Reset Sunday guide :
disconnect : Starting by turning off your notifications, this is YOUR time you need to focus on you and only you. You could also delete social media at least for the day, works even better. Don’t answer any message unless it is something urgent, people need to respect your time.
Set the mood : Get comfortable and set a calm and relaxing mood by lighting some candles, putting on a comfortable outfit which makes you feel pretty, turning on some music, anything that puts you in the right mood for taking care of yourself.
Self care: Now you can start taking care of yourself. Start the longest skin care ever (don’t forget the neck), hydrate your whole body (damage from winter cold is no joke), take vitamins, put on a hair mask, paint your nails, massage your face while the mask is on, don’t forget to drink a lot of water.
Clean your space : While your masks and creams are on, you can start tidying up your place. Your mind is clearer when your working space is clean. Don’t forget to spray some perfume in your room for the final touch.
Prepare things for tomorrow : if you have work or classes tomorrow you can pick out your clothes the night before and organize your bag, that way you won’t be in a rush when you’re leaving the next day.
Relax : Now that everything is settled it is time to relax. Go watch Netflix under a warm blanket while drinking hot chocolate, listen to a podcast while doing yoga, go for a walk… Find something that makes you feel calm and relaxed and enjoy that moment !
panicked in my religious studies exam and used the hymn "I will go lord" as a source of authority
thanks to my amazing Christian school,
I can't remember quotes but I know the entirety of Jerusalem, the lord's pray and most Christian hymns
Gonna make a short post to get the anger out because it’s late and I want to sleep. My parents have had no issues with my boyfriend coming over during the exam period until today which was the day I balled my eyes out over a math exam so when he finished his try ones for the day he brought food and watched one of my favorite movies with me. My mother knows that every day when she questions whether I’ve studied it feels invalidating and like she doesn’t trust me so when she brought it up today she knew how it would make me feel. Next year I’m going to live 13 hours away from him and he might have to spend our first Christmas as a couple in another country. Even my stepdad who likes my boyfriend questioned me.
I love to learn, I do...but only when the end goal is not an exam ykwim.
I love even the hard subjects like physics and Maths, they are so fun...but not when I have to eventually go write them in a dumb exam, because can't write exams.
Examination culture is definitely killing peoples want to study, and we as a society need to evaluate why that is.
Omg gifted kid brain...why are you not gifted kid braining?
Probably because you never developed good studying strategies (you don't fucking know how to revise girl) cause you always got good grades without studying, and now you are fucked in highschool.
Okay so I fuck it we balled the physics exam but I still think I'm gonna fail...
Omfg it's the day.
I just love how all joy and whimsy leaves my body whenever I have a latin exam coming up
I workerd hard all year, and i definitely reduced the amount of hours I study, but I'll be okay, I'll be the best.
exam season again y'all
math exam was so good it made me think, don't get men get maths fr
being smart is literally my only validation. nothing if not smart.
With my books, with my exam notes, with my loads of Chrome tabs :') Currently I'm preparing for an English exam that is necessary for my master's applications. Pray for me pleaseee :)))
Additionally, I need to declare my love for the yellow light because it changes the whole aura of the room, especially the desk. For me, it feels like home and I feel safe somehow.

This was from my first psychology exam studying.
The date: March 2020
The time things were about to change :')

30/100 days of productivity: Bullet journal pages about engineering schools entrance examination
9/100 days of productivity : This afternoon I had some time, so I began my physic notes for my khôle. (sort of french oral exam every week for student who pretend to join a "great" school like engineering school or commercial school) I also helped my sister understand primitives. I mades a lot of exercices in maths myself, learned engineering sciences for tomorrow exam and read again my French notes.
I will succeed. Not immediately. But definitely.

ive been feeling so envious of my friends lately and i don't like it
it's like whenever they achieve something that i wish for my ideal self, i start thinking to myself "why is that not me, it should be me" and then a self deprecating thought follows, "maybe it'll never be me". my mind chooses to completely ignore the struggles my friends have gone through to get where they are and do the things that they are doing
i feel guilty feeling this way about people so close to me, people who confide in me, whose struggles i know but im not sure how to navigate through this
hmm maybe i should start by making a list of things i want for my ideal self and then work towards them slowly
nahi hora yaar nahi hora
KAISE HOGA
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
im sitting in the library watching buzzfeed instead of starting my paper due tonight because my brain is literally shortcircuiting
Honestly, it doesn't matter what happens today or how the exam goes.
The fact that you took a course that you don't have much interest in and tried your best to understand the subject matter, the readings and the assignments is commendable.
You've given your best throughout the course and you've prepared to your best level for the final.
Take a deep breath and get out of your head.
Okay love you bye <3
[this is a letter to myself pls ignore lolol]
i have to study for 4 finals in 2 days
and i have two papers on one day
IVE NEVER DONE THIS BEFORE
HOW DO I EVEN GO ABT THIS
hope i make it through
edit: I MADE IT THROUGH IT'S OVER
SO HAPPY FOR WINTER BREAK HAHAHAHAH
this felt nice~~~
i love languages sm ⁽⁽ଘ( ˊᵕˋ )ଓ⁾⁾
