Low Cal Banana Pancakes
10 pancakes/25.4kcal each
254kcal for the full recipe
Ingredients
1 banana (The one I used was about 125g) - 112kcal
2 egg whites - 34kcal
30g/¼ cup of all purpose flour - 110kcal
1 tsp baking powder - 0kcal
Recipe
Step 1: Cut the banana in small piece and then smash it in a bowl until it looks like a puree. You can also blend them if you prefer.
Step 2: In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until you reach stiff peaks.
Step 3: Slowly fold in the egg whites in the banana using a spatula or a spoon.
Step 4: Slowly fold in the flour and the baking powder in the mixture.
Step 5: Preheat a NON-STICK PAN. When the pan is hot, put about a huge spoonful of batter on it and then cover the pan with a lid. Flip it when the bottom looks cooked and then cook the other side for a minute or 2. Repeat until the batter is done.
Step 6: Enjoy!!
* Using a Non-Stick pan is very important or else it will stick.
* I used a non-stick panini grill because it's all I had but it still worked.
* I ate 5 of the pancakes and kept the rest in the freezer.
MUSHROOM AND GREEN BEANS SOUP!!! (55 calories and BITCH it is filling AF)
160g mushrooms (I used champignons) - 35 cal
Veggie/chicken/beef broth cube - 15 cal
220g Green beans (you could substitute for any other low cal veggie like broccoli or cauliflower and adjust the calories) - 50 cal
Soy sauce (as much as you’d like) - 5/10 cal
Water
Salt and pepper
Msg (optional)
Grab a big pot and toss the mushrooms in there, let them cook a bit until the mushroom juice comes out and they r a bit brown. Add the water and broth cube, soy sauce, salt ecc. If the other veggies are already cooked you can let boil the soup for 15 minutes and put them in 3 minutes before it’s done, if not just drop them in now and wait however many minutes it takes to boil them :)
Enjoy!!!! It’s super mega filling and it’s fucking yummy
Breakfast for 165 cal!
1 egg (small to medium) 58-68 cal
A few spinach leafs 8 cal
A bell pepper seeded, cut in half inch slice whole to make a "ring" 8-10 cal
Sarah Lee Whole Wheat bread, 1 slice, 60 cal
Laughing cow cheese wedge of any flavor 30 cal for whole, 15 cal for half (I used half)
Place pepper in non stick pan, let cook while pan heats, then crack egg into pepper and cook. The egg whites may run but let them cook first then scrape them back into the bell pepper egg.
Toast your bread to liking and spread your laughing cow cheese wedge top with a few leaf's of spinach
Make sure to either cover your pan or flip the bell pepper egg to get each side nice and cooked. Put on top toast, add some hot sauce if you'd like (I used valentina) and enjoy!
NOTE: Sorry for the long introduction, in some ways in contains an addendum which explains the gaps and breakdowns in my undergraduate performance. Also I’m sorry that notes are not a traditional way to begin a critical essay
There are many reasons why Nabokov is not a household name in the same way that classical lyricists such as Shakespeare, Robert Frost, and T.S. Eliot might be to your average college graduate. For, Vladimir Nabokov once wrote the most morally questionable book of the 20th century. Plastered around Spain you might notice the sardonic ire that taints storefronts labeled Lola, Lolita, and worst of all Sweet Lolita. For a second I imagined myself capable of writing a thesis on the history of the book, but as I dove deeper into the subject my frustrations boiled until I quite literally lost my mind.

So these are the ones that I just bought the other day. They are actually lower calorie than I had remembered.
They're pretty small, but personally they are the perfect fix for my sugar cravings and I don't feel bad if I decided to go ahead and have 2.
Here are some other options that I found online that may be available depending on where you live:
Wanted to binge but didn't 🫡 niway here's some recipes from edtwt. Hate that place but the recipes are good
(Sorry for the crappy screenshots)
I found sugar free jello that’s only 20 calories for. A WHOLE PACKAGE!!!! I make two at a time and eat a lot when I’m craving sweetness. I’m obsessed with jello and was sad not wanting to eat that many calories but then I found this!
I’m starting the military diet today with a few changes.
One- I’m pescatarian so I’m replacing the day 1 meat with some vegetarian chicken. And the hot dogs with these Beyond Meat sausages cause that’s what my grocery store had.
I’m also replacing the saltines with wheat thins, cause I already have them at my house and eating Greek yogurt instead of cottage cheese cause I hate cottage cheese.
Two- I’m not necessarily going to eat the meals in order.
