What is the High Heart Chakra?

The high heart chakra, also called the thymus chakra, or the ascended heart, is an energy center located above the heart center, but below the throw center. It is within in this chakra that we find we are able to connect language, truth, forgiveness, intent, and emotions of the heart. This energy center, is seen as the bridge between the heart and throat. Its said that this chakra needs to be maintained, and balanced for us to live a peaceful life.

  When the yellow sun fades

After burning so brightly for the entire day, the sun has started to set. 

This is the sun that is trying to say goodbye. She’s also encouraging us to let go of our past mistakes and fears, even our past lives. This isn’t a bad thing; it’s completely necessary. This sun teaches us to move on to the next part of our journey. 

Tips! 

🍊 Get as good of a view of the sunset as possible! I swear this one gets skipped a lot!

🍊 Where you are performing sunset magick can have a different effect on spells. A seaside sunset might have a different vibe than a mountain sunset. Some witches have a preference when doing sunset magick, and some don’t, which is completely fine! 

🍊 It’s a lot safer to charge light-sensitive crystals at this time

🍊 Sigils charged at this time have a softer energy, similar to sunrise sigils, one I find more calming than energizing
