Finally brang this fella back from his slumber lmao

This is Xavier, the main antagonist for a book series I am in the progress of writing. I've been meaning to redesign him but I forgor lmao.

He also says 'Salutations!' a lot! Hmmmm I wonder what animation he could possibly be in lmao
