the ability to see more beauty in the world is a skill. the more beauty you see, the more comes to you, the more you create yourself. so much of the disempowerment people feel is because they are trained to see the ugly and negative in everything. you have to unpick your mind from the lure of negativity and train yourself to find beauty. if you want a beautiful life, it starts with learning to find the beauty everywhere.
“The happiness of your life depends upon the quality of your thoughts.”
— Marcus Aurelius
I've forgiven myself and finally moved on
That's all I wanted was me to love me again
So I can finally smile in the mirror
Laugh at my reflection
I didn't realise days like this could happen
Again
“One day, whether you are 14, 28 or 65, you will stumble upon someone who will start a fire in you that cannot die. However, the saddest, most awful truth you will ever come to find - is they are not always with whom we spend our lives.”
— Beau Taplin, Hunting Season
Didn't realise how hair can reflect life, changed my hair from straight to curly during a depressed time for me hated myself and everything I did, but a year later and I've improved so much on myself I looked after my hair and myself more letting go of my past my hair is happier than ever

Strangers to friends then strangers again
“Things never end the way you expect them to. Though our time with each other was always vibrant and loving, the end came suddenly and spineless, without send off or ceremony, slipping away quietly into the dark. An ordinary moment, like any other, that just happened to be our last.”
— Beau Taplin
“You cannot always be happy but you can always be brave. And that is the beginning of everything.”
— Ariana
of course everything is falling apart, your new life will cost you your old one
That's the process of life I'll never get but always adore, getting to understand one side of you then suddenly not at all. Knowing that I may not have been in your life until the end but I was in a chapter or 2. It may seem quite sad but I can't help think of it as wonderful knowing that though all the years you might have on earth I was apart of it and in the same way you were apart of mine. Although we aren't together and we might never be i wish you well and will always be happy for the chapter we shared
“It really kind of sucked to be close to someone for so long and then suddenly not be anything anymore.”
— Cecily von Ziegesar, Reckless

I love the serene life. I don’t care who calls me boring. Enjoying my life stress-free, circle small, privacy on 100%, is way richer than overextending and overexposing myself to perform and entertain others.
