my micro goals for 2025 p1
1. Start going for walks every time I feel stressed or anxious.
Whenever I feel overwhelmed, I'll step outside and take a walk to clear my mind and release tension.
2. Learn more about the world in terms of history and facts.
I will dedicate some time each week to dive deeper into the world’s history, discover interesting facts, and expand my knowledge.
3. Journal every single day, no matter how messy the day is.
I'll commit to writing down my thoughts daily, even on chaotic days, to maintain self-reflection and track my growth.
4. Go on solo dates twice a month.
I'll make it a point to take myself on two solo dates each month, whether it's exploring a new cafe, restaurant or enjoying a peaceful time in nature.
5. Take care of my health and take breaks between study sessions.
I’ll prioritize my health by remembering to take breaks between study sessions to recharge and avoid burnout.

⏝ ͝ㅤㅤᛝㅤㅤ ◟🎀 okay so if you know or don’t know aespa, they have a song called whiplash. in the song there’s a part that goes like “Just close your eyes, breathe in and visualize” and I thought “woah that sounds like a cool way to induce pure consciousness” so anyways I came up with a “method” to induce the void state in a fun way inspired by the song! (and note: you don’t have to follow it verbatim whatever resonates with you is just as fine!) now anyways enough of me yapping here’s the method! buuuut before any of that we must remember a few things:
your god, you are the one who creates everything in your reality. you are the most powerful form in the universe—you are the universe basically. nothing can ever change the fact that you are god. everything is within you. do not focus on the 3D that is your old story=old thoughts & assumptions. you are I AM/VOID/PURE CONSCIOUSNESS, and this state is so easy to induce because you are already in it. there’s nothing to enter, and finally you are limitless.
𝜗℘ step I | close your eyes and drift off: softly close your eyes and drift off into a state of peace, do not force anything simply be. imagine yourself laying on a soft cloud; focus on the darkness behind your eyes.
𝜗℘ step II | take a deep and gentle breath; breath in like you’re taking in the scent of something sweet and familiar. as the air fills your lungs, feel it bring warmth and comfort, wrapping around your body like a soft, invisible hug. hold it for a moment, then exhale slowly, releasing any tension, any tiny worries, as if you’re letting go of everything that’s been weighing on you. each breath pulls you deeper into this quiet, safe space, where nothing else matters.
𝜗℘ step III | visualize; visualize yourself somewhere soft and warm. anywhere; if you don’t want to do that you can visualize any object or thing or person or place you want to!
𝜗℘ step IV | whilst doing all of the following, with each breath you take imagine your self slowly sinking into the thing your visualizing and beyond whatever it is that your visualizing it’s just darkness; with each deep breath your getting pulled closer and closer. now finally after one-six deep breaths sink fully into the state of pure consciousness. after this you’ve induced the void state!
꒰ঌ🎀໒꒱ a little reminder since, no offense, some of you are dense: you are limitless. this state? it’s not just some distant thing you have to reach for. it’s already yours, i mean it is YOU. you’re so powerful that tapping into the void is like flipping a switch. no hesitation, no struggle. everything you desire, everything you dream of, is already within you. you just breathe and step into it like it’s the most natural thing in the world because it is. nothing is hard for you. you are that girl, and the universe bends for you, flowing with your energy effortlessly. your dreams, your goals, your peace; it’s all just waiting for you to claim it. you don’t even have to chase anything, you are so powerful that everything falls into place the moment you decide it will. the void is your space, and you glide through it with the grace of someone who knows that everything is already hers. failing at this state is impossible.
remember, you’re not here to struggle and your not here to waver, the more you realize how easy this is, the more unstoppable you become. you are limitless and you are literally god. ♡ ♡ ♡

2025: #5 CONFIDENCE ISN'T GIVEN

HOW TO BUILD CONFIDENCE
Own Your Flaws Let’s get this straight—confidence isn’t about being perfect. It’s about being real. Stop trying to hide the parts of yourself you don’t like. Everyone has insecurities. Everyone has doubts. But the difference between confident people and insecure people? Confident people say, “Yeah, I’ve got flaws. So what?” They own it. They wear their imperfections like armor.You’ve got to stop being afraid of judgment. You think your flaws are holding you back, but the truth is, it’s your fear of them that’s holding you back. Confidence isn’t about eliminating insecurities cuz we allllll have ones it’s about walking into a room and saying, “Here I am, take it or leave it.”
Get Uncomfortable You know what kills confidence? Comfort zones. You’ve built this little bubble around yourself, and you’re too scared to step out of it. You avoid challenges. You avoid risks. And then you wonder why you don’t feel confident. Confidence grows when you do hard things. When you push yourself. When you fail and get back up. You’ve got to start chasing discomfort like your life depends on it—because it does.Start small if you have to, but start. Speak up in a meeting. Wear the outfit you’re scared people will judge. Say no when you mean no. Every time you push through fear, you prove to yourself that you’re stronger than you think. And that’s where confidence comes from—action, not thinking about it, not talking about it.
Stop Comparing Comparison is the thief of confidence. You’re scrolling through social media, looking at people who seem like they have it all together, and you’re sitting there feeling like trash. Let me tell you something—nobody’s posting their failures. Nobody’s showing you their breakdowns. Stop comparing your behind-the-scenes to someone else’s highlight reel.You don’t need to be like them. You don’t need to have what they have. What you need is to look in the mirror and realize you’re the damn prize. You’ve got your own path, your own strengths, your own story. Own it. Stop trying to fit into someone else’s mold.
Take Care of Yourself and Let’s be real .. If you don’t take care of yourself, you’re sending a message to the world—and to yourself—that you don’t value you. You want to feel confident? Start showing up for yourself. Eat like you care about your body. Move like you want to be strong. Dress like you give a damn. When you look good, you feel good. And when you feel good, you carry yourself differently. That’s not shallow—it’s self-respect.
Talk to Yourself Like You Matter You’re your own worst critic. You say things to yourself you’d never say to someone else. “I’m not good enough.” “I’m so stupid.” “I’ll never be as good as them.” Stop. Stop talking to yourself like you’re worthless. Start hyping yourself up like you’re your own biggest fan. Look in the mirror and say, “I’ve got this. I’m unstoppable. I’m the one they need to watch out for.” It feels weird at first, but fake it until it’s real.
CONFIDENCE IS A MINDSET
Confidence isn’t about never doubting yourself LET ME EXPLAIN .. It’s about showing up in spite of the doubt. It’s about walking into every situation and saying, “I might not have all the answers, but I belong here.”
Stop overthinking. Stop waiting for permission. Stop letting fear dictate your life. People will always have something to say—'That hairstyle doesn’t suit you,' 'Why are you wearing that?' Who cares? Their opinions don’t define you. You like it? That’s all that matters. Stop living for their approval and start living for yourself.You’ve got everything you need to be confident—you just have to decide to use it. So, stop sitting on the sidelines of your own life. Get up. Take action. Be bold. Be loud. Be unapologetically you.
the world doesn’t need another copy. It needs you. And if you’re too scared to show up as yourself, you’re robbing the world of something incredible. Confidence isn’t given—it’s taken. So, take it. !

We're going to be treating 2025 as a blank canvas, so have full faith that this is going to be the year where you finally get everything you want. For this challenge, revision will be the key. You will be revising the entire past year. You can even revise the years before that if you'd like. After revising, you will go into 2025 knowing that you are living your dream life and that this is going to be your year. (You can use this challenge for the void state too!)
Create a list of all your desires. You can do this on a Google Document, in your Notes App, wherever you want. You can even include pictures, or make a Pinterest Board. Many of you have already done this, but if you haven't yet, I definitely recommend that you do!
Choose a few affirmations that you will stick to. Some affirmations that you can use are:
I am living my dream life, I always have been.
I have already manifested my dream life, and I am currently living it.
I have already entered the void state, I enter every night, and I've manifested my desires long ago.

Listen to this subliminal and follow the directions below:
Take a few deep breaths and let yourself relax. Play the subliminal, close your eyes, and repeat your chosen affirmations in your mind. If you like to visualize, do that too. Now, when you repeat your affirmations and visualize, I want you to have full trust that these affirmations are true, the scenes that you are visualizing are real memories that belong to you, and this is the life you've always been living. Do this for however long makes you feel fulfilled. My recommendation is around 10 minutes, but feel free to continue for longer if you'd like! Once you are done, accept that the old story has now officially been revised.
That's it! It's done. The old story has been revised and all you have to do now is accept that and persist in that fact. Keep reminding yourself that IT IS DONE. You can't fall back to the old story now, because there literally is no old story, it's been revised! You are already someone who is living their dream life, you always enter the void every night because you always have, you manifest instantly because it's been a skill that you've always acquired. By accepting this, you will get your desires, you will enter the void, your dream life will be yours.

How I get whatever I want.
- Journal. It’s important to plot out what you want before you begin doing anything new. Sit down, concentrate, and take the time to visualize what you want for yourself. Journaling is an extremely effective tool, and it’s important to be able to write about what you want instead of creating a concept in your mind.
- Make goals less abstract: Find or make a path to the goal, then zone out (networking, reading, research). Your goals should not be abstract or difficult for you to understand. They should be clear, planned out to the best of your ability, and reasonable enough to achieve in 90 days. If you have a long-term goal, set up a series of short-term goals that will set you on the right path.
- 3 month hiatus and just fixate on work. Be strict with time and money, keep a schedule, don’t allow minor distractions to sway you from your path, and use the next 90 days to bring yourself closer to the finish line. Can your hiatus be longer than 3 months? Yes, but if it becomes necessary to extend it, be sure that you’re engaging with the real world and not isolating yourself.
- You have to be sure of what waiting and a little bit of luck will do for you. So much of it is a waiting game, and while I believe that it’s important to work hard instead of being hard on yourself, knowing that luck plays into your success is imperative. If you don’t see immediate results, keep going until things fall into line.
Plan, prepare, and then put your whole soul into action.
I literally cannot oversell this at this point. I mean it's just that easy. All you have to do is accept that it is already yours rn. LIKE RN. I mean that's it. And it's that simple. And there isn't any catch to it. This isn't an eye for an eye kind of a thing.
Accepting that you have something when you don't (in the 3d) can seem daunting at first but trust me it isn't. Everything in your life till now are a result of your assumptions in the past. You have never not been creating your life. This wasn't something you just started when you first learned about loass, nope. You've been doing this since the minute you started thinking consciously. Your thoughts have been shaped by your parents, family, society and other surroundings which is why every one of us lead such different lives. Now you may not have had control over which family/circumstances you were born into but you have total and complete control over changing each and every thing about it now. It's as simple as that.
It's complicated only if you say it is. It will become complicated only if you assume so. Every single time you tell me how it's not working for you why don't you fucking understand that you're the reason why it isn't working for you??! Why you're the only one making it complicated!!!! Every single time you dwell on your so called circumstances, you're the one reaffirming it. Telling yourself how this is true in your reality when you could be completely rejecting it as nonsense and instead choose to accept what you want as true in your life.
There is no shortcut to this and there is no magical formula to this as well. And it couldn't be more easier. You either have it or you don't. YOU DECIDE.
