a/n; wow this hurts,, there was a literal discernable pain in my chest as i wrote this no i didn’t cry haha who said that. anw this was just to force the writer’s block out of my head so yeah

ron was trying his hardest not to cry, hands shaking as they brushed your hair away from your face. his own body was tense as he cradled you, but held you still with an exact amount of tenderness.
evidence of war was littered all over your body, debris from the fallen wall left a nasty gash along the side of your face, and it was getting harder and harder to breathe. still, you reached out with whatever you had left in you to take his hand, ignoring the sharp pain in your ribs from where you were profusely bleeding out.
