Small things that changed my life
Complimenting people. If you think someone looks good, tell them!!
Prioritising self-care!! I always do my nails, take care of my hair, skin-care. Non-negotiable.
Taking more pictures. Capturing all the little fun and lovely moments and being able to look back at them is one of my favourite things!! <33
Making time to call my friends/family. Catching up with my friends or my Mom, who travels for work, is a must!!
Finding hobbies that don't include my phone or computer. Reading, baking, working out, shopping, journaling, making collages, planning outfits <3
Stretching and working out regularly. Feeling good and looking good? Win-win.
Smiling more. Forced happiness. Kinda like manifesting, lol..
Listening to more music. I always listen to music. Life is a movie; obviously, you need a soundtrack??
Going on long walks. I started two years ago when the whole 'hot girl walk' thing was trendy, and now I can't live without it!! I look forward to my walk all day long lmao.
Hydrating >>> exfoliating. I used to exfoliate my face every day… big mistake… HYDRATION.
Annotating. I've always been an avid reader, but annotating my books has completely changed my reading experience. Love it!!
Self obsessing. In a good way. I'm so in love with myself and you should be too. <33
As always, please feel free to share your own little tips in the comments; I'd love to read them!! <3
🎀 what is pilates?
pilates is a form of strength training exercise that focuses on low to medium impact movements to improve muscle tone, stability, endurance, and mobility. pilates also focuses more on the smaller muscles of the body compared to traditional strength or weight training.
🎀 benefits of pilates
including the benefits that exercise generally brings, pilates:
improves mind-body connection and body control
improves active flexibility and mobility
works the core, improving stability
improves coordination and balance
reduces mental and physical stress
works muscles that can be neglected in our daily lives
treats and prevents body pain, including menstrual pain
teaches you how to pair your breath with your body
keeps the joints healthy without putting pressure on them
🎀 where to start
while you can absolutely start with studio or reformer classes, you can also do pilates routines on youtube! i recommend move with nicole and dansique fitness. if you want to get your cardio in as well, i absolutely recommend eleni fit. her workouts are some of the best i’ve ever tried!
🎀 personal tips
keep your core in mind. core strength is a major benefit of pilates because each movement requires at least a mild amount of core work to keep your body stable, so do your best to keep the engagement throughout.
start slow. pilates movements can take a while to fully understand and it can take a while to build the mind-body connection, so don’t push yourself too far in the beginning. your coordination will improve over time!
don’t underestimate it! while the movements are generally slower than other types of exercise, you will work your muscles just as much and in a way they may not have been worked before. sometimes i even find pilates more difficult than hiit or weights!
Gossip Girl 2.06 | "New Haven Can Wait"
Go to bed telling yourself nice things, "I had an AMAZING day today." "I am thriving" even if in the physical reality you had the worst possible day, YOURE GONNA FLIP THE SCRIPT and tell yourself that you had the most AMAZING day,
Wake up in the morning telling yourself nice things "I am beautiful" "I am happy and healthy" "I am abundant". When you're at work/school tell yourself nice things "I am prosperous" "everything is ALWAYS working out in my favour" "whatever I want I get 10x better" "God has my back" ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS!!!
check in with your mental diet every single moment of the day. Because I can't stress this enough, THE MOMENT I stopped talking Ill about me and saying nice things to myself whenever I caught myself saying things that disapproved of my self worth, I flipped the dialogue exactly the positive of that. And I promise you, each and every single time you do this, even the littlest of "flipping your internal dialogue" will build up to your confidence.
The moment I started doing this, my hair grew thicker, my skin got clearer, my confidence got higher, people started to complement my aura, even teachers were complimenting my beauty. I caught MULTIPLE men wanting to have a chance with me ( but I'm sooo picky of who I allow into my life and I'm gonna get to that on my next post) EVERYTHING started to align FOR ME as if life was happening THROUGH ME. animals started to love me more, my cats got closer to me, birds started to live with me, I GOT SPECIAL PRIVILEGES from around me. When I say FLIP YOUR INTERNAL DIALOGUE? I'm not even kidding guys. Even my grades got up!? TRY IT!!
lacy bras and pretty lingerie
oatmeal and HOT coffee on rainy days
layering perfumes
putting notes and annotations in books
coming up with code names for the guys that we are talking to
writing letters to my friends even though we talk daily
making playlists for every occasion but its all just Lana
starting chats with "GIRL" to signal urgency
big earrings and too many bracelets
hosting brunch and dinner at my place
shitposting on main
trying a new makeup and actually liking the result
wearing sweats and a bra as my at-home fit
seeing results when dieting and working out
boy gossip after long days of studying lmao
posting ig stories and yapping
making tumblr gifs of myself
decorating for holidays way too early
going to the store and smelling every scented candle until I find the perfect one
same for the tea section. I love tea.
being asked where my clothes are from
when I smile at old people and they smile back
the feeling of your brain being slow and numb after a good study session
staying up to talk to my girls
doing my skincare after a day of not wearing makeup
floortime
having a cold and therefore not feeling guilty for being lazy (unfortunately, I am a workaholic)
tiktok tarot readings that feed into my delusions
these are just things that I PERSONALLY love, and if you get it, were besties. <3

𝐫𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟
get in, babygirl, because we are rebranding ourselves today.
that version of you? the one still clinging to self-doubt, bad habits, and an outdated mindset? she’s done. she’s served her purpose, but let’s be honest—she’s not the one who’s going to take you to the top. she’s not built for the life you dream of. she’s not the girl who walks into a room and makes everyone turn their heads. she’s not the one who dominates, who wins, who commands respect just by existing. so what do we do with something that no longer fits the vision? we rebrand.
your current self isn’t allowing you to be the greatest. she’s comfortable. she’s predictable. and let’s be real—she’s holding you back.
think of the brands you love. the ones that keep winning. they never stay the same. they evolve, they elevate, they reintroduce themselves to the world in bigger, bolder ways. you are no different.
this isn’t about pretending to be someone else. this is about becoming more you than you’ve ever been. rebranding yourself means:
this is your moment. this is your next era. and trust me, they won’t be ready for you.
taylor swift is one of the biggest artists in the world because of her talent but also because she knows how to evolve. and not just in music, but in life.
here’s the thing: she’s still the same person we fell in love with when she was a teenager. she didn’t erase her past—she built on it. her core identity? still there. her kindness, her ambition, her storytelling? untouched. but what did change?
her mindset. her perspective. her habits.
she saw what wasn’t serving her and let it go. for example, in her early years, she was more open, trusting easily. but after the kanye and kim drama (yes, we know the one), she learned the hard way that not everyone had good intentions. instead of letting it destroy her, she became more guarded, more strategic. she still loves people, but she’s no longer naive. and that’s growth. even physically, she rebranded. she used to slouch her posture made her look tired, drained. but she worked on it, did posture exercises, and now? she stands tall, commands attention, and radiates confidence.
and let’s not forget the ultimate move i.e her shift from country to pop. staying in one lane would have limited her success. so she changed. she expanded. and now she’s one of the most successful artists of all time.
and the best part? she didn’t run from her past she used it. instead of hiding from the criticism and betrayal, she made an entire album, reputation, and turned pain into profit.
that’s what rebranding is. not pretending to be someone else. not erasing your history. but looking at your past, learning from it, and making it work for you.
so, if you’ve had toxic friendships? journal about it. analyze it. use it to recognize patterns and never fall for them again. if certain habits are making you small, tired, or unnoticeable? drop them. add new ones that elevate you.
your past is gold. use it. refine it. become unstoppable.
think about luxury brands like chanel and ysl icons that have stood the test of time. they didn’t throw away their history to stay relevant. instead, they evolved while keeping their core identity intact. chanel is still the epitome of elegance and sophistication, but the collections it puts out today feel just as fresh, sexy, and desirable to younger generations. it didn’t suddenly become a streetwear brand or chase trends it simply refined itself, adapting in a way that keeps it just as powerful and respected as it was decades ago. that’s how you rebrand without losing yourself.
i know the intro is very long, but it’s needed because I don’t want you guys to think that rebranding is completely becoming someone new because unfortunately people on social media have literally made rebranding look like “ forget the person you are and become someone entirely different” like no. i want you guys to embrace yourself because that is literally how you develop self-love. the most annoying part about these influencers are the fact that they promote self-love as well as talk about becoming someone new. like what the fuck- if you really love yourself, why would you try to become someone else? you don’t have to become the internet definition of that girl. you have to become your version of that girl. you have to become your version of a high value woman.
alright, girls, class is in session—buckle up, because i’m about to give you a step-by-step guide on how to completely rebrand yourself and your life.
step 1: develop an unshakable amount of self-love
before we do anything, before we change a single habit, mindset, or appearance you need to build a foundation of self-love. this isn’t just the starting point but it’s something that should grow and evolve with you throughout your journey.
the first step? forgiveness. forgive yourself for everything mistakes, missed opportunities, bad decisions, even the situation you’re in right now. look yourself in the mirror and say: “from this moment forward, it’s only up from here. i refuse to let myself be in this same place again, because i love myself too much to let that happen.”
take yourself seriously. no more self-sabotage, no more excuses. from now on, you are your biggest priority.
and here’s why self-love is so important when it comes to rebranding because you are working with yourself. the person you’re becoming? she is built from who you are right now.
the body you dream of having? it will come from the body you have right now. so why hate the one that’s going to create your future self?
the mindset, confidence, and glow-up you desire? it will grow from the mindset you have right now. so why hate the version of you who’s actively trying?
if you’re reading this, you’re already taking the steps to evolve. so stop hating yourself for trying. love yourself, appreciate your effort, and watch how quickly you begin to manifest your dream life.
step 2: get crystal clear on the person you’re becoming
all right, now that you’ve built your foundation with self-love, it’s time for claritybecause you can’t become her if you don’t know who she is.
who is your higher self? how does she dress? how does she speak? how does she carry herself? how does she react in tough situations? what habits does she have?
now, let’s be real this might take time. you might only have a rough idea right now, and that’s okay. clarity comes with action. you don’t need to have every single detail figured out at the start, but you do need a general vision. maybe you know she’s more confident, more disciplined, has longer hair, or is an actress. great. we’ll refine the details as we go, but for now, let’s start getting specific.
how to get clear on your future self
1. create a pinterest boards
throw in anything that resonates with you—the fashion, the energy, the lifestyle. don’t overthink it. just pin what feels right. personally, my “my life” board has over 484 pins, my “fits” board has 848 pins, and my “mindset” board has 124 pins all this helped me to become crystal clear on my vision.
2. use the freeform app (if you have an ios device) or on a paper
draw a rough sketch of your future self—yes, draw her. even if you’re not great at drawing, create a visual representation. next, create a mind map around her. break it down: style, scent, career, habits, personality etc anything that resonates the best part about freeform? it’s limitless. every time you realize a new quality you want, like staying calm under pressure and you can add it in. but if you don’t have a ios you can do it on a paper too. (especially if you make a manifestation book and do it-)
3. make a “mindmovie.”
visualize your future self and watch it dailywhether it’s through a digital vision board, a slideshow, or even a physical notebook. repetition is key. the more you see it, the more you become it.
4. journal
journal on prompts that helps you reflect on who you wanna be
getting clear on your dream self isn’t just about fantasising it’s about creating a blueprint for the life you’re about to step into. so start now, and refine as you grow.
step 3: start acting like her
now that you have a clear vision of your dream self, it’s time to start acting as if you already are her. no, you don’t have to wait until you “have your dream life” you start living it now, in the smallest ways possible.
this step is all about embodying the identity of your higher self now, instead of waiting for some future moment. the more you act like her, the faster you will become her.
1. upgrade your daily habits
your dream life is built on the tiny habits you do every day. ask yourself:
• what time does she wake up?
• how does she take care of her body?
• what kind of content does she consume?
• how does she treats the ones around her?
start implementing these habits one by one. you don’t need a full glow-up overnight small changes add up fast. you need to get 1% better everyday that’s it as i mentioned in my take yourself seriously blog
2. change your environment
your surroundings shape you more than you think. look around and ask yourself:
• does my space reflect the person i’m try to become? (if you live with your parents rn cause a lot of you are teenagers ig; then atleast focus on keeping your wardrobe and room clean)
• is my room clean, organized, and aesthetic? or is it messy and draining my energy?
• do i surround myself with things that inspire me? in my game of life blog i mentioned the importance of environment so yeah this is basically it.
make small upgrades rearrange your room, add vision boards, photos that make you happy (your childhood memories, my family, friends etc something to look at and feel the need to change for you and them), quotes or a plant omg i have such a cute witchcraft ritual for plants i’ll talk about it in upcoming blogs apart from this declutter anything that doesn’t serve your future self.
3. master your energy & presence
how you walk, talk, and present yourself affects how people see you—and more importantly, how you see yourself.
• posture & body language: stop slouching. walk with purpose. sit up straight. move gracefully. if your ideal self is a model then walk like a model. and even if not walk confidently be the boss
• speech: speak clearly, confidently, and with intention. no more mumbling or saying things like, “i don’t know…” you do know. how does you ideal self speak like? in a sexy sultry way? in a fun lighthearted way? what kinda vocabulary she uses? upgrade your vocabulary! and how many languages she knows? learn a new language!
• eye contact: look people in the eye. this instantly makes you feel more powerful. again how does she looks at people? siren eyes? doe eyes? bambi eyes? facial expressions etc i mean it every small detail
4. upgrade your style (within your means!)
dressing like your future self doesn’t mean spending thousands on a new wardrobe it means curating your style to align with who you’re becoming.
• invest in quality over quantity (even if that means just one or two staple pieces).
• start wearing colors, silhouettes, and accessories that match your dream self’s aesthetic. (do your colour analysis on chat gpt, understand what looks good on you)
• take care of your grooming healthy hair, clean nails, and glowing skin always elevate a look. go visit a dermatologist, dentist, gynaecologist etc (i’m serious, book an appointment with a dermatologist now 🔪)
5. make decisions like her
before you do anything, pause and ask:
“what would my future self do?”
would she say yes to this opportunity? would she hang out with these people? would she react emotionally, or would she handle it with grace? start thinking like her, and soon, you will be her.
this will turn you into your highest self and you wouldn’t even realise it when you’ll become her completely to the point you don’t even need to ask yourself “what will my future self do?” you will know exactly what to do
step 4: master manifestation
your highest version is literally you, you’re her she’s you. it’s all in you you’re the creator.
start making manifestations a part of your life not a chore. the life you’re living right now is literally the manifestation of all your thoughts, routine, actions etc manifestation is literally like breathing you’re doing it all the time your subconscious is working all the time
start by subliminal audios that helps you get to your goals and eft tapping mentioned in my glow up enhancing blog so go read it.
other things like
act as if? (i already told y’all this, embody her.)
visualisation
affirmation all the time
use crystals
use manifestation book
meditate
be positive all the time
become spiritual (or at the working of universe)
witchcraft (optional)
i will let y’all know more about this manifesting tips in my upcoming blogs too this one is getting too long
8 Rules for Self-Respect
Keep your standards high. For yourself, your relationships, your career, and everything. Don't settle for less; know your worth. <3
Don't tolerate people who put you down, lie to you, or try to take advantage of you. The more you allow people to mistreat you, the less they will respect you. Stand up for yourself!!
Don't chase. What belongs to you will find you, and the people who care for you will stay by your side. So don't make a fool out of yourself by chasing something that's running away from you.
No more people pleasing. Learn to say "no". You don't have to apologise or explain yourself; saying no is completely fine.
Figure out which people in your circle make you feel good and who is draining your energy. Don't surround yourself with those who waste your energy.
Take care of yourself. How are you going to be confident and respect yourself if you don't care for yourself?? Invest time, energy, discipline, money and love into becoming the best version of yourself. <3
Be mindful and selective of who you trust. Don't take criticism from people who you wouldn't take advice from.
Your boundaries are non-negotiable. Boundaries are about how you respect yourself. If someone oversteps them, cut them off!
2025 is our year of self-growth, what better place to start than setting boundaries and learning to respect ourselves?

— the princess guide on glowing up:
recently i noticed how in love i've become with my appearance after a long time of strongly hating how i look. i wondered how i got to this point so i worked backwards to figure out what changed and made this post.ᡣ𐭩
GETTING OVER MY INSECURITIES
social media is one of the main things that attributed to my insecurities. when you're constantly bombarded by posts praising girls that look nothing like you for their beauty it's easy to trick yourself into thinking that must mean you're not beautiful since you have nothing in common with them. someone's beauty does not take away from yours, but it can make you forget yours. the first change i made that signified the beginning of my new found self love was when i started to look at models and influencers and actresses that looked more like me. i believe there's beauty in every feature, you just have to see it in a beautiful light. i stopped considering my features ugly when i distanced from any content that would insist on them being flaws and instead exposed myself to beautiful girls who had the same exact features and realised they didn't make them any less beautiful.
SETTING MY OWN BEAUTY STANDARDS
a crucial point in my journey to loving my physical appearance was disregarding society's already set beauty standards and it's expectations. the truth is you can't build your confidence based on how much you fit others' standards because everybody has their own idea of beauty and what might make you beautiful in someone's eyes might make you ugly in another's. so that's why i decided to create my own standards and measure myself based on what i personally think is beautiful.
i did this by taking out my journal, closing my eyes for a few seconds and imagining what i considered to be the epitomy of beauty, then i wrote down a description of what i imagined. if you're having trouble picturing the details, you can try answering some of these questions:
what kind of girl would i see on the street and would leave something that is more than an impression on me? what texture is her hair? what color is it? how is she wearing it, is it parted in the middle or to the side? is it styled or is it down? is it long or short? is she wearing makeup? if yes, is it natural makeup or is it more on the bold side? is she wearing jewellery? is it dainty or flashy? what is her body type? is she skinny or curvy? does she have her nails done? are they long or short? what type of clothes is she wearing?
after i decided on my own beauty standards, i made changes to my appearance and the closer i got to that image i had of the perfect girl in my head the happier i grew with myself.
EMBRACING MYSELF
now while i was picturing the perfect girl in my mind, i made sure that she had my features. i didn't imagine her without my 'insecurities'. essentially i was just imagining myself if i reached my maximum potential, i didn't change anything i was already born with i only changed the customizable things in a way that i thought was beautiful / suited me more. and that's what i wanna talk about in this part, the importance of embracing myself the way i am.
embracing myself didn't only help me in the mental aspect where i started to love myself more, but it also helped me physically. i started to look a lot better when i stopped trying to force myself to look 'sexy' and admitted that i was more suited for makeup & clothes that are more on the cuter side.
obviously i'm not trying to tell you what to do, but i'm willing to bet that you would look a whole lot better if you wore clothes that fit your body type instead of forcing yourself into tight and uncomfortable clothing. the idea is to understand that there isn't only one type of beauty, so you don't have to force yourself to do things that don't suit you to be beautiful.
IDENTIFYING YOURSELF + YOUR STYLE
i've talked about how you should do things that suit you, but how do you even know what does or doesn't suit you? well you have to start by identifying what 'you' are first.
while i was going through this phase of my glow up journey, i found that there are three things that you have to know about yourself: your face shape, your skintone/undertones and your body type. you can figure them out by looking at yourself in the mirror and referencing these charts below. if you're having a hard time determining where you fit, you can ask a family member/friend for their opinion. i think that wearing things that compliment you makes you look put together no matter what your style is, it gives you the perfect 'canvas'.ཐིཋྀ
from these three things you can figure out what eyebrow shape, hairstyles + hair colors, clothes and colors would suit you the best. you can do that by simply going on pinterest or tiktok and looking up "hairstyle recommendations for ____ face shape". you can also use celebrities with similar traits as inspiration.
as for developing your style, i think that is something you naturally develop over time as you try out things and evolve your taste. but if you're stuck on where to start, i recommend quizzes! there are a lot of korean/chinese quizzes scattered over the internet that can help you. something else i recommend is checking out @/dreamgrlarchive's blog, she has a lot of posts dedicated to finding your style. also, don't shy away from trying out trends or aesthetics that pique your interest, you're drawn to them for a reason so don't let people online shame you for it.
EMBODYING CONFIDENCE
the mental aspect of glowing up is something that often goes unnoticed. glowing up doesn't only require changing physically but also mentally. you have to make sure the inside matches the outside. journaling allowed me to work through any negative thoughts and feelings i had towards myself as well as identify any habits i used to do out of insecurity that i needed to get rid of. you'd be surprised at how many beautiful girls lack self esteem. become comfortable with the fact that you're beautiful.ᡣ𐭩

And
what do you do with the 3d?
let's clear the floor. let's slit it open tile by tile. let's sweep the shards into our palms and try again. let me rip the carpet up while we're at it, dig my hands into the marrow of the matter and ask, what are we doing with the 3d, really. are we making it our girl friday or our ghost. are we ignoring the curtain or stepping through it. the question is, do you even recognise what you're looking at.
but let's step back. what is the 3d, anyway. physical reality. consensus hallucination. not sacred, not sinful. not a riddle to be solved nor a cage to be broken. just a card in the deck, drawn with shaky hands. the one everyone agrees to pretend is real. you can treat it like an omen, if you want. or a person you absolutely abhor. but don't mistake it for the author. it's only ever the copy, the imprint, or the last known address of a belief. yesterday's ink on today's page, and even that can smudge.
because everyone has an answer and most of them feel like used tissues. soggy with someone else's satori. should we ignore the 3d. befriend it. spit at its feet like it called us boring. the answers all sound like someone else's language. someone else's idea of what devotion is. someone else's diagram of control. and most of them are at war with nuance.
the 3d is your echo. it's a feedback loop, a dog who learnt the tricks you taught it. it moves like you do. it learns what you reward. it listens to what you repeat. it's not speaking, it's mouthing back. and yes, it has weight. like wet fabric or a hospital corridor. it has textures. grit. gravity. but weight is not truth. it's just density. what you believe has mass. not because it's real, but because you've given it rehearsal time, memorised the script, built sets around it, fed it from your own bowl.
so here's what the 3d is: a tarot card. upright or reversed, depending on the day. never the deck itself, never the hand that shuffles. it's a reading, not a sentence. a reflection, not a law. its power is borrowed. it's never permanent. it's never personal. it is what you thought yesterday, blinking back at you in today's light. you don't have to ignore it. you don't have to kneel at its altar, either. the 3d can be your chorus girl or your case study. it doesn't mind. it has no ego. it doesn't need to win. it just needs something to reflect. and if you change your face, it will too.
treat it how you want. name it. reframe it. pin it to the wall or forget it in a drawer. pet it like a cat or argue with it like a brother. none of it matters. what matters is remembering that it follows you. it always does. not because it loves you. because it has no other choice.
just remember: the card is not the future. it's a translation. and all translations are subject to error, to bias, to mood. the 3d isn't fact. it's rendering. if you want a different reading, shuffle again.
it's a ghost. and it only haunts what you've already abandoned.
