Talking about this once again, mainly cause I want to mention that it's from both of my "kin" lifes [Zuki and Cyan]. And it was likely more than once in both.
It sucks having to deal with the trauma even when in this body/life I/we have never experienced anything like that.

Anyone else who experienced trauma in a past life that they haven't experienced in your current life, how do you deal with it?
I haven't ever been SAed in this life but I am pretty sure that I was at least once in a past life [maybe multiple past lifes, Zuki is the one that I am meaning rn]. And I have no real idea of how to go about dealing with this.
I feel shitty cause, like I've said, I have never been through that in this life, but it still affects me about as much as if I had. And I don't really know how to talk about this shit with people cause idk how they would react, even those that support and love me as I am [alterhuman/nonhuman stuff included] but having trauma from my past life that I haven't experienced here is kinda different.
Idk, I just want to know if anyone has any advice or anything for this situation.
Sorry for this type of post, I try not to bring too much stuff like this into my account, but I feel like I need to. I'll try and keep my posts more light-hearted or, at least of course, give trigger warnings or content warnings when they're not light-hearted.

It's interesting to be tridynamic, lol. I have some instincts and stuff from all three of my dynamics but mostly Beta.
I do have scent(s), my scent(s) are woods/forest, fur (don't know how exactly to explain this part except for that, lol), and kind of chocolatey.
Some instincts (hopefully these all count as instincts, lol) are nesting/dening (is that how it's spelled?), the urge to take care of others, the urge to be cared for, and others. My behaviors and stuff are mainly based on canines, some felines, and crow-like behaviors, lol.
Each dynamic is very different for each person really. But for me specifically, I will explain a bit of how it affects me. I'm not gonna go into any nsfw topics, so ruts and heats are not gonna be mentioned except for this.
The Omega part of me is very much more towards being cared for and very "typical"/"traditional" Omega things (cooking, cleaning, taking care of pups/kids, etc).
The Alpha part of me is very much more towards taking care of others and very "typical"/"traditional" Alpha things (protective, little bit more aggressive, etc).
The Beta part of me is kinda a mixture between Alpha and Omega, but also, it's kinda hard to explain exactly. Very much a mixture of the urge to care for others and the urge to be cared for.

I am Tridynamic (Alpha, Beta, and Omega)
Typically referred to by myself and others as a Beta. I'll typically just say Beta when referring to my dynamic.
I have behaviors typical of Alphas and Omegas (as well as Betas, but the other two are brought up because of me being typically referred to as a Beta). Beta by itself might fit this description, but it doesn't feel 100% right. I can't explain it anymore than that currently.
Physically average (towards weaker side though), socially moderate, and a caree temperament. (PA SM TCE)
I'm not entirely sure of my scent, but anytime I really think of a scent for me, I think of fur, chocolate, and woods/forest (I hope this makes sense, lol).
I won't be talking about any nsfw stuff this time. Just know that my misce identity is not just nsfw. It is actually mainly sfw.
My behaviors are ofc based on canines (wolves and dogs mainly), cats, and some bird behavior (cause of being crow).
Some examples of behaviors I have are: nesting, purring, scenting (idk if this counts as a behavior but whatever), and other noises to do with the previously brought up behavior types.
I can't think of anything else to talk about here, so I guess that's it.

I love liking MHA and RWBY. And having one confirmed kin [and a questioning kin as well] from one and questioning a kin for the other.
Like they are both animes with powers that are called something different [quirks and semblances respectively]. Also, hero schools [not called a hero school in RWBY but whatever, that's what it is].
There are probably more similarities than these, these are just what came to mind rn.
