She performed opposite; The Marx Brothers, Buster Keaton, Laurel and Hardy and Charlie Chase. Thelma was also partnered with Zasu Pitts and later Patsy Kelly in over 30 comedy shorts at Hal Roach Studios. 🎭 🥂🍾

🎉 Celebrating the life of American film actress Carole Lombard who was born 114 years ago this date; October 6th, 1908 in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Though she did appear in dramas, Carole was best known for her roles in comedies which earned her the title; "The Queen of Screwball Comedies" 🎭.
