i procrastinate until it’s not even procrastinating anymore it’s just stupidity

Quran 59:19 ♡

‘Abd-Allāh ibn ‘Umar, [may Allāh be pleased with both of them], said:

“I supplicate to Allāh in every aspect of my life, to the extent that Allāh lengthens the strides of my mount, bringing ease and tranquility.”

Al-Adab al-Mufrad, 628

Ibn al-Qayyim (رحمه الله) said:

“The Prophet ﷺ used to drink honey mixed with water on an empty stomach, & this is the secret of maintaining good health that no one can understand except one who is intelligent & blessed.”
