It’ll get easier. As soon as you start seeing the results. The flat stomach. The thigh gaps. The comfort when sitting down. No more need to hide in big clothes. The easiness will come from being satisfied when you look in the mirror. Everything will be easier. You won’t even have to think about doing it. As soon as you see the results, it gets so easy, like it’s happening on its own.

You MUST learn to slow down your eating these reasons:
1. You will be able to taste each bite instead of inhaling it.
2. You can savor the quality instead of quantity.
3. You remain in better control.
4. You can detect fullness better when you eat more slowly.

I go on the treadmill, put some music on OR watch something (super size vs skinny, ed wieiad, ed movies/shows, etc) and walk.. if I’m listening to a playlist then I’ll go on my phone and either scroll on tumblr or go online shopping and add the clothes I want to wear when I reach my gw.
