imagine the man you love dies and the next day the world around you looks as beautiful as this
can we just talk about how amazing it is that heartstopper has a character that is completely comfortable in his heterosexuality and doesn’t worry that doing certain things will make him seem gay
like
tao is the only non lgbt person in the friend group and he’s totally chill about it. he never once worries if charlie will develop a crush on him. he never questions if liking a trans girl makes him not straight. he kisses charlie during truth or dare and it’s not a big deal because they’re friends. he doesn’t care if people think he gave charlie the hickey. he’s not afraid to be flamboyant.
like i know this should be the bare minimum but the reality is that it isnt. especially for teenage boys. and i just think tao is amazing <3
Eddie: HYDRATE OR DIE-DRATE!
Eddie: *aggressively throws water bottles*
Hen: Uh. what's up with him?
Chimney: He's trying to yell mental health and wellbeing into us.
Eddie: I APPRECIATE ALL OF YOU!
Buck, crying: It's working.

The way men are being completely misogynistic and calling Margot Robbie "mid" and "ugly" when she's playing a strong, independent, female lead, but we're completely and totally in love with her when she played a mentally ill woman who was in an extremely abusive relationship totally disgusts me.
anyways, live, laugh, love barbie 💖 💕 💓
i don’t know that i would call allan a feminist king, but perhaps a feminist court jester
in a very real way in my mind’s eye I can watch a supernatural episode where somehow instead of going to the empty cas is in the underworld and I can hear the part of the dialogue where sam goes “according to the lore, once you make a deal with hades, the only thing you would need to do to get cas back is have him follow you out of there” and dean replies “so I just gotta throw a bone to some xena side character and frodo and sam hightail it back to the shire, no sidequest antics?” and sam clarifies like “well he just has to follow you out. the catch is that you can’t look back at him”
Dean was in love with Cas here, incase you were wondering
