there is no perfect working environment. toxicity can be found anywhere. it is just a matter of which one is worth sticking with.
i believe that the best way to respond to your haters is not to respond at all.
i also have a lot of problems to cope with. but i want to be of help for others-- most especially to the people who mean to me a lot-- offer advice whenever i can, and be their shoulder to cry on if needed regardless of these because i can relate to their feelings just as well as they can relate to mine.
