Never thought I'd be 33 and ruin all my friendships and relationships while dealing with my mental illness. Wish I could explain what it's like to people when you lose your ability to function in reality during an episode of psychosis.

I just feel so ugly inside and out.

It’s okay to mourn the things you lost because of trauma. Including the time you lost. But try not to forget you still have time ahead of you. You can never get the lost time back but you can still find happiness.

WHY / WHY ME (repeated)

I'm back from rehab and had electroshock therapy and I'm not allowed on my computer for a while but that's OK. I feel like a washed up has been that's just a mistake with no friends but it'll pass one day. Probably.
