I don't really like any of the HH designs
Now, sometimes I like the designs, but once I take into consideration how each of the characters lived in different eras, they should all have different clothes styles, talk styles, and mannerism styles, yet it feels like they all the same.
It just gets repetitive, the same colors palette, the same shoulder pads, all the characters swearing even though it feels out of character, especially for the era they lived. It just so frustrating to see such a wonderful concept of each character having their clothing style that shows off their era fall hard on the ground 😫
I saw a lot of people asking for vaggie, but in my opinion, I will give 2 reasons why she wasn't added in the 1st wave.
1st:
Vaggie is not one of Viv favorites.
2nd:
Vaggie is not one of the fandom favorites.
So, for those 2 main reasons, (in my opinion) is why she probably not made, and why Alastor, Angel, and Charlie were given youtooz figures.
Sinces Alastor and Angel are both Viv + the fandom favorites. I don't know about Charlie being one of Viv favorites, but I do know that charlie is one of the fandoms favorites.

Summary of the episode: The episode follows the hotel as they do trust exercises, Charlie puts vaggie in changes. In plot B, we follow Alastor as he goes to an overlord meeting.

My problems short formed:
● so much was going on, but it was still boring
● Some things should be saved for another episode
● cut back on characters

My problems long formed:
● this episode was really boring. It just was a miss for me, I mean, we knew about the angel head. I was surprised when Velvette had the angel head, and Camille was the one that did it, but the shock was over because after that episode, we got nothing on angel head at all.
So I suggest separating Vaggie plot for her own episode, then leave this episode to Camille and velvette as a whole. Before I forget, I suggested in my earlier reviews, keeping the audience from knowing about the angel head, and then when the angel head is thrown, I just know all the audience would be completely focus.
● like I said, vaggie should have an episode focused on her. And who she is without charlie, all the people I seen who like vaggie only like her because she with Charlie.
And I personally feel like you should like the characters for who they are, not who they are with. And for vaggie without or with Charlie, she basically summed up to be angry, doesn't trust anyone, and without a second thought, and pull out her spear.
(I just find it funny that vaggie doesn't do anything with her spear fighting wise until the last couple of episodes)
● I suggest, to cut back on characters, and the overlords could be those characters. I mean, none of them even really spoke except maybe 6.
I think the episode should've the overlords meeting being canceled because everyone was busy or made up excuses on why they didn't show up.
My rewrite:
So we see Camila working, then velvette kick the door open.
Velvette is demanding for Camila use the information she knows. Camila doesn't want to be part of it.
Then velvette talk about how in recent years Camila has been losing more respect form the overlords. Then respectless happens, and then velvette is kicked out. As Camila starts to be more tense, her shadow starts to stretch out, becoming alastor shadow.

Wow, it has been a hot minute since I did a review post. But life has been kicking me hard by keeping me busy. I'm so sorry to keep you all waiting.
Just a fair warning to anyone who wants to buy this shirt. Not everyone watches helluva boss. I repeat, some people are completely clueless to everything related to vivziepop.
So if you gonna go out wearing this shirt, people are going to actively think you support saying slurs or say slurs.
I know people are gonna say well the penguin saying slur's to i.m.p was a joke. But again, people who have never seen the show will think you support saying slurs or at least justify it.
Is it just me, or is it weird, vaggie has long hair?
Vaggie long hair being down all the time is a bit strange? I mean, she is the protector of the hotel. Shouldn't she have her hair up or at least have a hairdo where her hair can be out of her face?
Like, don't get me wrong, I have long hair, but I always keep it up because, first, my hair gets in my face, and It really annoying trying to take your hair out of your face every 5 minutes.
Second, the number one rule in fighting is to never leave your hair down. Why? Because the person you are fighting can grab your hair and pull. The same goes for jewelry.

In episode 7, vaggie confessed that she didn't know how to fight with long hair.
I totally understand why vaggie has trouble fighting with long hair. Since she used to short hair, but vaggie character (at least for me) is shown to always be on edge, shown to think the worst, and only really trust charlie.
So it is a bit weird because why vaggie hasn't been practicing fighting with her long hair?
I mean, again, she is the protector of the hotel, and it hell, anything can happen!
Also, another question: How long has vaggie had long hair? I mean, once her hair grew out, she didn't think to practice adjusting to her new hairstyle?

Anyway, I do appreciate that in the final episode, they do put vaggie hair up in a ponytail. So that was nice
But I feel like some of the dialog should have been thought though a bit more before going in the all clear.

MY REVIEW OF HAZBIN HOTEL EP 2!

Summary of the episode:
This episode follows Alastor as he finally goes back in the public eye. In this same episode, we are finally meeting The vee's: Vox, Velvette, and Valentino. Now, for plot B of the episode, we follow the hotel as they receive a new guest... Sir Pentious!

My issues with the episode short formed:
● voice acting (I explain later in full)
● When Charlie said she had to get done in 6 months
● The villains for the season should be switched around
● How they handle Vanlentino character

My issues with the episode long formed:
● I heard Valentino voice for the first time, I legit thought, "Why is the Valentino voice changing?" Because Valentino had 10 different voices going on. I don't know if the va was nervous, so he kept messing up, or if he was struggling to keep up with the voice.
● in the beginning of the episode, Charlie was freaking out, saying she had to be done in 6 months. Which to me crazy! For example, if charlie plan of redemption is the first of it kind, why is she limiting herself to 6 months! Like that not enough time to prepare nor find out what she needs to do to help sinners get to heaven.
Like 6 months roll fast! Especially if you are doing something new and unique. Like things take time, that is why a lot of projects take years to take off the ground. So because of that, I do find it a little annoying whenever charlie brings up that she has to be done before 6 months. Because nobody actively told her to do 6 months, and we later see in other episodes that it stresses her out.
So why stick with the 6 month limition when it first stresses you out, and it really doesn't benefit anyone from I can see. Now I think about it, I do see why charlie wants to be done in 6 months, she want to prove to heaven that the extermination is not needed, but I don't know the hotel is not that main of focus to really care about the 6 month limition.
● I feel like the villains should be switched around. Imagine having literally Father of humanity and his right hand person against you, then only for the next season it just 3 people who apparently we supposed to be sacred of. It just feels like a down grade, so just switching villains around would probably just be more appropriate.
● honestly, I hated how Vox treated Val like a child. Like we supposed to fear Val, but honestly, I was just like, when is this gonna be over. I just didn't like how they just treated him as a kid instead of an adult. They do the same thing to charlie, where she more treated as a child than an adult. But charlie I get but Val on the other hand just no.
I would have it rewritten where Vox found out by himself rather than Val telling him. So Vox is doing his thing when his assistant tells him that the radio demon is back. Or Vox is stalking the big computer desk thing he has when he notices a familiar red deer. Either way, Vox rushes in Val room to tell him who is back in town. Then Vox is like, "he can't be back! I beat him fair and square! And Val is like, "Yes, you did, and you will do it again. I mean, you only have been getting more powerful. Maybe we should teach this deer another lesson."

MY REVIEW OF HAZBIN HOTEL EP 1!

First thing off, I hate how the show just expects you to watch the pilot. Like the show feels like it made for viv fans who have been here from day one. Which is absolutely fine!
The thing is, the newer fans shouldn't have to feel stressed or overwhelmed trying to find out why episode 1 of hazbin Hotel didn't feel like episode 1! For example, if i got a doller for the number of people I saw post about the confusion they were feeling, I would probably be a millionaire.
So sadly, hazbin just feels like a show you have to do homework before watching it to find out what you are watching.

Summary of the episode:
Charlie gets a call from her dad to attend a meeting with the angels in his place. She does so, and we get to meet the two antagonists of the season, Adam and Lute. In the second plot of the episode, we follow Vaggie as she tries to flim a commercial of the hotel to surprise Charlie with.

My issues with the episode short formed:
● Bad pacing
● some thing should've been kept secret for another episode to explore it further
● And it being episode 1, but instead, it was treated as episode 2 because the writers expected you to watch the pilot

My issues with the episode long formed:
● the episode was doing too much for a 20-minute episode. It felt like it was trying to keep itself in a standard 2 plot episode but the writers got super excited for plot A (charlie part) that they try to speed up plot B (vaggie and the hotel crew part) to get back to plot A as soon as possible or they didn't understand how to go about the two parts without it becoming to boring for the fans watching.
● Some things should have been kept a secret. And which I mean, some of the things we introduced in episode 1 should've had it own episodes dedicated for that plot.
I would have it that charlie enters the meeting doors. We never see her again until the end of the episode. The rest of the episode just focuses on vaggie, the hotel, and the disaster they are causing to make the commercial. Then, after the last couple minutes of the episode have charlie walked in defeat and crash. Vaggie asks what is wrong and tries to comfort charlie, but Charlie's stays quiet on what happened during the meeting and instead goes to her room. And vaggie left there defeated as she held the camera that has the commercial everyone worked together to make.
● as I said in the beginning, this show is quite all over the place. For you truly know what is going on, you have to go on youtube, watch the pilot, then go back to Prime and watch the rest of the episodes.

I loved hell was forever! Like, I genuinely loved it so much!!!!!! If I choose a song to listen to again for the first time from Hazbin Hotel, I would choose hell was forever!
Happy day in hell, I'm sorry, but the song was okay. I didn't enjoy it that much, and if I were to rate the songs. This song would probably be one of the lasts. It just something about the song that just felt off about it.
