APOGEE - A fictional survival game where you must escape the moon of a Class-V gas giant before it reaches its apogee.
Bluey! (Nintendo DS, 2005)
Something neat I found by Youtuber IsabelleChiming, a soundtrack for a game that doesn't exist about a Devil and Angel going across small stages in a mad dash to meet each other in Portland.
What's super impressive is, they composed this in 48 hours. And it's super good.
So, I think I did some concept stuff for it ages ago, but here’s some art design stuff for a game idea I had, sort of a melancholy-y vector-graphics Zelda-like inspired by the aesthetics of pre-crash video games.
On the right is the heroine, on the left is what is basically my idea for a design of the “goomba” species.
In my head, the game idea’s called Black Skies, and I’ll tell you more about it if you wanna hear…
I was trying to take photos of my new Jigoku Engine cart and got some nice ones, but I THINK I accidentally summoned Satan
So, I was trying to think of more stuff to draw to finish off the day, and I figured I might as well draw some Black Skies, given it’s relatively quick to do thanks to the style!
The Zelda-y influence is pretty clear from this pic, tho to be fair, the mood such a hypothetical game would go for combined with the sources of inspiration would mean those’d work well together.
@gamesthatdontexist, I think you’d dig this…
