THIS WAS LITERALLY MY FIRST THOUGHT WHEN WATCHING THE SHOW!!!!
heck, half the reason I even originally finished watching season one is that Viktor reminded me of s1!Jon
So I haven't watched Arcane but I hear jayvik is about a twink who dooms the world in the pursuit of knowledge and salvation and his partner/coworker ends up having to kill him but that's okay because they decide that what matters is being together one way or another even though the partner really didn't have to stay and could've maybe saved himself.
And that sounded familiar.
relatable
'you never read anymore, you used to love reading' and i have 200 safari tabs open. it never stopped it just got weird
A version of boys stumbling upon something truly traumatizing in that little book haha

(bucky and steve watch together in horror/fascination)
realistically, Steve's magnetic arm band thing from AoU that brought his shield back to him could never malfunction ever. Because it's Stark tech.
But imagine if it did one day because he tripped on the stairs and all 200 pounds of patriotic muscle landed squarely on it. so it just started yanking every thing even vaguely attracted to magnets right out of its place. imagine.
