2024 Revised, 2025 Dream Life β™‘

We're going to be treating 2025 as a blank canvas, so have full faith that this is going to be the year where you finally get everything you want. For this challenge, revision will be the key. You will be revising the entire past year. You can even revise the years before that if you'd like. After revising, you will go into 2025 knowing that you are living your dream life and that this is going to be your year. (You can use this challenge for the void state too!)

Create a list of all your desires. You can do this on a Google Document, in your Notes App, wherever you want. You can even include pictures, or make a Pinterest Board. Many of you have already done this, but if you haven't yet, I definitely recommend that you do!

Choose a few affirmations that you will stick to. Some affirmations that you can use are:

I am living my dream life, I always have been.

I have already manifested my dream life, and I am currently living it.

I have already entered the void state, I enter every night, and I've manifested my desires long ago.

Feel free to make your own!

Listen to this subliminal and follow the directions below:

Take a few deep breaths and let yourself relax. Play the subliminal, close your eyes, and repeat your chosen affirmations in your mind. If you like to visualize, do that too. Now, when you repeat your affirmations and visualize, I want you to have full trust that these affirmations are true, the scenes that you are visualizing are real memories that belong to you, and this is the life you've always been living. Do this for however long makes you feel fulfilled. My recommendation is around 10 minutes, but feel free to continue for longer if you'd like! Once you are done, accept that the old story has now officially been revised.

That's it! It's done. The old story has been revised and all you have to do now is accept that and persist in that fact. Keep reminding yourself that IT IS DONE. You can't fall back to the old story now, because there literally is no old story, it's been revised! You are already someone who is living their dream life, you always enter the void every night because you always have, you manifest instantly because it's been a skill that you've always acquired. By accepting this, you will get your desires, you will enter the void, your dream life will be yours.

Birthday Resolutions:

get an actual diet (stop eating so much sugar and carbs, eat more fruits/veg, etc)

do 30 mins of pilates daily

do skincare every day

get a guitar and actually learn how to play it

journal every day and practice self love

affirm and pray daily

read at least 50 pages of a book daily

get a solid sleep schedule ( go to sleep 11-12 wake up 7-8)

actually become more social and get out of my damn house

study and pay attention more in class

better myself

2025 series: my goals and plans to execute them

goal #1: improve skin

drink more water (60-84 oz daily)

consistent skincare routine

face masks 1-2x weekly

gua sha & jade roller

body & face moisturizer nightly

goal #2: improve hair

hair gloss every 4-6 weeks

trim every 2-4 months as needed

stop habit of touching hair and scalp

goal #3: improve overall health

exercise at least 4x per week (to start)

cut down on sugar intake ; replace excess sugar with whole foods

aim for 9 hours per night ; develop evening routine

improve posture through mindful correction when sitting and exercising

goal #4: read more often

make specific reading goals

replace mindless scrolling with reading

goal #5: improve overall mental health & peace

meditate at least 4x per week to start, gradually moving to daily

full day of social media detox once a week

prioritize actions and thoughts that bring happiness

goal #6: improve self confidence

experiment with hair, makeup, and clothing to find what suits me best

prioritize self care and acts of self love (taking time to myself, setting boundaries, protecting my peace)

bad habits that held me back for years

negative self talk: tune into your inner voice and turn mean thoughts into kind ones

prioritising comfort over progress: you have to actually do the work, then enjoy your rest and comfort (with less anxiety too)

hanging around the wrong people: you are the sum of the people you spend the most time with, choose your friends carefully

never taking responsibility: tough stuff happens to everybody, focus on what you can control (you) rather than blaming outside circumstances (not talking about trauma here obviously)

expecting praise for 'being yourself': you're good enough as you are in a spiritual sense, but if you want to be excellent at something you have to actually do the work, not just expect praise and reward for just showing up

liking the aesthetic more than the work: do you want to achieve that goal or do you just like how it looks on pinterest??? make sure you derive some level of pleasure and satisfaction from the pursuit

overthinking: seriously just tell your brain to shut up. stop over intellectualising and over thinking every single thing. find your heart to guide you and save your brain power for working on your passions...
