Imagine loving a guy so much you almost kill yourself to find his baby boy in a tsunami, you claw at the earth when you think you've lost him forever, you crawl under a fire truck to drag his bleeding body to safety with an actual sniper shooting your way, you accept the fact he put you down as his boy's legal guardian in case he dies with barely a protest, you agonise when he quits being your job partner, you take said son to the zoo all the time, you get jealous like a dog pissing on a tree when he has a new friend, you're there when he begs you to fix something you can't fix and you can only hold on to his shoulder to try and shoot the pain, you go to him the second some ugly man dumps you, you throw a hissy fit about him leaving to Texas and sabotage his house showing, and then, you cave. You cave and you give up your housing situation to help him, you move into his house and you let him go. You let him go because you love him that much.
And he looks at you like you set his world on fire and built it back anew, and you hope he looks through the rearview as he drives away, hoping he'll miss you half as much as you'll miss him.
He will. You were struck by the same lightning, you'll forever share a heartbeat.
you can let it go you can start a family who will always show you love

These poor babies deserve happiness. Just let them be happy
If I only could I’d make a deal with God And I’d get him to swap our places Be running up that road Be running up that hill...
Let’s put aside Buddie for a second…
Guys what do you want from season 9? Because I’ve got one thing I really want and I’d like someone to ask please.
DRAWER.
I get the feeling and a strange sense,
that you’re glad that I escaped, that from there I left.
When our towns daily newspaper had talked about me,
I wonder if you bought that edition to see.
I wonder if somewhere you hide a secret drawer,
where you keep your memories and regrets,
Movie tickets, funeral cards,
newspaper clippings, and cassettes.
Do you go through that drawer while sitting on the couch,
The one my mother designed from the catalog?
That couch that has seen you through three marriages now,
The same one your new wife sits on?
I wonder what the difference between us is,
why we are the way that we are,
We don’t have many similarities;
The contrast is so stark.
Your opportunities were boundless,
You could’ve done anything,
your parents were married and owned their home,
you played sports in the spring.
But me, I didn’t have those privileges,
and it’s all because of you,
my childhood I spent bounced back-and-forth,
you divorced when I was two.
Mom raised me independently,
and independent I was raised to be.
Everything I’ve done is no part thanks to you.
Its all been because of me.
But even all these years later,
I know you’ve watched, and listened to the grapevine.
Even after everything that’s happened,
you’ve been proud of me all this time.
I wonder if someday when you’re gone and when I get that call,
I’ll go over to your place, survey, and start to comb through all,
your personal belongings, prized possessions, and some more,
But I wonder more than anything, if I’ll ever find that drawer…
LOVE, DEAR ABBY
I’m sorry but people are calling Eddie aggressive abusive for grabbing Bucks shoulder like be so serious. Out of Buck and Eddie, only one of them has physically hurt the other. Incase ya’ll forgot but Buck made Eddie hurt his ankle out of jealousy. No that does not make Buck a bad person, but choosing to call Eddie aggressive and abusive when he never put a hand on Buck. Also the whole argument was Buck and Eddie reflecting their insecurities on each other. Eddie never said that he thinks that Buck didn’t do enough to save Bobby, he just said that he wasn’t there when Bobby died so he doesn’t know what happened. They were both in the wrong during the argument, Buck knows that he was wrong which is why he apologized. A split second after Eddie grabs Buck’s shoulder, you can see his face soften and he tries to calm down. Eddie wasn’t just angry but he was also in a lot of pain, not knowing how to handle the grief. In the flashback you can see Eddie holding his mouth to cover his sobs, but as soon as Buck apologized, he almost started to cry again but he held it back. And Eddie also knew that he was in the wrong in the argument, hence him going to the airport to pick up Chris and Pepa. That whole argument just showed that they are both grieving and keeping it to themselves but they both desperately want to be there for each other.
And ya’ll want people to believe that most of you guys ain’t racist 🤨. People act like they care about diversity but they only talk about the white men in a relationship. I said it before and I will say it again, you guys want only want Buck to be in a relationship with a white person. I think you guys to need to dig deep and find out why ya’ll feel that way. Acting like people are upset that Buck is dating because he’s white is just stupid. We’re upset because Tommy is a terrible person.
EMBARRASSING. Sorry I have to rant. They claim that they care about gay relationships on tv and the representation it will be for others but the moment a gay couple that people have been rooting for is mentioned they just don’t care anymore. What I’m about to say isn’t targeted to ANYONE in particular or grouping people together, just to let yall know. But lots of people only like Buck and Tommy together because they are two white men. People don’t like Buck and Eddie together because Eddie is Hispanic. They try to cover it up, but it is very obvious. If Eddie was a stereotypical white man, there would be no issue. The amount of racism towards Eddie and Ryan is disgusting. Some people only care about representation when it comes to white people. For example, Hen and Karen are a black lesbian couple, and Micheal and David are a black gay couple, but two white men in a couple is so revolutionary and representative? Bucks story alone is representative to a lot of people and they see themselves in him,not taking away from that all. But for some people to act like that would suddenly be taken away if he got with Eddie, really makes me wonder why that idea bothers them so much. Also some of those shippers think that all of us want Buck and Eddie to go straight into a relationship, that is not the case for most of us. Just like Buck had a beautiful story of him discovering more of his identity that Oliver perfectly performed , I want the same thing for Eddie and to see Ryan nail the whole performance. AGAIN THIS IS NOT ABOUT EVERY BUCK AND TEMU SHIPPER I PROMISE, IM AM NOT SAYING THAT THE PERSON IN THE PICTURE IS RACIST, I JUST USED THEM AS AN EXAMPLE.
Lmao not sure why I have to get therapy. Just because Ryan was acting friendly with the failed nepo baby doesn’t mean anything. He’s not going to hold that animosity all day and make things awkward for everyone. It’s not a scenario, even before the full video came out, lots of people were talking about how pissed off Ryan looked. Then when the full video came out, people connected the dots. Ryan is talking to staff member, looks annoyed, walks over to everyone including Hulks son, says something about tomatoes,Kenny looks at Lfj and says “a argument about tomatoes really”, Oliver walks away from him. I don’t know how much more things you need. I mean I get it a little bit, when I like a celebrity I don’t finding out that they’re a mean person. But with the posts that Lou made a couple years ago(when he was grown adult) it doesn’t seem that wild that he would also be rude to service workers.
There being drama on set is crazy. Just because a grown man decided to be rude to a crafts services person because there was tomatoes in your food. LIKE HELLO. Theres a video of Ryan talking to someone(most likely the employee he yelled at) then he goes up to the failed nepo baby. You can hear Ryan say something about tomatoes, and then Kenny looks at Lfj and can be heard saying, “an argument about tomatoes really?”. That’s when Oliver walks away from lfj and gives him the side eye. Ryan was the most pissed off, telling him to have manners and respect. Lfj tries to explain himself but Ryan talks over him. I mean, it’s crazy that a 40 year old man would react that way about tomatoes. Whenever there’s something in my food I don’t like it, I simply take it out. And before say that he could be allergic, there is better ways to go about it, not yelling at someone that’s just trying to do their job.

(also would let him take me in every space available at the station in all the positions he wanted until the beenado blows us away)
eddie diaz, the real catalyst of the sassy men apocalypse
IM GOING TO END UP ON THE NATIONAL NEWS AFTER THIS EPISODE IM SO SERIOUS
Buddie: Sign of the Times by Harry Styles
Buckley-Diaz Family: Dear Theodosia by Lin-Manuel Miranda
Eddie Diaz: Charybdis by Jorge Rivera-Herrans
(EPIC: The Musical)
Buddie: Always You by Louis Tomlinson
Eddie Diaz: You Pretty Thing by Gavin Creel
Eddie Diaz: Nowhere
Just remembered it was Eddie fucking Diaz that restarted Buck's heart.
This started as a tweet I made but grew I to my full feelings for Buck and his romantic relationships:
The writers likely didn't mean this, but Buck getting into relationships after a traumatic event is him regressing. It's him not dealing with his trauma. Not to mention he's always had a difficulties with relationships since s1. The most development we got was him being in a serious relationship after a direct trauma rather than hooking up with people because of a difficult upbringing.
Which is also why I think Ali is more liked as Buck's girlfriend, because from what I can remember, she was the only one who left after he got severely hurt and didn't start dating him after he went through a trauma. Abby started seriously talking to him after Buck couldn't save the man in the rollercoaster, Taylor got with him after Eddie was shot, and Natalia was first interested in Buck because he died and only came back after he got hurt again.
Not to mention Buck's obsession with sex in s1 and when we later learn he got attention from his parents through hurting himself. He's always been regressing.
The biggest reason there has been no change is because for Buck to see worth in himself is him not dating the girls he think will be the next to help him after a trauma; but that goes against the heterosexual nature some writers push for Buck, and if he sees that none of those girlfriends or hook-ups ever saw him for who he is, eventually he would realize that he always had someone who knew him head and heart. But because that someone is a man, people working on the show will never let that be the finale to Buck being with someone who fully understood and was content with him as him through and through.
What I HOPE happens in the finale is that Buck and Eddie realize their respective romantic interests aren’t what they need, and that Buck and Eddie meet in the middle, on Eddie’s couch, and talk about how they’re each other’s constant. Fade to black, implied buddie canon.
Never liked Fox anyways
