Guys can my boobs get less big when I lose weight? I want to keep my boobs 😭 they're already very tiny. Can I lose them? Pls guys I need help.

My sketchbooks keep falling apart at the spine and I don't know what to do to prevent it or how to fix it. Could anyone give me advice on this problem?
