I have a very exciting new discovery! Dance workouts! It might seem silly but they're actually making working out and burning calories fun and less torturous. I can burn 200 calories in less than an hour. They work much better than jogging in place. So very proud of that one, although... I did go over my 500 kcal limit today by a landslide, but I burned off all the excess!

P.S. Do you guys have any tips for any upcoming events? I have a party coming up tomorrow and a celebration the next day and I have not prepared at all. Should I try to adjust my kcals or just not focus on the food at all/avoid them?

wl rules i made for myself (*^^*)♡

eat 500 cals a day

if ate over limit burn the calories until it’s 500

no fast food

no salt on food

low sodium

no liquid calories

no snacking

no eating at night

eat mostly fruit, veggies, protein and fiber

only eat if necessary

decline food and snacks

eat low calories

aim for 0 calories

drink lots of water

fasting as much as possible

🙏 praying that i actually follow them for once 😭

oikos vanilla protein yogurt - 90 calories n 15 grams of protein per yogurt cup

kinder bueno - 120 per bar

carrot sticks - 120 for whole bag

halo top vanilla bean ice cream - 290 calories

for whole container

olipop vintage cola - 35 calories and 9 grams of fiber per soda can

healthy choice brand beef and broccoli with rice - 270 calories, 16 grams of protein and 3 grams of fiber for whole bowl

healthy choice brand grilled chicken pesto and vegetables - 200 calories and 28 grams of protein and 5 grams of fiber for whole bowl

progresso vegetable soup - 160 calories and 6 grams of protein and 6 grams of fiber per can
