thrawn is a very fun character because if you don't find the six (of the currently canon, there's more if you look to legends material) goddamn books detailing who he is and why he is then he's just some blue asshole who's creepy and smart and kills people for basically no reason. but if you do find your way to the gauntlet (the htte trilogy, the 2017 trilogy, then the ascendancy trilogy in an infinite loop, you can't escape, help, help me, i'm trapped) then OHHH my god. he is babygirl. all the murder was justified. PLEASE JUST LET HIM GO HOME HE'S SUFFERED ENOUGH

Why does every Thrawn artist draw his hands so well??? What dark power is this? Are you afraid he'll analyze your art and see your weaknesses?? Are you just hand kink people?? What is happening???
I was really happy to see people liked the chiss children so have more of baby Thrawn having fun in the snow. Plus a rendition of how the adult equivalent of the traditional wear would look like on Thrawn (he has his snowflake pouch of course!). I know it's somewhat been debunked but I will die on "the chiss are a long haired culture" hill.
(also wanted to say sorry for how muddy some of the lines look, my eraser has been acting up recently and idk why :/)
I thought I might as well post my Star Wars stuff here too, so have some Chiss children. I like to imagine the chiss have traditional wear made to withstand extreme cold. They've been underground on Csilla for a while, so the traditional wear could be reserved for like some ceremonies or holiday celebrations that involves going back to the surface (festivals maybe?). Off-worlders use it for the colder months.
Pompoms and little appliques on pouches and coats are popular for kids, with animals and snowflakes designs being very popular. That one on with the stick is a young Thrawn, who insisted to have the expansionary defense fleet logo on his coat. I also like to think he would still have his snowflake pouch and he wears it at the belt on his current traditional outfit.
They both worked until well after midnight and fell asleep on top of each other. ｡･:*˚:✧｡

Eli sleeps on Thrawn after an exhausting week, while Thrawn defends his statement that Chiss don’t need as much sleep.
The problem with Thrawn as a villain in the Ahsoka show is that I ask myself WHERE IS ELI, ARE YOU THINKING ABOUT ELI RIGHT NOW, THRAWN? I'M THINKING ABOUT ELI RIGHT NOW.
And also how are his people? Is Ar’alani safe? Where’s Wutroow? Is Che’ri safe? Are Thalias and Samakro together?
And on top of that why had Thrawn to be evil? Surely because Eli isn’t at his side.
We didn’t get to see Thrawn’s reaction to Thrass’ death, but I think he has a lot to process and may be struggling with survivor’s guilt? So here’s a somewhat broken Thrawn when reality hits him.
Also the fact that he chooses to eat his last meal in the Ascendancy at their restaurant

We never got their proper farewell so I drew one. Their friendship means so much to me, and Ar’alani’s question of whether he has it so much better in the Empire is one that gets to me every time. 🫂

Warning Star Wars Rebels Finale Spoilers Ahead
So I honestly don't know how to put a cut here so just as a warning this will contain spoilers for the SWR finale and possibly (if you haven't yet seen it) TLJ spoilers. This post won't be too long though and should be short so just skip this post. I feel like those space whales were rather deus ex machina. Honestly they just felt kind of thrown in there like I had completely forgotten that they even existed. Asides from that, I'm not all to sure when the finale episode takes place in the timeline when compared to Rouge One but it feels like it was a bit too big of a victory for how reluctant to fight the rebels were in Rouge One if Ezra got rid of the entire seventh fleet in one fell swoop. Like sure it was just one planet they liberated but they took out an entire fleet doing it. Asides from that, it was stated that Thrawn survives Rebels. I'm not entirely sure if that's true now. I can see Ezra surviving for a bit because of what we saw in TLJ from Leia but Thrawn? In hyperspace? With open holes in the Star Destroyer? Thrawn is not General Grievous who could survive just being in open space (probably due to Grievous being a cyborg). So??? I'm not sure if I'm the only one feeling kind of confused about this episode.
