Based off a poem I made when I was in 7th grade (under the cut)

"Change is painful," They said.

What they forgot to mention,

Is that it is unwanted.

It crawls under your skin,

And latches onto your throat.

"Change is painful," I replied.

They turned toward me,

"Yes, it is." They said,

"That is why it is inevitable."
