In my brain, Snufkin is really ticklish and sensitive, but most people don't realize because he doesn't let them get physically close enough.
Moomin, on the other hand, used to being around warm and touchy feely people, approaches Snufkin like he would approach his friends or family. On the rare occasion Snufkin lets his guard down, Moomin finds out it's not quite the same sensation... There grows a mysterious craving that forces him to steal all the light touches he can get. But, as if they've just burnt themselves by touching a hot surface, they promptly pull away, and, just as quickly, begins to swell a feeling of cold and itching, of distant lingering.
I had a divine revelation tell me I had to leave all my responsibilities to draw gaucho snufkin so here he is

I started this around the first three days of january, and i finished it today so it took me around a month. Im still a beginner so ive learned a lot of things, im pretty proud of myself for that hehe
For anyone interested, the pattern i used is called "Crochet Hippo Amigurumi Pattern" (yeah, a hippo) by CraftPassion, its free, but be aware that i made a bunch of modifications

I spent some good 20 mins deciding whether to draw them leaning on the tree or not.. decided not because idk?, I think they might rather sleep on the grass?? Maybehaps? God knows
