Tenten forgot to untie her buns, so the cloak is pretty much useless because of that :> but Neji doesn't complain. He'll make sure to untie them later! *secret date* Happy Valentine's day!
He had it in the past though, I always wanted that style to go back and gives Lee an amazing authenticity.
