Why would you want to go through that? That's so awful and horrible and disgusting and repulsive. I can't, I can't. Why would you ever want to be abused? This is too far. On the topic of transableism, there's also many people who are transabled when it comes to mental/neurological conditions. I don't believe that has anything to do with BIID. It's just ableism trying to hide behind the "Well, someone on the internet says it can be considered a mental condition so you're the ableist one!" wall. You can't be transautistic, dumbass.
