LG offers new 4K monitor with an enhanced range of functions ready to amaze you
Forget about the FullHD once and for all. The time of rough technologies, such as 1920×1080 resolution has already passed just as the black and white displays did. 4K is replacing the old formats, after which we can only expect the 8K picture quality and holograms for all kinds of video streaming.

The 4K panel with a resolution 4096x2160 pixels will suit everybody, moreover there's an additional advantage comparing to other models on the market - IPS Digital Cinema display, which supports 99.5 percent of the Adobe RGB color space and two different color modes allowing you to compare images in two different color schemes. The starter kit also includes True Color Pro software pack from LG to ease the process of color calibration using the hardware.
LG 31MU97 4К monitor will go on the world tour starting from US, South Korea, Germany, Australia and Great Britain this week and will get to Netherlands, Spain, Poland and Japan only a month later. So there is still time to look around and search for other 4K monitors coming up if you are really interested to get yourself a new acquisition on the desktop. The price tag is still unrevealed. But don't expect the devaluation of the product keeping in mind the variety of the functions and superb video quality on the screen. As there's always a buyer for the realistic quality, not eager to overpay for the abstract stuff.

LG launched a 65- and 77-inch 4K OLED curved TVs
t is already known everything about curved LG 55EC9300 - the first representative of a new 4K OLED TVs from LG. But furthermore the engineers have decided to create a similar 65-inch and 77-inch TVs.
Сertainly, the benefits of flexible screens are obvious. Nonetheless such techniques of modern TV sets performance, as before, remain inaccessible to the broad masses. Both of these curved '4K TVs' will come with a Ultra HD resolution (3840x2160 pixels), OLED display that supports a lower energy consumption at the same brightness and latest LG's smart platform WebOS.
No need to be a predictor to understand that LG 65EC9700 and LG 77EG9700 will be expensive as well, as its younger brother, which is available now in the US. We remind that the prices for the 55-inch model starts with a mark of $15K, so you can afford to assume the cost of the remaining. More details will be revealed at IFA 2014 next month, which will take place between the 5th and 10th of September. LG will start to taking pre-orders on both models this week, but only in South Korea.

Xiaomi has created cheapest 4K Android TV
If you are looking a 4K TV on the market you might be interested in the new Android TV which provides high resolution and an amazing price. Xiaomi prepared such a 4K Ultra HDTV with lots of features for your multimedia.
Xiaomi 4K Ultra HDTV is equipped with 49-inch 4K (3840×2160 pixels) display (thickness of 15.5mm with a 6.2mm aluminum bezel), a quad-core processor 1.45GHz MediaTek MStar 6A918, 2GB of RAM, 8GB of internal storage together with MicroSD card slot (max. 64GB). Other features includes Bluetooth LE, a wired audio bar and a 8-inch Bluetooth subwoofer.
Xiaomi 4K Ultra HDTV comes with MIUI TV skin on Android OS which enables to easily load any other TV apps if desired. The expected price is just $640, but don't expect it to be available worldwide soon, if at all.

Toshiba's first 4K touchscreen laptop arrives
Toshiba has just announced its first 4K laptop. In the U.S. this laptop with a touchscreen, OS Windows 8.1 and Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 5 on board will be called Satellite P55T.
Toshiba P55T has a 15,6-inch IPS display supporting a resolution of 3840x2160 pixels (~282 ppi). All those pixels generates a quad-core processor Intel i7 and discrete graphics AMD Radeon R9 M265X 2GB DDR5. Another hook of specifications is 16GB DDR3L memory, a Blu-ray drive and 1TB mechanical hard drive 5400 RPM. Also aware of the module Wi-Fi 802.11, four USB 3.0, HDMI port and a keyboard with LED backlight. The laptop body is made of aluminum. Weight starting from 5.3 lbs. (2.5kg).
Toshiba Satellite P55T is available now with a price tag $1500, that seems ready to compete with other 4K touchscreen laptops.
