For the past two months I have been explaining the plot of TGCF (or as he calls it: "the gay man lore™") to a friend of mine. I have heavily condensed the plot and we are still not done. Though I would like to tell you all the alternate names he has come up with

Xie Lian = Jay Leno

Hua Cheng = Little red ridding hood

San Lang = Little red vibing hood

Hong Hong-er = kys kid

Wu‌ ‌Ming = gaster the royal scientists

Feng Xin = thing one

Mu Qing = thing two

Nan Feng = thing three

Fu Yao = Thing four

Qi‌ ‌Ying‌ = autism god

Yin Yu = low tier god

Lang‌ ‌Qianqiu‌ = headband guy

Pei Ming = womanizer

Yushi Huang = Susie Deltarune

Lang‌ ‌Ying = Springtrap

Ban Yu = specific girl

Pei Lang = specific boy

Shi Qingxuan = Scott the woz

Shi‌ ‌Wudu‌ = don't lose your head wudu

Black water = Black water

Qi‌ ‌Rong = pac man

Gu‌ ‌Zi = mochi

Jun Wu = Jesus

Ling Wen = female Shakespeare

Mei‌ ‌Nian‌ ‌Qing= gambling man

◇xie lian's cooking almost killing he xuan. who's you know. a ghost. a dead ghost.

◇"you sure know a lot" "no you just dont know much"

◇shi qingxuan beating qi rong after he called them a tramp

◇ling wen being accused of fathering cuocuo

◇hua cheng noticing xie lian looking at that bowl of yuanxiao and getting him some

◇"you're alive?" "i'm dead!" and "i swear to die following your Highness" "you're already dead"

◇mu qing talking about his feelings once in his 800 year long existence and immediately trying to jump into lava

◇pei ming slapping xie lian's mouth with eming

◇qi rong's cannibal bed&breakfast

◇xie lian going Well its okay none of us is normal anyway :D after seeing the 10k statues

◇that one 5D chess scene with ling wen and xie lian in the brocade immortal arc that was reminiscent of death note shennanigans

◇shi wudu making fun of pei ming and ling wen being depicted as a couple, only to see a play about him and his sibling being in love like 3 mins later

Zmarqa is one of my absolute favorite Hualian artists that I found on Twitter and this is just a taste of some of her more recent work.

She writes and draws her own comics of AUs involving them that have so much thought put into them. Her pieces in general are so detailed and you're almost always rewarded for taking the time to really look at them.

Since she's not active here on Tumblr, I would highly recommend following her on Twitter (zmarqa), Twitch (Zmarqaa), or, if you have the spare funds, Patreon (Zmarqa). Her Patreon Discord is full of great folks and she pretty frequently streams on there for patrons, so it is well worth the cost.
