I struggle to understand why other white people refuse to realise they're racist. You can be at every rally, supporting every cause, it doesn't matter. We were raised to be inherently racist, and the sooner you face up to that the sooner you can actually work on solving the problems. Prejudice is automatic in most of our upbringings, and if you're living your life saying 'oh but I'm not racist', you're never actually gonna get rid of those prejudices.
So, let's talk about...
The well known trope "bisexual slut": in every type of fiction, the buses character (regardless of the gender) is usually a slut or very flirty. I mean, it is a very overlooked trope, and it does spread the prejudice we all know about. And that's wrong and everything but...
But I must say, every bisexual person I know is a little bit of a freak...myself included...I JUST...UGH... IT'S WRONG BUT ACCURATE!!!
absolutely. bo-katan’s clear prejudice against the followers of the ancient way calls into question anything she says about them. there’s little to no evidence so far that din’s beliefs are hurting anyone. any time someone says the word “cult” they really just mean “religion i don’t like”.
mandalorians can definitely be compared to different groups of people in our world. “you’re not really mandalorian because you don’t do xyz” is a lot like “you’re not really christian/progressive/muslim/american because you don’t believe xyz”. in reality, there’s no such thing as a “real” or “fake” mandalorian. (now you’ve gotten me thinking about all the parallels between prejudice against mandalorians and prejudice against people in our world... i’ll have to post about that at some point.)
yeah, could be a geographical thing. i think mandalore proper actually is in the outer rim, but i’m not sure how close it is to all the planets din’s been to. the outer rim is a big place.
i don’t think we should be quick to trust anything bo-katan says about the children of the watch.
the main thing i’m suspicious of is her claim that they’re a fringe group. maybe they were in the clone wars era, but they’re clearly the dominant mandalorian faction right now. we know this because literally everyone in the show, not just din, thinks all mandalorians never take off their helmets. that perception wouldn’t be so widespread if the helmet thing were only practiced by a small group of religious zealots. i mean, this is galaxy-wide common knowledge. it’s not just din being sheltered by a cult.

Anybody else noticed that most people on social media pretty much run like cult leaders? I don't think they are even aware of it. I notice it because if I say anything that is intelligent as a response to somebody's post and then they block me or delete my comments or try to turn their followers against me or don't do anything when they're followers attack me because they're prejudice towards intelligent people, I smell a cult. Then I usually get canceled, AKA shunned which is exactly what cult leaders do. And again, antisocialmedia terms of service and their moderation tactics even the moderators themselves who can't separate from their biases Target me with prejudice and run the whole platform like a cult that enables whatever trendy opinion the majority has bandwagon and the hatred of intelligence is the most prevalent of all hate that nobody talks about hardly ever. If you search the internet for hating smart people you'll see what I mean because it's rampant. Again, no laws to protect intelligent people from discrimination. I'm ASD and extremely intelligent. Even worse, I am a flavor of intelligence that even intelligent people hate. I'm the rarest of the rare so I get paid more than any other minority, even racial minorities. And when I ask someone who supporting black lives matter to also support me in regards to the prejudice towards intelligence, they treat me like I'm crazy or they outright say no because they've got a family to think of. I'm serious, I've seen that response before. The double standard and hypocrisy is truly disgusting.
Best check your hate before it's too late. Young adults, actual adults and children alike are all implementing cancel culture to destroy the lives of intelligent people who won't keep their mouths shut about it or who dare show them that their opinions are wrong and make them feel stupid. Their insecurities should not be a justification to target us with shunning because when it's for a prolonged period or it destroys our ability to make money, it's torture as well as a danger for our health. It really should be a crime and the social media company should be held accountable for it. They enable it after all. Even the moderators of these platforms hate anyone who's smarter than them and it's the same thing if we intelligent people try to go get a job, we won't get hired because the boss doesn't want competition.
Most importantly to note, shunning is what cult leaders use to coerce and bully all of the people into conformity so they can protect their position as the ruler of everything in the decider of all. 14-year-olds are doing this on the internet. Anybody who gets to start a community anywhere on the internet is usually doing it. Every single platform, the terms of service are pretty reflective of occult that enables Mass conformity of which favors religiosity. Failure to separate church and state and of course religious people hate intelligent logical people, especially when we won't enable their delusions. And again, no laws protect intelligent people from discrimination and no laws protect non-believers from being discriminated against by religious people. Double standards. Hypocrisy. it's in atrocity. I'm honest and honesty is a crime. I've been turned into a Dead Man walking for the past 24 years for doing the right thing. Shame shame shame and crimes against humanity is what all of this is. I will not be ashamed that I'm smarter than the majority and I won't hide it. I'm not going to be oppressed in the silence. If you're wrong I'm going to tell you you're wrong. It shouldn't be a crime to be intelligent. It shouldn't be a crime to express intelligence. And all the people who judge me are hypocrites who are pretending that they're smart enough to judge such complex situation in such a complex person, they're narcissists and they think I'm the narcissist which is projecting. And then they tell me that I need to be humble, so what like you're better than me because you're so socially and communicatively Superior with your humbleness? You don't see the hypocrisy there? And how convenient that me feigning humility would serve to protect all of your erroneous opinions, right? How convenient that I won't be your competition as you pretend to be tribal wise people if I just shut up all the time, right? You're all robbing intelligent people of their voice in this world and mass bullying everything into being made just for you toxic conservative majority. shame shame shame on all of you. Yep, I'm right and you've never heard the truth in your entire lives. You're welcome. Now go ahead, ruin my life, it's already ruined. You got nothing to hold over me. When someone doesn't have anything to lose, they don't care about your rules that's another reason why it's dangerous for everyone to do what keep this petty tripe up.
So easy to find proof that there's a serious problem with antisocial media as well as the so-called real world. Rampant prejudice, hate and discrimination are targeting the smartest people alive and if the world doesn't realize just how dangerous that is, then the problem is even worse than I once suspected. The fact that there are no laws that protect the intelligent minority from discrimination and hate crimes is the biggest piece of evidence of the prejudice towards intelligence there is. Especially in these days where everybody is a champion of some minorities cause but yet when I talk about this, people respond with the same sort of remarks that people used to say in defense of the oppression of women and African Americans and other minorities. Such hypocrisy.
, no, I don't have any racial slurs in anything. WTF is this person even talking about? Probably just trying to get me banned because they're prejudice against anyone who's different, especially intelligent people. And then, manipulative people don't talk about their intelligence so that the insecure majority will like them but they're just manipulative and that's not being intelligent, it's being selfish while enabling the majority and it's being disingenuous. Hate to break it to you but some of us aren't going to feign humility just to manipulate a bunch of petty cowards who are ruining every intelligent person's potential and oppressing us by insisting that we never speak when the majority are wrong and We know better. You can talk about how good you are at art or basketball but you can't talk about how smart you are and it's a double standard that trivializes every intelligent person and it's proof that there needs to be laws that protect intelligent people from discrimination and the schools need to change how they teach people. The majority need to face their insecurities and stop making it intelligent people's problem.
"validark" likely an insecure petty coward that hates smart people. No laws protect intelligent people from discrimination and prejudice; even more true that these platforms enable everyone to hate intelligent people and ruin us. Even worse if we're both intelligent and neurodiverse.
People who go to prison are bad guys? Untrustworthy? Inferior? Uncle Iroh went to prison. What are you trying to say about Uncle Iroh?
Fat-shaming is harmful. Fat-shaming is counter-intuitive to the supposed intent of the shamer. Fat-shaming is wrong. It is not, however, "just like racism." Fat amounts can fluctuate. A thin person can once have been fat, and can become fat again. A fat person can once have been thin, and can become thin again. For some, this can happen because that's just what someone's body is inclined to do at certain times in their life, while others may find they are able to make changes through changes in diet and exercise; others still may do so through surgery. This does not necessarily mean that they SHOULD do these things - simply that it is possible. Race CANNOT fluctuate. A white person cannot have at one point been indigenous to the Americas. A native of Paraguay cannot in the future be native to Sweden. A white person will not ever know what it is to be a person of color. These things are both wrong; they are not the same.
Potent minimalist art sends a strong message about police and vigilante brutality in America
Journalist and artist Shirin Barghi has created a gripping, thought-provoking series of graphics that not only examines racial prejudice in today’s America, but also captures the sense of humanity that often gets lost in news coverage. Titled “Last Words,” the graphics illustrate the last recorded words by Brown and other young black people — Trayvon Martin, Oscar Grant and others — who have been killed by police and vigilantes in recent years.
Let us not forget their voices
Once upon a time, in an enchanted kingdom, there was a mosquito that carried West Nile fever. This mosquito bit a wealthy man and a poor one, a Jew and an Arab, a white person and a black person, women and men, heterosexual cisgender and LGBTQ+ individuals. The story tells how people created protective barriers and divisions between themselves, but nature, in the form of the mosquito, pierced through these barriers and showed how easily something from each of them could seep into the other, revealing how arbitrary and temporary all these defenses and boundaries truly were.
The king of the kingdom ordered the mosquito to be locked in a golden cage and asked the wisest person in the kingdom, a little girl who understood the language of all animals, to talk to the mosquito. The girl listened to the mosquito's story and told the king the moral lesson that the mosquito had taught. Instead of punishing the mosquito, they made it an important minister in the kingdom. The royal physician healed the mosquito, and the kingdom's scientists transformed it into a beautiful prince.
The prince married the girl when she became old enough. She was the only one who saw the wisdom in the simple mosquito that had only come to sting. To everyone's surprise, as they did not know enough about science, it turned out that the mosquito was actually female. So, the wise girl ended up marrying a mosquito princess who loved to wear princes' clothes. The two of them lived happily ever after, a bit distanced from all other humans who were unwilling to give up the barriers and divisions that separated them.
When the people discovered that the mosquito was female and had married a woman, they wanted to punish her. However, the girl, who was once a wise child, ran away with the mosquito princess to the mountains. There, they lived happily, far from people's eyes and the fears that drove society. They listened to animals, studied life principles with them, trying to deeply understand their languages. Over the years, they published scientific papers that were meant to bring human society closer to their compassionate worldview, which looked broadly at life as one intertwined woven fabric.
