hiii hope this is okay to ask. I really like your blog because I have a similar experience (accidental recovery? Lol sort of) in that my goal is just controlled weight loss atp. I wanted to ask how you stop your stomach growling all the time and everyone noticing? I know it slows down after a while but that hasn't happened yet and people keep buying me food I have to refuse and giving me looks.

my mum doesn't check up on me so she wouldn't know. my bf knows about the weight loss and is supportive of it (to a certain weight). I don't really spend time with anyone else. also my tummy doesn't rumble often? idk why, it's never been a rumbler, even back when I starved.
as for tips:
whenever it did decide to rumble tho, if I ate something small in the morning and then nothing it would rumble. so I guess if you're doing OMAD do the meal later in the day? like a dinner time meal, not breakfast.
also water and drinks, warm is better. they kinda fill up your stomach and you just sound like a water bottle instead lol
eating veggies is great cause they also fill you up, but are low in kcals.
and as for buying you things, I just refuse or give them to my bf. I recently got sweets for my bday and I just put them in my cupboard for a day where I have a big enough deficit, or when I'm satisfied with the weight. it works if they don't expect u to eat it right then and there.
you can try avoiding tensing your abs around people, cause sometimes my stomach rumbles even when it's full if I flex. idk why, seems random to me but u can check if it's the same for u lol

ended up eating only 1 rice cake as it was too boring...

dinner:

seasoning and a handful of lettuce (not even gonna count that, pointless I'd say)

the serving I took out of that is 500g
the rest is for tomorrow and maybe for my boyfriend, I also made it spicy

rules for myself:
eat 1400kcal a day, don't starve yourself, include as much protein as you can
limit your sugar but don't get rid of it, you don't want your brain shutting off
limit snacking, opt for gum or tea
make an effort to look down on your plate when you're eating, make sure your brain is registering the meal
don't count calories from walks with friends (that's entertainment, not exercise), count calories from the treadmill, exercise and walking outside when it's only purpose is to burn kcals (running errands doesn't count)
also don't count calories from seasoning etc, it's such tiny amounts it probably cancels out with walking around the house
drink as much water as you can
remember to take thyroid medication, don't abuse it
it's ok if progress is slow, you literally take hormonal pills and have broken organs
try to sleep at least 8h a day, insomnia lowers metabolism
don't freak out over 1kg up or down, it's most likely water weight or you need to take a shit
leave your ana personality on Tumblr, being around anorexic people that don't wanna recover is miserable (if you do wanna recover I support you and I'm proud of you, ask for help!!)
if you slip up, don't give up
if tired or feeling unwell, it's okay to skip exercising that day, it's better to keep mental motivation over pushing yourself too much and quitting
