It has been a great day at Dragon Con. I found this in the Marriot,and when I solved it, a child dressed as a Korok ran out to give me a piece of candy.

I have always head-cannoned that the kokiri were an isolated appearance.
They they've only ever been koroks, except for that one time they became a village that raised a hero.
That the Great Deku Tree, surrounded by korok forest children, decided to take in the orphaned infant hylian before him. That he asked the forest spirits to appear as hylian-like children to make Link feel more comfortable and less lonely as he grew up.
(Mido must have missed the memo).
(forgive me these are a little older) But further back, still expanding my AU and studying the artstyle for TLOZ Wind Waker. I am particularly proud of the deku tree and the deku mole, two entities sharing one massive, eldrich-like body in order to protect and transport the spirits of the forest above and below the great flood's barrier. I WEAR by all things this was before Tears of the Kingdom and I never thought it would fit SO well with the things that developed in the canon of the game. This was an ongoing idea I had in 2022 and maybe even further back. Enjoy!

Unpopular opinion: Oaki is precious and the happy little dance they do at the end makes following them through the woods worth it.
I was so excited to see the new trailer for BoTW2. It looks like another open world with a revamped map, and the Talus with Bokoblins on top is super cool. Can't wait for 2022.
I made a little Korok animation. Glad to say I learned a lot in the process.
I'm making a korok out of ceramic! Now I just need to figure out what colours I plan to glaze him with...

◍It's not that the bed itself is uncomfortable, it's actually the best bed in gerudo town

Ran a Zelda-themed PF2e session today. There was a boss fight against a six-armed, leaf-mask-wearing warrior construct named Koroktos, and yes, I am extremely proud of that name.
