OK LISTEN!!!! When I say that Jayce is her favorite person I mean it because he gets her on the level of not only her mission and goals, but her adoration for building things and also someone who supports not only what she does in Piltover but what she does in Zaun! Absolutely her big brother, her mentor too she might not admit that latter part though until way way wayyyyyy later! I also think to a degree he understands her struggles with the weight of the world on her shoulders that no one else does so genuinely she feels understood and like she genuinely has a friendship built out of true trust and understanding. I know there is a similar relationship between him and Caitlyn but foundationally especially if we run with the idea he helped her and her dad fix and adjust her hearing aids, the profound impact from that alone means sorry hes automatically adopted into her family meaning lots of home made gifts, food and treats CONSTANTLY, holiday invites, the general check-in's whenever things are really difficult. Like, that is HER BROTHER, and everyone is aware she makes sure.

okok first works been a lot and I’ve been on @jinxcursed but also after chatting more with one of my dearest friends to get more suggestions from her I’m gonna dual fc for sera im gonna use Yuqi for her main fc but I know a lot of people aren’t chillin with idols as a fc and I’ll use Jesse as an alt for anyone who is uncomfortable with Yuqi! updates to fc info we are using Jessie Mei Li now for Sera, while I did not see anything relating her to having any sort of Ionian connection an anon did shoot me an ask mentioning that and that riot had made a post about her being inspired Chinese culture and my use of ms sabrina was white washing, which I NEVER wanna do so hence the update with more research and picking someone more appropriate for it. more abt this under the cut! and i am truly sorry for the fact my ignorance hurt people and i did not do my due diligence in researching more before making that choice. I am gonna do a lot better going forward with these things!
i did find a reddit comment that mentioned this from someone who works for Riot so I wanted to take that into consideration so the update has been done. I have no idea if this is connected to her whole character of just her KDA roots but regardless I never want to partake in white washing anyone or anything period, it is really not ok and something I did not realize I had done and am so sorry if it hurt anyone or people were afraid to tell me previously. white washing is really harmful to poc communities and in the rpc it is really important to be mindful of these things when making a character or picking a fc because these communities are already incredibly marginalized in the rpc and ignoring it is taking part in it which I also do not want to do because it is incredibly disrespectful and incredibly harmful and as a white passing person i need to be held to a higher standard as well.
the things i already replied to things I will update icons on, and such but also, please never be afraid to bring things up to me. I dont read the game lore because it is really hard for me to follow since its not in like a book or a movie or a show and connecting it all through wiki pages is really hard for me so please know if i get something wrong I am always

also i like to imagine the competitions she goes to in Zaun and where they musically duke it out is very much like the band battles in scott pilgrim and it makes me giggle.
Thinking abt the fight in season 2 during the memorial… and how sera was 100% there to support both Caitlyn and Jayce… and how her ass 100% was helping ppl instead of getting herself OUT like any other celebrity would do. But her ass is like nah nah nah gotta save these beautiful souls! Also the pure awe when she sees cait shoot and also the pure awe when vi and Jayce both work together and she’s trying to contain her own like YOU GUYS ARE SO COOL with the sera be serious this is a HORRIFYING situation. And on that note, I genuinely think Ambessa scares the hell out of her. Her soul shows up and sera is like I like this rhythm and melody but something about it is scary despite the family undertones….
