This is the magic formula, just keep at it, trust me………. Exercise is the main ingredient, you have to go in so no 30 mins in the gym………that will not activate and build those muscles. I started with 1 hours 3-4 times a week now I workout for 3-4 hours at least 3 times a week. I’ve only been in the gym for 3 months but every month I bring up the intensity and I am slowly seeing the changes. I make my own natural protein shakes with oats, bananas, sweetened milk and other things. I also take maca root and seek out exercise routines for women’s weight gain. You have the magic hour for you to ignore, that special time after your workout where your fat burning powers are in overdrive, that sacred time the losers (weight losers) treasure. Ignore it, wait that hour out and whatever you eat after that hour will stick where its supposed to!!!! 🙌👏👏👏👍

There is multiple ways to squat, everyone thinks that squatting will build your glutes and complain months later why your Quads are huge but your butt only changed slightly.
Check those shin angles and if your doing it with a barbell do low bar squats (Google it).
Have a trainer or fitness coach teach you how to Deadlift or even sprint. A combination of Low bar squats, Deadlift variations, and sprints will create a butt you’d never expect to have. It takes time but when it happens you’ll be in awe how much you can change the butt.

So this is me…..I’m on a weight gain journey and I can stop now if I’m to go by a chart or other peoples opinions (both say I’m fabulous) but I’m doing this for myself and how I feel and want to look. I’ve been taking macca root and killing it in the gym and I have definitely seen results so to all my fellow skinny Minnie’s, YOU CAN DO THIS!!! 😘
