I haven't watched any g5 content yet. However, during a rant about the MLP franchise doing call-backs to gen 1-3 ponies, I found this!! Posey from g5!!! Same cutie mark and everything!
I had no idea they did this. It's probably common knowledge among g5 fans, but it's super cool to me. I'm excited to see if they have more instances of this after I finish my g4 rewatch.
G5 leaves a sour taste in my mouth without even trying (let me be gate-keepy about my ponies in peace) but I'm willing to give it a shot and I will attempt shelve my nostalgia for FiM I'm order to give an honest review. Stay tuned folks 🫡
I don't know if this has been said before but I like how the heroes of each new generation of my favorite shows are just some random orange fangirl/boy of the old generation.
