Fun fact: Hieroglyphs are a logographic system, where each character represents a word, although in some cases, two characters could join together to form a single word, like for Turquoise, which is represented with a man and a pig next to each other.
Logographic systems nowadays are systems such as Chinese Hanzi, Japanese Kanji, etc.
Emojis could also be considered Logographic, since they tend to represent a single word, rather than a sentence or a letter. i.e: 🤧 represents "sick" but it has the contextual meaning of "I am sick."
In the examples given by OP, this too, is a logographic system, though rather limited in vocabulary.
Also I think it's a shame we have an emoji of a bow and arrow, but not one of just an arrow or just a bow.

okay so for the longest time I did not understand the idea of sexy clothes. like lingerie and short dresses and stuff. did not get it. when I saw photos of clothes that I objectively knew were "supposed" to be sexy I would literally just go like "why is this sexy. this dress has so many holes in it and that bra looks really itchy and I don't understand the draw of any of this. it's just a piece of clothing wdym it's 'sexy'"
and then. I figured out. that YOU'RE MEANT TO BE LOOKING AT THE PERSON WEARING IT 😭 the clothes are not supposed to be inherently sexy but the fact that they show off the person wearing them IS supposed to be and that is something that did not click for me for SO LONG. I spent real actual time and energy trying to figure this out.
so yeah that's like probably one of the most ace things about me 👍
Sometimes I pause and wonder why I like childhood friends to lovers tropes so much especially when there’s mutual pining involved and both of them kinda just not saying anything but still not dating/sleeping with anybody else either even when they think they have no chance. and that’s when I remember I’m Demi-aro and ace no fucking wonder I like that trope, its almost as if it’s the exact situation in which I would ever be in a relationship but nope I have not a clue why I like it, none at all.
I’m actually a dumbass. I’ve identified as asexual for years and as Demi-romantic for at least a few months comfortably by now and I literally only just now realised why I like the childhood friends to lovers trope so much. Genuinely pretty much all my favourite ships are that or at least in a similar vain of friends to lovers and I never fricking realised. It’s not like it’s the nearly exact way that my brain processes attraction nooo especially not when its friends to lovers with years of pining added into the mix like no duh why did you think you liked it, it’s not like you have any other kind of type. I am very annoyed by myself cause I knew that my demi-aro-ness was why I didn’t like so much when characters will have known each other for a week and then fallen in love or whatever other bullshit like that. But I genuinely did not make this connection in the slightest, somehow amazingly somehow I missed it entirely.
