Misery

Manipulation
trying to control another person so they will do what you want because it benefits you. Firm boundaries are necessary to protect yourself from a manipulator
For quiet sometime now every since August 2023 I've been manipulated by my mother in multiple ways.
1. her gaslighting me to believe my family hates me
2. all of my friends or Acquaintances are trying to R word me or Touch me inappropriately
3. That my feelings aren't as important as he feelings
4. That my mental health is not at all important and that the medication I was using did not help me at all.
What makes this worse is that My mom now has another thing to manipulate me with something I did that I'm not proud of.
She also makes me believe no one cares about me to the point that I barely have contacts in my own phone anymore.
That these guys I hang with are gonna rape and take advantage of me even though they are the only people I feel safe with besides my other friend.
My feelings are never validated, hell I'm staying at a house I don't want to stay at so my mom doesn't use this secret against me making me submit to her torture and abuse.
My mental health has been regarded so bad that I've tried to off myself multiple times and I've told my mom I need medication to get better but am met with threats of 302ing

In Pennsylvania, a 302 commitment is an application for emergency evaluation and treatment for someone who is a danger to themselves or others due to a mental illness. A person can be considered for a 302 commitment if they meet certain criteria within the past 30 days, such as attempting suicide, self-mutilation, or being unable to care for themselves without supervision. A 302 commitment can only be processed in the county where the behaviors occurred and can last up to 120 hours. A 302 commitment usually stays on a person's record for life, but an attorney may be able to petition the court to have it removed.
I've been miserable with everything that's been going on I have no one to go too and I'm scared to tell an adult and get CPS called its frightening every single second of the day walking on eggshells.
I also rarely eat since I'm afraid that we won't have any food left and since I don't have a job yet since I'm still in school and my mom has a shitty job we won't have lots of money.
My mother's baby father (not my father)
Has accused me of liking his wife (since my mother and him are not together and talk because my mom has a kid with him) even though I'm not interested in this lady and have a preference.
He called me a whore for having a partner and has told me I need to "Stop being Grown" when his niece is sending naked pictures of herself to people.
His niece is not better, she called me boring for not wanting to go outside and just watch what I want to watch while I'm there.
Turned off something I felt comfortable watching then tried to talk to me like it was okay before telling me I have to apologize to (Her uncle's wife) for trying to talk to her since I apparently am in love with her.
I told her about my S/A in confidence and she told everyone making me look like a whore..saying I enjoyed everything.
She lied to me saying she never told anyone but she did because I just don't go Promoting someone touching my body.
But i just want to say that this has been happening to me since August 2023 when I moved with my mom after my aunt kicked me out after something happened.

Freedom Flotilla Attacked — Ship in Distress, Immediate Action Needed from Maltese Government
MALTA / INTERNATIONAL WATERS — At 00:23 Maltese time, the Conscience, a Gaza Freedom Flotilla ship came under direct attack in international waters. The Freedom Flotilla Coalition had been organizing a nonviolent action under a media black out to avoid any potential sabotage. Volunteers from over 21 countries travelled to Malta to board the mission to Gaza, including prominent figures. On the morning of their scheduled departure, the vessel was attacked. Armed drones attacked the front of an unarmed civilian vessel twice, causing a fire and a substantial breach in the hull. The last communication indicated the drones are still circling the ship.
The ship, located in international waters just off the coast of Malta, issued an SOS distress signal immediately following the attack. A vessel from Southern Cypress was dispatched but is not providing the critical electrical support needed. The drone strike appears to have deliberately targeted the ship’s generator, leaving the crew without power and placing the vessel at great risk of sinking.
On board are international human rights activists on a nonviolent humanitarian mission to challenge Israel’s illegal and deadly siege of Gaza, and to deliver desperately needed, life-saving aid. Since March 2, 2025 Israel has barred all aid trucks from entering Gaza, deliberately starving over two million civilians in full view of the international community. Humanitarian experts estimate the population in Gaza requires at least 600 aid trucks each day to meet even the most basic needs, yet not a single truck has been allowed in for two months.
The Maritime Rescue Coordination Centre in Rome advised that a tugboat has been sent out and is on the scene. Our communications with the vessel were destroyed in the attack and we are unable to confirm this. Under international maritime law and conventions Malta is obliged to act and ensure the safety of a civilian ship in distress within its proximity. The lack of response and information about the rescue efforts breaches international customary law.
Israeli ambassadors must be summoned and answer to violations of international law, including the ongoing blockade and the bombing of our civilian vessel in international law.
We demand that:
Malta immediately respond to its obligation and ensure the safety of all on board the vessel.
The international community condemns this aggression against an unarmed humanitarian aid vessel and demand the Maltese authorities immediately act.
All states end political, financial and military support for Israel’s illegal siege, blockade, occupation, and apartheid.

i lost my job, and only stable source of income, back in january. the reason i lost my job was due to an amalgamation of my rights being violated, being sexually harassed by customers (and having to fear assault due to my workplace not protecting me), and being unable to complete the tasks required by the job due to disability (that had been exacerbated by the job, and wasn't an issue when i took the job).
unfortunately, i live in a very small town, and everywhere else i've applied to either mysteriously denies me after an interview or i don't even get to that point with them. with only having one job under my belt since i'd worked there for years, a lot of places won't hire me due to inexperience. not to mention that i have a lot of piercings and tattoos, so many places where i live (a rural, conservative, mountain town) just don't want me because i'm 'not congruent with their image'.

In August of 2024 I was without electricity, phone, and internet connection because huge storms with lightning, rain, and winds. We even have floods, the roof is full of holes so it rain inside every year as well floods, but now with the state of the weather things are much worst. We had never have winds like that here. At this rate, in 4 years we will have tornadoes, a thing we have never ever have here. Nor our lands, infrastructures, and culture are prepared for this. Many haven't recovered from this nor any of past natural disasters.
Then spring and summer came, and bc all the destruction of our nature and the draught territories the little forests that are left of our native trees and plants caught fire with the pines throughout different regions a number of times.
Companies and its countries are stealing our water for mining, for avocados, strawberries and other native fruts and veggies that I can't buy to eat bc are sent to other countries, planting non-native pines to cut down and sell the wood to the world and have dried up the land, causing more and more fires, more and more deaths every year. On 13 February alone, there were forest fires in six municipalities in one region and 14 fires were burning. The emergency has left more than 20,800 hectares burned by the flames, as well as 44 victims and 28 houses destroyed in those days alone. There have been fires every week for months. The last few weeks it is almost every day somewhere in the country.
The goverment can't fix the country bc we still live under the dictatorship constitution and its politicians and families, and the president has being constantly attacked by the pro dictatorship groups from our country and others, fake news, terror campaings, etc, even the ensurance company group, the one that has Principal (AFP Cuprum), Metlife (AFP Provida), and Prudential (AFP Habitat) threatened my president this month because he and our chambers proposed and made slight improvements to the system because private companies of ensurance and pensions (that are from USA of course) have millions getting sick, disabled or dying because they can't afford medical care nor anything.
This threat was issued by David Chavern, president and CEO of the American Council of Life Insurers in the form of a letter to the extent that it was made known to the public. I can't ignore that one of the groups that also has their ensurance company here is UnitedHealthcare that owns Banmédica, another criminal company. Yeah, UHG, the one that had its CEO executed by The Adjuster. Yes, all USA insurance companies in my country are affected by this little change made to try to help my people to stay alive and have a little more of money that still will not make us live with dignity and out of poverty. So, yeah, is easy to say that UHG is more than angry with my country and back then the 1973 coup has made, among other things, to install this evil ensurance system and this companies.
Even in the cities there are fires. This past week I saw 2 fires in just 3 days, with houses on fire just a couple of blocks away from me. Now it has began autumn and, if I take as reference past years, it will not be like it used to be, but just like a winter part 1 now. Is already getting cold in the night and early morning making my articulations hurt, while in the day the heat makes me tired and weak, causing fires.
Last year people helped me, was awesome, but sadly it wasn't enough. I cleaned by hand the black mold from the walls of the storage room where I live and painted a bit with the little anti mold paint I found in an old tin that was left in a closet. Looks better and smells better and made me happy, but the walls are still broken, one of the walls is still not a wall, and the people of the place is still horrible and abusive. I'm still unemployed even when I tried to sell my art works, get a job, sell second hand clothes, find remote work, and even sent a cultural project to the Ministry of Culture to try to get funding and thus have a wage. Nothing worked. I got rejected in all and honestly I can no longer work because of my disability.
My health is getting even worst. Chronic pain, chronic illnesses and long covid are worse and make me more and more disabled with each passing semester. Eating is hard bc gluten free and dairy free food is terribly expensive (I have celiac disease and lactose intolerance) so I keep being hungry every day, i haven't eaten a piece of bread in months, I cant even make my own bc the gas and electricity is expensive as well the flour that I can use. Being autistic and having c-PTSD as well depression and fibromyalgia doesn't help and the violence never ends.
As far as I'm concerned, I've been on my own all my life, my only support is my couple that also helps me as a caregiver sometimes, is the only family I have. We don't live together bc poverty, we can only be thogeter for a little time each year bc non of us has a job (we are both university graduates and are teachers), their roof rains down and floods their house, the food sold in the poorer area is in bad state and in their house quickly grows black mold and we have to eat it. Also has to take care of an abusive old mother that is poisoning him with black mold (that already gives them health problems like allergy, migraine and gut issues, and the father has already died), the neighbours are violent, and I make that the bills are bigger and more.
My couple fears that we end up in the streets, homeless. I fear that they died or that when the dictatorship is installed once again here the neighbours are gonna snitch on us just bc we belive in democracy and my couple is a teacher. Already members of a cult showed up 2 days ago only in this house. In the last big dictatorship people were taken from their houses and jobs (specially students, univeritaries, teachers and culture workers, for example) and some never returned. I don't even want to be in my country bc we will have a dictatorship soon, but I have nowhere else to go nor money to migrate. I need $10.537 dollars or € 9.760,95 euros aprox to pay all the documents, the bank money I need to have to prove I deserve to migrate, the tickets, rent money I have to show, and all that. I have been really thinking in live somewhere else, but no money and countries are having even more restrictions to countries like mine and people like us than before. I currently (date 14 April 2025) have $260 dollars donated (coz I spent some in food and meds this past months). One of my checks was a couple of days late last week, and the more lucrative of my 2 proper jobs has given me only one day of work this week (seems to be system issue?? I'm waiting for a reply from my higher up, there seems to be a queue of sorts) I have no idea when I'm going to get my check this week, either. Although it's supposed to come in on Tuesdays, I have heard from coworkers it is likely to be delayed again. On top of all of this, I have had wifi issues for a week, and I work from home.
I was already going to have to do some commissions to make rent this month before the reduced work hours and wifi issues. I have to pay rent on Saturday, and I do not get a grace period. I cannot emphasize how screwed me, and both of my disabled roommates are if my check doesn't come in on time, which is apparently not likely to happen.
I am setting this goal for $600 which is how much I am going to need for rent if my check does not go through in time. I will update this post accordingly, and turn off rbs if I get my check before rent is due, but tbh if i thought that was happening I wouldn't be making this post.

As of today, the landlord of where my family and I live has evicted us. Unjustly. After making unreasonable demands, harassing my father, the landlord has decided to force us to leave.

That is a (not fully comprehensive but useful) list of the high-risk foods for contamination and sickness that could result in serious harm or death. The broad strokes are cheeses, but especially soft cheeses, raw/fresh vegetables, pre-sliced fruit packages, ready to eat salads, chicken eggs, milk (bird flu), anything fermented like melons, and pet food, among others.
This is likely not a comprehensive list, so be sure to look things up yourself as well.
If you buy vegetables and plan to eat them, it is best to cook them to a safe temperature and wash their outsides well with water and light scrubbing instead of eating them raw.
Make sure that the individual foods that you buy often are safe to eat or at risk, and adjust accordingly. This is a fundamental necessity that everyone here will need to follow. Testing is reduced or gone, and reporting on outbreaks will also likely be reduced or banned outright as well.
All you can do is stay safe, use your masks in public again, and make sure that you are clean as well as your food.

I've witnessed the evidence of the tragedy that has struck our lives in Gaza, where my family and I have survived amidst numerous previous wars. But today, we face the most dangerous and fierce battle in the current war. The urgent need intensifies for us, as we have nothing left and are unable to secure our basic needs such as food, water, and safe shelter.
Here is our story - On October 7th, our lives changed forever, my family and I evacuated from northern Gaza to southern Gaza, hoping to return soon, but it wasn't meant to be. Our home was surrounded, burned, and then completely destroyed, Our home, once a fortress of hope, now lay in ruins, a stark reminder of our shattered dreams.
The night before we left from the north to the south was terrifying. Shelling sounds were everywhere, making a loud noise that felt like it went through our souls. Every explosions shook the ground like earthquakes, sending shockwaves of fear through our trembling bodies. filling us with fear. The air smelled of destruction and blood, making it hard to breathe. When dawn came, we saw the devastation around us, realizing our home was now a symbol of loss and despair.
We ran into the streets and with each step we took into the unknown streets, we felt as if we were plunging deeper into the abyss of our shattered existence, leaving behind everything we own in our home: Clothes, important official documents, the car, and literally it's almost everything - the enormity of our loss weighed heavily upon us.

As we sway amidst the rubble of shattered dreams, our souls wrestle and our hearts beat strongly challenging the ravages of war.
Our parents earnestly seek a way to rescue us from this hell, feeling the heavy responsibility for every moment we spend under the shadows of fear and destruction. They dream of a safe place where they can build for us a better future, filled with security and hope, for we deserve life in all its meanings of comfort and peace.

We're almost at the year mark for the current Israeli aggression, and my friend Dina ( @dina-my-family ) has been living in a tent with her two young children for this entire time. Her oldest, a beautiful little girl, is 2 years old, and her son, a miracle of life brought into the world in the midst of war, is under a year old.
Her family has been displaced several times, and she's had to run from bombings with her terrified children. Dina's had little access to medical care for herself and her children, including when she was pregnant, and it's difficult for them to get food and water. On top of this, their tent provides little protection from the elements, and with winter coming, the cold will be incredibly dangerous.
Recently, her little son has developed a fever, and we are both scared for him. She needs medicine to help him get better, but as most things in Gaza, the medicine is incredibly expensive. It's incredibly URGENT that she is able to get proper care for her son, a fever can be so so dangerous if left untreated.
All Dina wants is for her children to be safe and happy again.
Her campaign has been struggling terribly, and it's difficult for her to hold onto this dream. Her children deserve better lives, Dina deserves a better life.
