Anby Fashion Show (coping with the wait 'til Silver Anby comes out) Just a few casual concepts (one not-so-casual). She seems like such a chill person, and I thought these would befit her.

Hoshimi Miyabi and Anby enjoying some time off. Took some artistic liberties. It may be more likely that Miyabi's arm is mechanical from the shoulder on, but I like the idea of scarring on her - some very star-like, as befitting her name. I'm not sure if there's actual lore about her arm yet, but I imagine it got torn off while trying to contain the demon in her blade. So tame that it now brings her Taiyaki. Anby's fancy sleeves are off so I put some undergarment sleeves that is meant to sync up via nodes to maybe pass the current where it needs to go. Maybe augmenting her moves. Man, so excited for Silver Anby btw. ZZZ's character design is so full of awesome, and well thought-out detail. It's both a great challenge and joy to draw them.

A take on Anby doing what she loves to do best: borjor. (While cosplaying as Miyabi) She's still my favorite.

I think I was inspired by all the Evelyn hype from ZZZ (attire), but also still feeling the Miyabi fever (ears), which of course led to it turning to Y'shtola.

This is what happens to the Christmas leftovers, so clean up your plates. Or don't, if you're lonely this Christmas and want a buddy.

Day 6 - Dinos Dragons & Droids

This was actually an old one that kicked off the theme, but never got to "finish" it until now. Mainly was trying to play with painting light again.

So behind on the dino sketches but I got into painting these two.

I like this one a lot. I may actually finish it, animate it, or - dare I? - get back in Blender to 3D it. :O

Tiny Flappy I call it. It flaps the membranes on its head to attract certain insects or birds that prey on butterflies. I did want to animate it some more - especially the tail - but I am trying not to spend so much time on these (so I can draw more)

Fall vibes. Probably ate a bunch of pumpkins. Shadowscale meets a chubby dino. A bit of a break from Starfield to see if I can still draw other things.

Why it took me so long to get into Spine, I don't know. But now that I have, I've been digging into whatever art I've done to, quite literally, breath some new life into them. For those who don't know, Spine is a really neat program that makes it relatively easy to animate 2D art and even deform them to mimic 3D. Great for game dev or just fancy gifs if you like. This particular piece was from 5 years ago, and looking up the old employer I discovered that they actually released the game August of this year! Too bad I don't have an apple device. The Call of Cowthulhu (shirt version)

Took the comic from the earlier post http://boxyheadbry.tumblr.com/post/99551844676/cowthulhu-last-night-half-asleep-while  and turned it into a shirt.  Necessary, yes.

This one has a thick border around it but you can choose one from the store that doesn't.  For example, if you wanted it on a white shirt.  You can also fiddle around with some options such as shirt color and types as well.  Zazzle is pretty cool like that.

They may have a sale going on right now too if you catch this before Columbus Day.  Input the code "SALETHEOCEAN"

I usually prefer black or gray, but something about it being a cow makes me want it on this color myself.  Hwehwehwehwe
