need to work together. I came here after you-”

“Of course you did, you berk! You were stalking us, as usually, weren’t you?”

“Yes,” Snape says, unashamed. “I killed the Other me.”

“Good job. I killed the Other me, too,” Sirius boasts. “I took my time with him.”

“I killed Other Lily,” Snape says. “She had to go. She was all ...wrong.”

James sniffles. “She was.”

And then they all sit down, and plan how to kill Good Guy Voldemort and Evil Stupid Dumbledore.

I'm going to reblog this again because no matter how much I shit talk about the marauders fandom I will always love the marauders fandom for sexy brained people like you

guys HEAR ME OUT

Hufflepuff Barty

like COME ON PLEASE

“Hufflepuff was the most inclusive among the four houses, valuing hard work, dedication, patience, loyalty, and fair play”

And who pretended FOR AN ENTIRE YEAR to be another man, fooling EVERYONE and managing to stay focused on their mission out of pure loyalty to Voldemort???

So to sum it up, Regulus Black was indeed a Blood Supremacist but at the end, he realized his mistake and tried to make amends for it but somehow failed miserably. The purpose of fanon is to remind us that he did try to change. That he was ready to ditch his old beliefs for a new path. And the purpose of canon is to remind us constantly that he's a blood supremacist first who was groomed to worship pureblood ideals. Sirius realized it a long time ago but Regulus didn't. Not because he was just a coward, but also because he refused to believe that he was groomed. Both of them are true and it's quite sad.

Also, of course we care about canon. We've always had. Consciously or unconsciously.

"Villain and Violent, Infant and Innocent" is Regulus Black. He was juat a kid, a very impressionable kid who just wanted his parents to be proud of him, and at the end of the day, that's what we all want right?

Fucking losers, no wonder they are brothers HAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHHA

something so hilarious about Sirius thinking he's SOO smart trying to outsmart Voldemort by picking Peter but it actually kills James and Lily instead while he goes to prison

Or Regulus thinking he's SOO smart trying to backstab Voldemort but it actually does nothing to him, helped him if anything, and it made it worse for everyone else for over a decade

what a fucking pair😭

THEY ARE SO SEXYYYY YOUR HONOR AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH I know they hatefucked hard because I was kreacher

abt kittywater: YOU GET IT! oml. idgaf abt umbridge and hate current fanon reg (how majority portray) but like kittywater needs to become more popular just to watch those people be upset and when they try to explain their biases (misogyny) is revealed. still waiting for a long fic covering a kitty water slowburn and just popular fics that become so niche and referenced. this isn't just a ship for me at this point

exactly !!! canon umbridge backstory is soooo explainable too. squib brother, muggle mother, poor father. she was ashamed of her family and her own failures to become head girl. so she hustled succeeded at her career before 30. she needs to make sure everything is right and perfect.

she hates harry because hes a rich, smart, successful, famous, pureblood at only 15 and he doesnt give a single crap—hes willing to throw it all away and upset the social order to spread fear and rumours that voldemort is back. voldemort being back is NOT perfect or safe.

of course she’d want to tie herself to regulus: he’d be the perfect cover for her lie about her blood status. hes the golden child to a famous, powerful, rich, pureblood family. the blacks are severe and perfect and structured. she could be proud of her family if she was a black. she’d be safe from blood supremacists if she was a black.

as for reg, we don’t have much canon information, but he was a voldy fanboy so Dolores touting on about blood status and ambition all the time would catch his attention, especially when she starts simpering after him and appreciates his love for kreacher (house elves are basically cats. right?) who is his one true love.

YASSSSSS BI4BI/ SLUT4SLUT SAINTSTAR I HEAVILY FW

"IS THERE ANYBODY WHO THINKS SIRIUS AND MARY WOULD ACTUALLY MAKE A GREAT PAIR ??!" I scream into nothingness as my voice echoes through the chamber of the asylum they've put me in- " OR REGULUS BEING AROACE ??!!"

"ANYBODY??! PLEASE, ANSWER ME-" I thrash in my bindings, scratching my skin in the process, tired and worn out , lungs bleeding inside but heart aching with foolish hope that SaintStar fandom is still alive.

"Just one person, one is enough, just-" I choke in my own words, unable to form a coherent word after being deprived of saintstar headcanons for so long. Maybe my fate is tied here, in this chamber, dying, alone again. The hope flicking slightly like a star in the enormous galaxy, far away, quite never reaching me.

headcanon james potter has one sided and unspoken (except hissed in midnight conferences on either james or sirius’ bed under cover of muffliato) beef with remus after wolfstar gets together bc no one is good enough for his best friend… even his other best friend

“prongs he’s my boyfriend and frankly he is wonderful please respect our relationship”

“i JUST THINK that if he wants to date you he should be more aware of how incredibly lucky he is. you’re sirius bloody black does he KNOW that?? does he worship you enough?? never mind. i know the answer. he can’t worship you enough.”

“jamie, you were in full support of this union a week ago.”

“i just need him to be aware of how incredible you are. is he aware?”

because even though james loves remus- and he absolutely does! he would kill and die for him! -he did NOT anticipate how jealous he would be of anyone else taking sirius’ attention. or how much disdain he would inherently carry, try as he might, for anyone who didn’t understand sirius on that same molecular level. and remus doesn’t- sirius and remus love each other, are attracted to each other, match in a hundred ways. but they aren’t made from the same cloth the way james and sirius are. he’s protective of sirius- he’s been through a lot, and the mere prospect of someone being in a position where they could hurt him more is maddening. it feels like losing control- and james needs to keep his people safe. it was different with all the girls- sirius was playing them. he was never gone the way he’s gone with remus. he was still james’.

remus has no clue that any of this is happening until james asks sirius who he would save in a fire in a tone just too desperate to be joking.

peter, on the other hand, knows everything, as Lily’s been tutoring him in potions and hearing James’ jealous rants for weeks.

OMG OLD WOMEN TOXIC YURIIII

so kittywater is lowks growing on me but i had a brainwave last night and ever since it has consumed my waking hours (if anyone else has already said this then uhhh oops ig)

may i present:

kittykiller (dolores x bellatrix)

OK BECAUSE LIKE HEAR ME OUT

first of all, dolores doesnt have a canon birthday, all the wiki says is that she could be born in regulus’ year OR EARLIER, so in this ship she’d be bella’s age (so 10yrs older than regulus)

dolores and bella are both like obsessed with voldy to the point its a little bit insane but oops oh well

they’re literally pink psycho gf x dark psycho gf

think (pre-lobotomy) cat valentine and jade west (victorious)

or karen jackson and mandy milkovich (shameless us)

ugh guys i could talk about them for HOURSSS

we need more evil sapphics!! and that’s what they are!! evil x evil!! but also wuh luh wuh!!

anyhow i might post a moodboard for them later but i feel like you’ll understand my thinking here 😙😙

wait i love that. like idk i dont ship it i think dolores would be too demanding and bitchy &bellatrix wouldn't date a half blood but. the karen x mandy 💞💞💞

i love this actually i think i need to stew in dolores' character for 1-2 more weeks before thinking of more ships for her, on the other hand i will be looking for kittykiller content xx

FELLOW BLACKINNON AND JILY BELIEVER HEREEEE

Every once in a while i remember how blackinnon was one of the most popular ships, and now is just a distant memory,it's litteraly erased, and i'm so affraid that this could happen to Jily too, with how this fandom is treating Lily...and let me tell you,if Jily is gone, that would be the death of this fandom, because Jily is the heart and soul of the marauders and without them everything will be pointless.
