No matter what happens in live action, I think we can all use more Thrawn Thirst Traps… in all his iterations he is still a comfort character for many.
They both worked until well after midnight and fell asleep on top of each other. ｡･:*˚:✧｡
We didn’t get to see Thrawn’s reaction to Thrass’ death, but I think he has a lot to process and may be struggling with survivor’s guilt? So here’s a somewhat broken Thrawn when reality hits him.
Also the fact that he chooses to eat his last meal in the Ascendancy at their restaurant

We never got their proper farewell so I drew one. Their friendship means so much to me, and Ar’alani’s question of whether he has it so much better in the Empire is one that gets to me every time. 🫂
