Some sharpie interpretations on plexiglass of some of my favorite albums: Paid in Exposure by NateWantsToBattle, and After Midnight and Duality by Set It Off (Click for better quality)
Hi everyone, long time no see! I realize that I’ve kind of neglected posting on this page, but no more! I’ve got a bunch of new art-related stuff coming out, so stay tuned as I update this page more and more!
To start, I’ve been experimenting with artist trading cards, and I came up with a few different series of them. Each card is based off of a song that has been important to me in one way or another, so to start it off, I’ve released some by my favorite musician of all time: NateWantsToBattle!
If you would like to see more of these cards, they’re available on my Etsy listing here: https://www.etsy.com/listing/786821201/song-trading-cards-natewantstobattle?ref=shop_home_active_4
If you would like to check out what else I’ve got, here’s a link to my shop: https://www.etsy.com/shop/PaintingFire448
I’ll be trying to update this page more frequently with other art that I’ve done over the past few months or so, so stay tuned!
And here’s the demo video of the bluetooth speaker drawing machine I made for my series “What Do Songs Look Like?”. This uses NateWantsToBattle’s cover of Emperor’s New Clothes by Panic! At The Disco

So this is a new experimental art series I wanted to try out - I wanted to play around with seeing what a song would "look" like if it were "printed" on a sheet of paper. I used a bluetooth speaker's drum and some ink that shot out to the beat of the different songs I played onto trading cards. This set of trading cards are from every single NateWantsToBattle song that I have on my phone. I’ll be posting a demo video in a bit of the speaker making one of the cards- stay tuned!
New OSB painting- this one is based off a line in NateWantsToBattle’s song The Wrecked and The Worried
Releasing new merch on my RedBubble store! First one out is this drawing I did recently for NateWantsToBattle’s song “Bones”. The store has this in t-shirts, phone cases, posters, and more!
If you’re interested, you can check it out here: https://www.redbubble.com/people/paintingfire448?ref=account-nav-dropdown&asc=u
This one line has resonated a lot with me recently
“What you fighting for when you start a war and you’re your own worst enemy”
Went on a crazy painting spree last night and came up with that first painting. It’s kinda hard to see, but there’s little glass shards sprinkled throughout it. The second one is what I now wanna call “Baby Bones” - I painted it awhile back, but never got around to sharing it.
Both paintings are based on the song “Bones” by NateWantsToBattle. Go check him out, his stuff’s honestly amazing!!

Hey guys! After making them for awhile, I decided to add some of my lyrics drawings to my Redbubble shop. These first three are based on a couple of songs from NateWantsToBattle’s new album, Paid in Exposure.
If your interested, the shop has prints, stickers, t-shirts, phone cases, and many other things available with these designs on them! Here is the link to my page: https://www.redbubble.com/people/PaintingFire448?asc=u
I will also be posting other drawings based off of songs outside of NateWantsToBattle shortly. If you like this style, but I don’t have your song, you can message me through Tumblr or email me at paintingfire448@gmail.com with a request and we can try to work something out!
Hey guys! I know it’s been a LONG time since I’ve actually done any updates, but I’m coming back to you guys again with a new painting series I started!
Each painting in this series is based on a song I listened to over and over again throughout the course of the process. I wanted to take the song and really think about how I felt listening to it, and try to capture it using fluid acrylic paint in an abstract painting. These are some of the paintings that came of this whole process.
This particular set are all based on songs from NateWantsToBattle. In order, they are:
1. Live Long Enough to Become the Hero (Sandcastle Kingdoms)
2. Twisted (Songs of Time)
3. Time to Go (Songs of Time)
4. Branded (Sandcastle Kingdoms)
If you’re interested in checking them out for yourself, you can find them on my Etsy page here: https://www.etsy.com/shop/PaintingFire448
I’ll be posting the other paintings I worked on so far in just a bit, so keep a look out for those too! If you have a particular song you like that you don’t see in what I’ve got up so far, you can message me through here or Etsy, or you can email me at paintingfire448@gmail.com with special requests.
