I binged. Not even the normal one cookie or a bag of chips binge. But like actually eating 700 calories in 5 minutes. I can feel all my hard work of this week draining away with all the food I ate. I can feel the food demon smiling maliciously at me for giving in. I want to cry I can’t believe I did this to myself and what I especially hate is how I enjoyed it. I need hardcore meanspiration or thinspiration or honestly anything to keep me going.
I’m envious.
Trigger Warning
NO IT’S NOT! one month before school and I’m still a huge mass of pure fat and I’m totally nOT OKay

More than you really and truly want that snack, sweet or extra helping at dinner.

me: knows that food is the main trigger, tries to come to the kitchen only once in an hour only to drink some water, isolates myself from any of food images
also me: spends the entire day on the kitchen watching at all food I have with a really watering mouth and mad eyes
Take one bite & all your hard work is gone. Eating 1,000 calories makes your metabolism go up
