i just wanted to say that i love you if you want or you've gotten bottom surgery. people are so cruel about trans, intersex, gnc and other folks who want to get bottom surgery for one reason or another, whether it's to ease dysphoria or simply because they want to, people love to rip into that person and tell them that bottom surgery will make them undesirable and will be disgusting.
this literally just isn't true- the results of your bottom surgery are not guaranteed to be botched or horrific to behold. we have been practicing these surgeries for 100 years of recorded history and the results only improve over time as we learn new techniques and breakthoughs in technology help us improve even further. bottom surgery isn't new, it's something that's been practiced for a long time. many of the advances in the tech have come from cisgender people who need bottom surgery as well- trans people are not the only people who end up needing surgeries to modify their genitalia.
someone who wants bottom surgery isn't gross. there's nothing gross about it. reducing someone to their genitals yet again is a dead ringer that you are transphobic and intersexist. someone who got bottom surgery doesn't deserve to be reduced to their genitals yet again- they're a person with genitals. a person first. and so many people are willing to leave trans folks who have gotten bottom surgery out of trans positivity posts or act like they just straight up don't exist
so here's to every person who has gotten a phalloplasty, metoidioplasty, and/or a vaginoplasty. i'm proud of you for doing the right thing for you and your body no matter what people say. you're not gross. there's nothing wrong with your genitals. people should not be obsessing over your genitals, they're your business, and they do not define you as a person. you deserve to be able to modify your body in ways that make you feel at home in it, no matter how much that disgusts a stranger who means nothing to you.

im a picky eater but if you put a korma, rice and a naan in front of me? you bet your ass im getting in there with my fingers and ripping that naan to get as much korma and rice together and delicately dropping it into my mouth like it’s the last beautiful thing this earth has
this may be because i’m aroace but i get a bit bored by ships that have a stable, explicitly canon and romantic relationship that involves a stereotypical view of dating and love. i need them to be inextricably linked, metaphysically entangled, two sides of the same coin, foils who bring out the best and worst in each other, so deranged and obsessive that they actively harm others around them. equals with opposing goals that may or may not ever align and a connection that transcends physicality and simple definition. it’s especially fascinating when they blur the lines between devotion and resentment, or just flat out combine them. when they each define themselves by the other’s absence, when there’s some sort of unforgivable rift or a past betrayal or a conflict where they are both at fault, when they detest each other so much they can’t be content together and can’t be content apart, when they’re each the only ones that truly see and understand each other despite the animosity between them. when they both find an equal in each other but instead of joining each other and building a stable relationship or alliance they spiral into some sort of unsettlingly intimate mutually assured destruction. when a character who considers themselves monstrous grows obsessed with and devoted to the monstrosity they helped cultivate and bring out in or can see in another. when there’s religious devotion and imagery, or cannibalism and consumption of flesh, mind melding, body sharing, symbiosis, some sort of mental link, or an understanding of each other so great it honestly doesn’t make a lot of rational sense. when the lines between them blur. it’s also great when they are fundamentally compatible as people and could be together in a different setting but in this one they end up appallingly destructive and codependent and devoted in a way that could never be understood by others or function in any sort of typical real life situation.

Hi what's up I'm gonna talk about something irrelevant that pissed me off
So I'm really into those like whimsy aesthetics right? Like whimsy twee, whimsy goth, I eat it up.
And I keep getting videos/posts on my fyps that are like "ways to make your life more whimsical 🤞" or like "how to act more quirky ☺️"
And HALF THE TIME all the things they list are either like horribly inconvenient or would genuinely give me a panic attack
Like I see shit like "when you stutter, pretend to wind yourself back up with a key!!" And it's like okay, I'm already dangerously close to falling into the manic pixie dream girl stereotype, THIS WOULD NOT HELP MY CAUSE.
And also not to sound like I'm calling everyone who's using these like posers or smth but I feel like if you're forcing yourself to do these things (cause let's face it half of these are ridiculously fake to do naturally) it's no different than if your where doing stuff to fit in. Like it's just a chore you do to appear 'silly' and that sucks balls.
Also as someone who, as a child, had alot of anxiety induced 'rituals' I forced myself to do (I.e "if I don't check all these doors Twenty times before bed I'll die a horrible death") tons of these quirky habits these people are proposing would absolutely make me fall back into alot of those habits (like "oh if I don't say hi to this mailbox it'll feel left put and I'll bad luck forever)
So yeah I think ppl should start being more realistic with their whimsyness okay bye 💞
Shifting being a thousand years old practise that gives a free will to do whatever you want to people playing it down as you can't be unrealistic and do what you want especially if that something is anything they disagree with it.
