I finally got around a short for the Arc-V au. It's a little story from Michael's pov after the invasion.

Some digital art I made for my (belated) birthday, of my two favorites! I'm not entirely happy with how I shaded Jaden's face but other than that it's ok.
Arc-V AU Zexal Characters
Yuma: Part of the xyz resistance against the fusion dimension. Before the invasion he was probably one of Yusho's students, and likely a friend of Lulu. He has an absolutely no carding policy and trys to make others not card. I'm not sure if I'd want him to come to the standard dimension early on or wait more. I'll probably write more about him later, I still need to figure out a lot of stuff like what I'm going to do with Astral. He'll play an sligtly updated version of his deck.
Shark: Teamed up with Yuma in the resistance, although he's a bit more hesitant to work with other members compared to Yuma. He is definitely willing to card someone from fusion if he thinks they deserve it. This is especially true if Rio gets carded. He definitely sympathizes with shay as an older brother. He'll just play a slightly updated version of his deck.
Trey/Michael: Finishes out the little trio of him, Yuma, and Shark. His mental stability is relying soley on Yuma at this point as Thomas, Chris, and Byron have all been carded (sorry). He's one nervous wreck away from sword fighting and/or carding people left and right. He's my favorit zexal character so he gets to be traumatized/affectionately. He's just gonna play a slightly more modern chronomally deck.
I might include some other characters like Alito, Vector, Rio, etc.
Hello Zexal community (yes all 5 of you who still regularly post)! I am Salvation and it is with the utmost pleasure to officially join this fandom (albeit terribly late).
As an artistic soul, I have set my goal to leave a trace in every fandom I am a part of. And even though I posses no talent for drawing (at least any that I could pridefully stand behind), I do self-admittedly posses a great feel and love for writing.
Here comes the conundrum though.. In spite of the fact that I've been a fan of zexal for nearly 8 years now, I am still fresh out of my re-watch of the show after some years of my affection for it laying dormant. I have not a clue about what to write! What stories to awaken? So I came to Tumblr with a plea, after lurking for so long, that all you regulars could bless me with ideas of your own you'd want brought to life. :D I would appreciate any plot ideas, long or short, detailed or not, so that I can merrily carry on with my creative indulgence. 🩷

Today for some reason I asked... how would the Zexal characters look like with beard?
I mean, they have to hit puberty at some point zexal. The only characters that I remember that has beards are Kazuma, Jinglong, and Charlie seems he shaved his or just hitting puberty too late

Dark Mist and Astral are the result of a fight between Don Thousand and Eliphas that left the twins with half of their bodies missing and having to be stitched together
They are have a stitch to connecting the two halves together, Eliphas is the one who sews it, Don Thousand is the one who resuscitates the twins because they doesn't want the twins to die
And being a patchwork and flawed product,both Astral and Dark Mist were also bored and didn't want to talk, so they didn't consider each other brothers...
They never even coordinated their patched bodies evenly because both had completely separate thoughts and held great hatred towards the two gods who caused this mutation to them.
