@zexalmonth Day 16 L-Location combined with S-Siblings
There are many Locations that I’d really like to see more of in Zexal, but the one that really tickles me is Kaito‘s and Haruto‘s Home in the Disney core Woods/Mountains
Because why does nobody talk about the possibility of Cottage core Kaito??
I want to see more of that, want to see the inside of their house too
It just all looks so European, which makes me wonder where the Tenjos even come from??
But anyway, I drew them back at their home at night, just on their way back from a little Picknick :3
They are my favourite siblings in the series, because they just remind me of me and my siblings the most
The Kamishiro twins are a close second, but it’s the age gap between Kaito and Haruto, that relates to me so much
I love their unconditional love and support for each other, they’re just so precious 😭💕
Things only siblings can relate to:
Finding empty cereal boxes in the cabinet because your sibling was too lazy to throw it away
Taking the tv remote with you so they can’t change the channel
Making sure they’re out of the room before you get out of the good chair, so they can’t steal it
“Oh, come on, I didn’t hit you that hard!”
When you can’t think of a comeback so you just make a face at them
That feeling of victory when you started the fight, but your sibling gets blamed for it
When your sibling ate the last Gogurt
“Get out of my room!”
Giving your sibling the small portion when you have to share something
When your younger siblings get to do everything earlier than you did
Watching your sibling look for the remote when it’s under you
Racing to see who can get to the shower first
“Ooooh, you have a boooyyyfriend!!!!”
older sibling privilege is finding this bit of the special hilarious while your younger sibling watches it without cracking a smile once
When Miya turns 16, he starts to figure out a thing or two.
He realizes that the comfort he feels when he is with Reki is not normal, his heart feels warm when the older one hugs him, he spends most of the time at the Kyan's house and what he considers worst is the slight feeling of jealousy when Reki prefers to spend more time with Langa than with him
That leads Miya to think, "Oh shit, I'm in love with the slime."
So Miya denies those feelings and starts trying to date guys to stop thinking about Reki, so he gets a red-haired boyfriend with a very curious resemblance to Reki.
But the relationship doesn't work out because Miya refuses to kiss him or do any other kind of common dating activity, so the relationship ends and Reki being the ray of sunshine that he is, consoles Miya for his first love breakup.
Reki mentions something like: "Whenever you want someone to talk to, you can come to me, Gatito, that's what the family is for."
And then Miya reacts and ends up realizing that his feelings for Reki are not as he thought.
Miya loves Reki, but not in a romantic way, Miya loves Reki like family, Miya sees Reki as an older brother and he completely agrees with that.
So Miya smiles at Reki and says "You can count on that slime"

is it bad that ships like thorki don’t bother me? like if the siblings or family aren’t actually related, it doesn’t bother me? sure it’s still a bit of a weird dynamic but they aren’t actually related so im not losing my shit over it?
