Your awareness shifts and your senses follow, so stop letting your senses dictate your awareness.
You are already in your DR. It's a real reality that you have lived, breathed and cried in. It already exists and you already exist within it.
You are shifting your awareness to a life that you're already living. I know that you feel in your heart that it exists inside of you.
You are not just a physical body you are the potential of everything that ever was or ever could be. You're still holding onto the belief that in some way you're tethered to this reality but the truth is nothing can hold you.
I know you can shift because it already belongs to you. You already exist in that reality. It's already yours. The ONLY thing you have to do is become AWARE that its yours.
You know the truth. You belong in that reality and some piece of you, however much your fears deny it, is already there. The second you declare it as yours it is.
Once you accept that it is yours nothing can take it away from you. It has to happen.
There is no "trying" you do not try to exist you just do. You live there, that reality is natural to you. Just become aware.

I ALMOST FUCKING SHIFTED! The spinning freaked me out dammit but I almost got there!

My sister SHIFTED on her second try. (she didn't even try)
Me and my sis discussed shifting three days ago. She has never been shifted before and somehow, I managed to make her a script literally for fun. In the script, we addedโ

I made sure that she is safe in her DR and helped her find her DR hair, dresses and room.
She got int a lucid dream on her first attempt. (SHE HAD NEVER BEEN INTO ONE BEFORE)
She shifted on day 2 and she told me that she literally forgot about shifting and just wanna take a nap. She told me how real it was and she almost passed out when she saw herself in a nearby mirror with everything we'd scripted.
She then shifted again the next morning before she went to school because she was so stressed out. It took her less than 10 minutes to shift.
She explained that my inability to shift after three years of trying was due to my excessive excitement, advising me to calm down. Despite this, she remained calm and expressed her intention to shift further.

For those using the void to shift to their perfect life and losing motivation I wanted to give you an idea: I want you to try for the void, but not with the intention of manifesting anything, just do it as a form of relaxation and meditation. You can enter the void and I know that you can. But putting the void on a pedestal is what keeps you from it, you may be denying those claims and think you donโt hold the void to such a high standard. But wait, wait, wait, lemme tell you something:
the void is an amazing way to manifest, everyone knows that, itโs 10000% guaranteed that you will get all that you wish for in the void, you can change your genetics, the structure of your face, heal sickness, have as much money as you want with just one trip to the void. And it seems to good to be true, itโs a golden ticket for you to do ABSOLUTELY ANYTHING you want. And knowing that you have many desires to fulfil in the void and you have unknowingly put a lot of weight on your shoulders as you feel like you need to enter the void to get all that you want.
That pressure isnโt healthy which is why i recommend going to the void just for relaxation purposes at first, tell your brain that you arenโt worried about your dreams for now and just want to try the void as a normal, standard meditation. With the pressure out the window you are guaranteed the void.
You can remember your desires in the void and be like โhold up, lemme cookโ or you may feel so taken aback and in awe that you could just sit in the void for some minutes and eventually snap out of it. And thatโs okay, because you can use that void experience to fuel your confidence on the void in general. And you can use that confidence that you got from going in to simply relax, take that confidence and get to the void a second time for your desires.

What is 4 - 7 - 8 breathing technique?
โ The 4-7-8 breathing technique which helps to reduce anxiety and fall asleep faster. It involves inhaling for 4 seconds, holding your breath for 7 seconds, and exhaling for 8 seconds
How to wake up the void state with this technique?
You will lay in Starfish postion and start doing the 4 -7-8 breathing where u will count 1 2 3 4 and inhale and hold it 5 6 7 and exhale it in 8 this thoroughly relax your body from head to toe and most of time u will also stop thinking ( and yes ignore the symptoms)
Also you can play subliminal / hypnosis in the background and and here's the breath technique video u can play while doing the breathing exercises
When u feel you're fully relaxed you will start chanting ' I command my subconscious to wake me up in the void/ I always wake up in the void aware ' affrim till you fall asleep and boom u will wake up in the void state

Okay I believe this is one the easiest method if we stay consistent to the routine ( well the routine isn't that long y'all are just lazy to do it and later you will cry about saying ' I will never have my dream life , void is fake , vlogger are lying and blah blah ' I know u are all frustrated overwhelmed defeated by your failures but persist isn't living the life you've dream is worth?

What is lucid dreaming?
โฃ Lucid dreaming is when youโre conscious during a dream. This typically happens during rapid eye movement (REM) sleep, the dream-stage of sleep ( though my thoughts on this are you can do it anytime you don't need to be in REM STAGE )
โฃ During a lucid dream, youโre aware of your consciousness. Itโs a form of metacognition, or awareness of your awareness. Often, lucid dreaming also lets you control what happens in your dream.Some people report that lucid dreams feel very vivid and real, while others say they feel a bit hazier. Others say their lucid dreams feel different every time.
Why lucid dreaming?
โฃ So I know most of y'all in this community find it too hard believe in the void/reality shifting and no matter how hard you try to believe the vlogger and anon you can't because of failures and other outer forces which has rooted in your subconscious conscious and unconscious mind since your childhood.But you all are very familiar with lucid dreaming you all have experienced it and even studied it thorough diffrent phase of your life so you know it's not fake
โ remember every method you try is right you don't need perfect void concept , a perfect method, a perfect subliminals or perfect space to enter the void or shift it's all within you - believe that you're doing right trust yourself and everything is on your command
' let's start with the steps '
๐ค : first keep a dream journal and jot down your previous dream and if you don't remember your previous dream script a dream which is alike your everynight dream
๐๏ธ : Listen to this subliminal at least two hours a day ( you can do 1 hour in morning when you wake up and one hour in the night when are about to fall asleep & also when you're listening to subliminals you can just affirm that 'you all aware when you're dreaming/ you can lucid dream on your command/ you can lucid dream easily and effortlessly every night)

What to do at night first?

โ Start counting & affirm [ I will be lucid dreaming tonight ] till you fall asleep
What to do when u are lucid dreaming ' actually '?
โ Many people when they are aware of dreaming get's excited and start creating a portal which cause the dream to collapse or slip away and the end either they wake up or fall asleep so if you want to not end up here follow the steps written below:
Now u are aware that you're finally lucid dreaming so don't excited or get scared every individual have different dream's so what u will doing first is the reality check ' count your fingers & remember u never have 10 fingers in your dream' - touch the grass or even bite your tongue
After doing reality check affirm 4-5 times ' stabilize dream & increase lucidity ' this will help you remain balanced
Now it's time to create Portal in your dream' there must be some kind door or windows ( it can also look like a cave or something werid) so u will enter the door/ window/ portal slowly and u will affrim either what u want [ if u want to enter the Void - I am in the void/ and if u want to shift - I am in my DR ] That's it congrats u did it

โ this information is what I picked up from the book iโm currently reading โBecoming Supernatural by Dr. Joe Dispenzaโ (I highly suggest reading)
โ all shifting is/quantum jumping is, is shifting your awareness to a different reality
โข meditate until you get into a no thought zone/state
+ this may take minutes for some people and hours for others but you need to take the time. if you are impatient, try the 68 seconds of pure thought by Abraham Hicks -> watch this video
+ pure thought states make it easier for the brain to simply manifestations
โข be aware
+ or in other words, acknowledge your reality beyond your senses, begin to understand your reality and that it is already yours
In Dr. Dispenzaโs book it says
โThe only way you can exist in the quantum is as awarenessโฆ
experience this realm is with your awarenessโ
as in, the reality you have has and been created long before, you just became aware that it existed and youโre learning how to become aware in it. creation is already finished.
re-watching the show im shifting to and having to watch my s/o interact with their other love interests
*this requires a disruption of your sleep schedule which may cause sleep paralysis, do not do this if you arenโt comfortable.
*this is what has worked for me, you can always remix it.
Wake Back To Bed is probably the best method
i get lucid dreams without even intending to
so i set an alarm to wake me up after 5-6 hours of sleep
this is important because this time stamp is during your REM period, where you dream.
once i wake up i stay up for 20-90 minutes and go back to bed
i go back to bed and i get sleep paralysis and after a few minutes i will enter a dream
i look at my hands and they looked messed up so thatโs how i know iโm dreaming.
i couldnโt even give you a specific number of how many lucid dreams iโve had bc it works that well for me.
once you master this you can SHIFT to your dr
you can affirm, visualise etc to shift to your dr. thatโs it.
before this you should ground yourself, perform reality checks like looking at your hands, poking ya finger through your hands etc.
iโm pretty sure it can be used as both an awake/sleep method.

here are three ways to induce sleep paralysis.
*REMINDER: the โdemonsโ are not real. you get them bc youโre very scared and your mind starts to conform to your thoughts. since in SP your subconscious is very open to suggestion, it will be a scary experience. think of positive stuff like your dr for example.
also you can literally use SP to get to the void state, lucid dream, astral projection and more.
go to sleep and wake up after 4-6 hours
stay up for 1-2 hours and lay back down
donโt move too much
you will feel SP symptoms after 5-10 minutes
then boom, you have it.
you may wish to shift, or even get into the void state.
go to sleep for 4 hours in the afternoon
stay up for 6 hours
go back to sleep again and you feel symptoms IMMEDIATELY.
itโs the same as wbtb but itโs like a PM version so if you know you wonโt be able to get up early then do this.
works for me all the time but ion use this as much bc i did it when i had school so i was tired in the afternoon.
stay in a still position for 15-20 minutes
you can listen to a sp subliminal
if you feel a scratch or tickle do NOT entertain it.
repeat the affirmations: โMIND AWAKE, BODY ASLEEPโ
you should get SP.

(screaming and crying in both a negative way and a positive way)
itโs called hypnagogia. the amount of times iโve nearly shifted with this method is UNREAL.
hypnagogia is a state between wakefulness and sleep.
have you ever been watching a show/movie etc. and you keep dozing off to sleep and keep waking up, yeah itโs that.
usually in this state people hear/see scary stuff but it ainโt real
when you are on the brink of sleep, try not to move so you donโt get rid of that drowsy ness
lay in a comfy position and you can
say affirmations
visualisation
use 5 senses
listen to music that reminds you of ur dr
you will almost feel symptoms instantly because you have been detached from your CR and this makes attaching to your DR more easier.
this method really works litch tried it in school and felt my surroundings change but i got scared my teacher would snitch and woke upโฆ

affirmed a few times last night that I was gonna lucid dream and wake up early,, just to see if entering a lucid dream was literally as simple as that

I entered a lucid dream and I woke up earlier than I typically do,, even before my alarm
at some point within my dream I even felt myself to start waking up, but ive had this problem before and have been researching grounding techniques, and I remembered to apply them and I stayed fully asleep
itโs just so crazy to me!
I keep having dreams about a certain reality Iโve been attempting to shift to during the years,,, itโs not my current main one, my previous main one, or even a reality Iโve thought of in a while,, so Iโm gonna take that as a little sign to shift to that reality
but oh my god,, I actually set intention to lucid dream and I did it
the minds so powerful and is capable of literally anything,, I just need to keep reminding myself that
i'm actually so in love with this man i'm losing my mind

I both did and didnโt understand feeling so attached to the reality youโre shifting to that it emotionally affects you,,
like I understood when people would talk about their family or their significant others or their friends or their children in other realities and talk about how much they miss them,, I understand the concept of loving and missing someone
but I had never, personally, experienced it,, I had missed hanging out with them before and thinking of things weโd do if I were in that reality in that moment in time, but I hadnโt experienced longing over someone in another reality
but I do now and by the gods is it both the best and worst feeling in the world,,
I miss his voice and his dumb accent and his stupid witch cackles and the shitty way he dresses and his dumb flirting
I miss being in his arms and feeling him run his fingers through my hair and his hand in mine and how soft he would hold me like I was made of glass and how he loved me despite neither of us knowing what love was
I miss him
Iโve never missed someone like this before
itโs weird and it hurts, but I like it at the same time

i wake up at 10 am
i stay up for max 2 hours
in that time i may watch stuff that reminds me of my dr or maybe read some shifting storylines to give me more motivations
if i start to yawn and my eyes feel watery thatโs my cue to go back to sleep
i get into a comfortable position and after 10 minutes i feel symptoms of sleep paralysis which is
vibration/frequency sound
legs feel weak
once i enter sleep paralysis. i imagine my dr surroundings and say โi am in my drโ
i immediately feel my surroundings change
most of the times i enter a lucid dream too
i have problems with grounding myself so thatโs where it usually ends but i will do this method again and let you know how it goes.

I almost shifted again!!
I woke up early today and I was still tired but I had a really hard time going back to sleep,,
at first I was playing music from a playlist that remind me of the current reality Iโm focusing on shifting to, but eventually I just shuffled through my liked songs cus it felt like, because it was a themed playlist, I was thinking too much about that reality and not on sleeping and I just really wanted to sleep
after a while I managed to go to sleep and I was dreaming and whatnot,, but similar to the last time this happened, I was in that weird state between awake and asleep,, so not entirely asleep and maintaining some consciousness
and soon enough I started getting the same tunnel/soul being pulled out of my body feeling that I got last time,, only it also felt like my body was moving??
I was laying on my side,, but I felt like I had completely turned over onto my back and my arms, that used to be by my side,, were now in front of me,,,
Iโve heard of feeling your surroundings change and feeling like your floating, but it literally felt like I had just completely rolled over, but I never did and when I went back to sleep I noticed that I was still in the same position I always was
I tried to stay rooted to that feeling and using it as a means to try and push my consciousness out of this body and into another but it didnโt work and eventually I just knocked out,,
I held onto the feeling for longer tho, which is improvement, but the main thing was that I experienced this again at all since itโs happened when I least expect it, albeit in similar sleep deprived scenarios
the next step, it feels like, is actually trying to push myself into my intended reality so Iโve gotta start looking for those final push posts, seeing what I think would work for me, and applying it
but Iโm getting close!! any progress, no matter how shaky and imperfect, is still progress!
I didnโt shift, but I managed to get into that weird state of consciousness again and I know that it wasnโt just a fluke!

Okay so I'm no pro with the void state yet, but I just wanted to share sth I just found. Cus we're gonna live our dream life no matter what. And I don't gatekeep. A few moment ago, I came across this video The man is talking about an ancient technique to enter the "no mind state" which means the "void state" and it's really simple. Everything he's talking about in the video is literally about the void state. This is his video's description: "In this video I share a technique you can use to access no mind or the void. The technique detaches the mind from the body and allows the spirit to roam free. Experience anytime the ultimate truth with this simple and easy technique." He mention things like:
-leaving your body -relaxing and peace -knowing how to exist without the limit of the mind -being in oneness -being connected to the source -calm mind You can check the video for the tutorial. Personally, I tried it and I have a problem with holding my breath for a long period. But even just by doing this for like 8 sec, I felt this calm sensation, idk how to describe it. I just tried it at the moment, and now I'm just writing this to share immediately. In the comments, people share their experiences with the technique, and they said things like their body detaching. I really hope this help anyone who are into shifting, and manifesting their dream life. I'm telling you if I entered the void state, my consciousness will probably not be living in this reality, bc I plan to manifest my dream life and it's very different from here. ๐ญ๐ญ๐ญ Looking forward to all your success!!!

in order to be who you want to be now, in order to have what you want to have now, you need to be PRESENT. you need to be HERE. you need to be in the MOMENT. to be present means to experience your imagination the way you wish to experience it. it means to accept your imaginal acts as the CURRENT reality and view the imaginative act as the PRESENT truth. it means to feel as if itโs really happening to you right now, as if itโs taking place on the inside, almost as well as on the outside. and once you feel your act in imagination to be present, you will naturally feel fulfilled, satisfied and secure. you will feel complete because you have filled the void of desire.ย
i want to share to something edward art told in one of his lectures. he said that instead of being afraid to change, be more afraid of not changing. be more scared of remaining the same. because thereโs one undeniable principle: if you change, you will change. if you try to change, you may change. but if you donโt do any of these, you will stay as you are. thatโs guaranteed. thatโs promised.

To all my doubters out there who donโt know what else to do, I want to start off with changing your perspective, think of it this way
one man says โi WILL enter the void no matter what happensโ
another man says โi keep on failing, i never get into the voidโ
and guess what: both of them are correct
this is because of the fact that the law of assumption is law, meaning it will never fail you. ever. you donโt โfailโ at the void, you donโt โfailโ at anything. Itโs the fact that you assume that youโve failed that youโve โtried everythingโ and itโs your assumption that โnothing worksโ. And because youโre a god, your brain sees you thinking that dominantly and goes โoh say lessโ and boom! itโs reflected into your reality. This is why you need to stop wavering!
I donโt care about how long youโve known about the void/โI AM, and neither should you because time isnโt real and is a very malleable concept. donโt be a slave to โtimeโ and discourage yourself from reaching your true potential saying โiโve been falling for 3 years why would today be any differentโ or โiโve wasted so much time iโll never get inโ. Donโt let time discourage you from trusting yourself. Donโt be the type to say youโre going to apply the information, go away for one or two days and then comeback when โnothing has happenedโ complain and then go back for more posts to โmotivate youโ, going around the cycle again.
You must learn to trust god, which is you. No matter what your 3d shows you. Now donโt be against the 3d, itโs not something negative in the first place, itโs just a canvas. Itโs an extremely malleable concept and if you would just trust yourself the 3d would conform.
Now remember whatever you dominantly believe is what will become fact. You canโt be โdone with the lawโ because it is law, not some belief you can abandon. It will be in practice forever. So use your information about the law to your advantage and get that final push to tapping in to the void/โI AMโ. Because you CAN do it. Remember: you fail at nothing and that is a fact, what you fail to do is stand firm in what is already yours
tried a method last night but I wasnโt all that into it so I just turned over and decided to go to bed,,, (Iโve been swamped with assignments and final exams and shifting was an impulsive decision that I gave up on halfway through)
nothings wrong with understanding that youโre just not ready to put in the effort to shift,, dependent on your preferred methods, or lack of, it can be extremely draining or super easy
but I decided that I would rather sleep than shift cus it was really late and I havenโt been getting much sleep the past few days,,,
as Iโm laying there super annoyed that I canโt fall asleep, my vision turns like completely black,, its early morning by this point and Iโve got a small nightlight thatโs semi bright,, itโs never completely dark in my room
and then the feeling,, it was weird,,, I hate roller coasters but I imagine this is how they feel,, it was like I was in a tunnel, like one of those optical illusion ones, and my vision was being like pulled forward with this tunnel thing all around me,, it felt like memories and stuff were rushing past me too
the best way I can describe it is that scene in Doctor Strange when he gets his soul like punched out of him cus thatโs exactly how it felt!
it felt like my soul, or my consciousness in this instance, was being pulled out of my body here and being pulled into another one somewhere else
my heart started racing like never before and suddenly my hearing went completely silent too,,, I sleep with a white noise machine and it was like it simply faded out of existence
the whole process felt, both, excruciatingly long and extremely fast at the same time, and by the time it had ended, my heart still racing, I looked over and found that itโd only been 15 minutes,,,
because I wasnโt planning on shifting and was mainly focused on sleeping, I didnโt really know what to do,, I affirmed a bit but I was so jostled that I didnโt really know what I was affirming
eventually it ended and I felt myself wake up back in my bed with my heart pounding like Iโve never felt it do before, and I went to sleep
am I upset that I didnโt shift? kinda,, but at the same time, this is such a huge step that I donโt really mind,,, if anything it just gave me a full day to prepare, script, and make up my mind about where to shift to and what to do because I was so lost man
I'm super excited to feel those symptoms again and actually shift this time! Iโm getting closer and closer to traveling realities at the drop of a pin, I can feel it
had another dream about my fairytale reality but it was a different man this time with a different love story and now my heads all wonky
this isnโt the first time ive had a dream of him either,, but i woke up confused just like last time because โim not supposed to have feelings for himโ
of course, feelings are weird and complicated and thereโs a billion and one realities where weโre together instead of the man i was originally pining for
i am not bound to loving one man, and if my subconscious keeps trying to get me to see this other man in a new light, who am i to shut my eyes, cover my ears, and pretend it doesnโt exist?
iโll script for another reality, one where weโre be together, and for the rest of the day iโll be tormented by thoughts of him
decided to shift to another reality that i havenโt visited in a while,,

a bunch of blue clothes on pinterest when ive never really searched for blue clothes before (i just prefer pink) and im being recommended blue foods and blue crafts and itโs cute, donโt get me wrong, but itโs so out of the blue??

in manifesting, we donโt try to manifest. there are three steps to it โฎ 1 โฎ picking a desire โฎ 2 โฎ assuming it to be yours and โฎ 3 โฎ persisting in that assumption aka enjoying it in imagination. none of these steps include "trying" because whenever you "try" to manifest, you automatically fail.
you arenโt trying to manifest. when you manifest, you donโt attempt to. you simply BECOME. you simple ARE. you simply HAVE. the more you try, the more you will experience trying it. but he more you ARE, the more you will experience BEING it.
my perspective on trying to manifest changed when i understood that to try represents a STATE as well (shouout to edward art). it's a CONCEPT of self. it's a FEELING. trying to get, trying to achieve, trying to attain, trying to resolve, trying to attract โฆ these are all FEELINGS. feelings that you internalise within and take with you before you imagine.
if you keep trying to manifest, you will forever continue to remain in this state of trying, not embodying or experiencing. remember, self must be expressed and your assumptions of self must harden to fact. the outer world can only reflect your inner world. if you identify as the version of self that tries and waits for their desires, this version of you HAS to be expressed. only when you truthfully BECOME your desired version, your external reality will have to reflect it back to you.
letโs imagine two people. person A and person B. person A and B are both manifesting their desires. when you ask them about their desires, this is how they would respond:
A ยท i manifested my desires. i am experiencing them in my imagination. i already am who i want to be and have what i want to have.
B ยท i'm trying to manifest my desires. i'm trying to live in the end but i don't fully believe in it. i havenโt really identified with my desired version of self so far.
person A is identifying as a person who already has become their desired self whereas person B hasn't. one person is identifying with the END while the other one is still identifying with the PROCESS.
the feeling of trying is nowhere near the feeling of being. itโs incomplete. itโs unfinished. it will leave you feeling unfulfilled and dissatisfied. the state of trying will only drain you out of energy. and it will forever hinder you from feeling the feelings you wish to feel.
but before a feeling or a state (they both mean the same) gets materialised, it has to exist somewhere before. before it occurs on the OUTside, it first occurred on the INside. in conclusion, ALL states belong to you. ALL of them can only exist if you permit them to. only if you give allowance and acceptance to a state, it can take place in the physical.
moral of the story? donโt try becoming it. just BE it.
