Don't ever underestimate yourself. No dream is too big, because I think dreaming gets us where we want to go. Be curious, explore, open yourself up to new ideas always. It will be OK. Don't worry about making bad decisions. Oftentimes, you learn the most in those situations of failure and move in and put your point of view out there and express how you would deal with the situation or business decision you would make. Just to keep believing in yourself, you can do it. If you believe in yourself and have confidence, then others will have confidence in you too. Just keep going. Just keep working hard. And then you get to the other side, of course you have what it takes to get to the other side. Be fearless,journal your thoughts, cut out people who make you feel behind, buy yourself books, explore new things, everyday is a new day, embrace discomfort, set boundaries unapologetically, celebrate small wins, trust your intuition, stay consistent, invest in your growth, rest without guilt, challenge your fears, be kinder to yourself, step outside your comfort zone, believe in your potential, disconnect to reconnect, prioritize inner peace, speak up for yourself, stay curious, nourish your body, learn from failures, visualize your success, let go of perfectionism, protect your energy, keep moving forward and u will see the change

Today was rough. Throughtout this time lapse I “finished” 1 assignment ONE it’s day’s like this that really make me dread going into STEM. Diminishing returns are regular, and the burnout is real. However, if my neurodivergent ass can sit in one spot and be miserable, then you can too
Simone Biles is a great athlete, she is so beautiful to watch. I know she is great, everyone does but since I do not understand the scoring system in gymnastics, my love for her is not on par with Shelly Ann Fraser-Pryce.
My God, that is one woman who inspires me a lot! Did it, left, got pregnant, came back, did it again (this time as the fastest woman alive!) I'm so proud of her and I can't wait to watch her for the last time in this year's Olympics. I'm rooting for her with all of my heart. She has motivated me by deciding to push herself to her best and for that, I'm grateful.
My exams are soon and every time my eyes are watering from reading or I drop my book because I do not 'feel' like it. I tell myself that postpartum SAFP prolly didn't feel like practicing too. She prolly just wanted to watch reels for a while and chill but she prolly didn't and so I can watch her and be proud, I can draw strength from her story. A woman whom the world thought it was over for but one who knew she wasn't done and showed the rest of us just how not done she is.
The gym is like an MMORPG. When you first come in, you are level 1 and just know the most basic moves and can complete the simplest of quests. Whereas the higher levels know lots of cooler moves and can accomplish greater challenges.

Curate your hygiene routine, curate your clothing items, curate your home, curate your habits, curate your nutrition, curate your environment, curate your circles, curate you socials, curate the content you consume, curate your social skills, curate your financial situation, curate your emotions, curate the version of you that shows up in public, curate your hobbies, curate your knowledge.
There are so many little things in your day-to-day life that you didn’t even know impacted your mood, but they are so crucial to understanding how and why you feel the way you feel.
Humans are like plants, we are what we absorb. You wouldn’t be surprised that a plant dies in an environment with no sun & no water, so why would you be surprised that you can’t thrive in an unmotivating environment?
𝜗𝜚 The weather - This one is obvious. We humans really are like plants, in that we need sun to thrive. Have you ever noticed how much more pleasant people are during those first few sunny days of the year? It’s biological, we love the sun. So when it’s sunny outside, even if you think it’s too hot, go out and enjoy the sunshine! If you stay inside all summer, don't complain about being tired and unenergized.
𝜗𝜚 The music you listen to - I know you love to listen to sad break up songs and daydream, but it’s not good for your mind. If you don’t believe me, do a little experiment: one day, wake up to the saddest song you like to listen to, and the next, wake up to the happiest, danciest song you like. See how much of a difference it makes in your mood.
𝜗𝜚 The people around you - If all of your friends constantly complain about their lives (justifiably or not), then you’re going to constantly complain too. If all of your friends always focus on the positive, laugh and smile through hard times, you’re going to adopt that mindset too. The thing is not to ditch your friends if they’re negative (to themselves, if they’re mean that’s another thing), but to be the one to influence them towards a better attitude through being mindful of what you feel and say.
𝜗𝜚 Your living space - Don't even bother wondering why you are always distracted or unmotivated to do homework if your room is messy. Don't bother to ask yourself why you can't find discipline if your house is dirty and unkept. The space you live in is a direct reflection of your mind, you'll see how much more clear-headed and motivated you will feel once it's clean and organized.
𝜗𝜚 Your digital space - Having an organized & simplistic phone/laptop is key to make you see things clearer when being on them, and avoiding useless screen time (which is notoriously bad for us). That means deleting apps you don't use or don't serve you a positive purpose (games, negative social media platforms, etc).

Simple! We're not always motivated, but most days we have things to do, if you wait for the motivation to do your things, you won't gonna do them, you know it!

Well... Today has been a really unproductive day. I was tired and loneliness is hitting so hard. I only have finish one topic and I also had to read and do some exercises. I feel really frustrated.
Nevertheless, I really like the topic. Is about Baroja. I just read one of his books, El árbol de la ciencia, but I trully liked it. Tomorro I can't study because I will be all day doing my end-of-degree work. I will post right now a new not with my tomorrow's to do list.
